In search of peace I went to cave
My inner voice came in form of wave
I tried to be calm tried to be brave
The voice was too loud
It was enough to fail a crowd

I was lost in film of memories in my mind
An incident instantly flashed
I stood alone in a rush of million
The voice seemed like a chorus song sung by billions
My mind was abandon thus silent
That moment I came to know
How silence could be so violent

There were people around whom I wanted to meet
But it was first time I could hear my heartbeat

Peace is  just a phase of mind
That day I realised
Taking lesson on time
With  the best teacher called life
This is only way to rise
