As we begin with our story team RWBY is focusing on how to stop the Locust Horde along with the creatures of Grimm from destroying their wonderful world.

Ruby: Hey Benjamin?

Benjamin glances over

Benjamin: Whats up Ruby?

Ruby: Think you guys could train us to use your kinds of weapons?

Benjamin ponders the offer.

Benjamin: Hmm you would to get that dress of yours covered in blood if you train with us...I mean our methods are different from yours

Ruby: I understand but- Yang cuts in-

Yang: We just wanna help you guys out since you helped us alot, plus it would make things faster if we were cross trained to use your weapons in case we lose ours for that time being.

Clayton steps up.

Clayton: Yangs right Ben, it would make things eaiser on them and us

Benjamin: True, but the Hammerbursts will have more ammunition then the lancers, not very many lancers around here.

Blake: So when can we train?

Benjamin: Can start now with chainsaw training then retro lancer charging then firing line, and Blake you already know how to use the Hammerburst right?

Blake: Ya..it was rushed but I know how

Clayton: If you like I can teach you more about it

Blake: Yes please, and thank you

Clayton: Not a problem

Clayton walks off with Blake to teach more about the Hammerburst.

Ruby: I wanna try the Lancer i think you called it?

Benjamin hands her his Lancer, Ruby holds it and knicks herself on the finger from the chainsaw.

Ruby: Ow! stupid chain

Benjamin: See this space right here? -he points to it-

Ruby: Ya

Benjamin takes her hand and guides it.

Ruby blushes but pays attention.

Benjamin: This is where you hand will go at all times when carrying this Lancer ok?

Ruby: Got it.

Yang: Oh I see now

Benjamin sees Yang follow his example.

Benjamin: Very good Yang, now you two, do you see the handle on the side of the gun laying down top facing you?

Ruby: Ya

Yang: Ya

Benjamin: Push that handle up and pull down towards you and it will start your chainsaw bayonet.

Ruby and Yang both do it and the chainsaw scares Ruby at first.

Benjamin: Very good girls, that chainsaw will become your friend when you encounter Locusts up close n personal

Ruby: Oooh I like this

Benjamin: Alright now to fire the weapon I need you both to release the handle and push it back into place, then to aim down your sights, I will correct your stance if you have it wrong.

Ruby takes stance like she is firing her sniper rifle.

Benjamin: Hmm very good.

Yang looks at Ruby and copies her.

Benjamin: Alright Yang, Ruby see those trees?

They both nod.

Benjamin: Now fire at those trees.

Yang and Ruby both pull their triggers and fire at the trees in front of them.

Benjamin: Cease fire!

The girls stop firing.

Yang: How did we do?

Benjamin: You girls did alright, now you know how to use the Lancers, time to learn the reload trick.

As Benjamin teaches them, Clayton is showing Blake how to use the Hammerburst properly and to use the snub pistol.

Blake: So the Locust can use your guys weapons as well like the Lancers and the Retro Lancers?

Clayton:Yup they can.

Baird: Ren, you wanna learn to use the Longshot?

Ren: Sure, with my sembalence I can make a decent sniper.

Baird hands him a Longshot.

Nora: Any grenade launchers Baird?

Baird looks in the weapons cache.

Baird: A boomshot, one shot grenade launcher but very powerful.

Nora: Oooh may I try it out?

Baird: Just don't shoot us ok?

Nora takes it.

Jaune: What you got for me Baird?

Baird: Uhh lemme see here, there's a Butcher cleaver or a Boltok Revolver

Pyrrha: What's that one?

Baird looks.

Baird: That is the Boomshield and a Mace

Jaune: Lemme try that out please

Baird: Of course.

Pyrrha: What you got for me Baird?

Baird: Ah...hmm there is a Gnasher, Sawed-off shot gun or you can use our usual Lancer

Pyrrha sulks a bit.

Pyrrha:That will work

Baird hands her a Lancer.

Qrow: Well I suppose I will take the Revolver

Ozpin: I wanted that one..or was it the Gnasher?

Baird: Take the Gnasher, it works wonders.

Ozpin: Done.

As everyone tries their weapons one at a time Jaune flings the mace down and the explosion sends him backwards.

Dom: How did that not kill him?

Marcus: No idea..but I ain't complaining at least it's him and not a Mauler.

Cole: Hell ya I second that.

As everyone is practicing their new found weapons, Benjamin watches Team RWBY mostly, Marcus comes up next to him pats his shoulder.

Marcus: You are training them well Benjamin, these girls will be killing the Locust just like us.

Benjamin: Thanks Fenix, and I surely do hope they use our weapons well

Yang: Does this mean we should mark the weapons we own so we don't get confused amongst our team?

Benjamin: If you wish to do that then sure go ahead.

Yang: Awesome, and thanks again Benjamin.

Benjamin: Anytime Yang, also if you guys and girls have any questions, you can ask any of us at anytime.

They all nod.

Marcus: So Ben, whats our next move?

Benjamin: Not sure yet, gotta talk to Ozpin for that info

Ozpin: Still heading for Argus then its to Atlas, as long as Atlas doesnt close its borders, we should make it in just fine.

Weiss: If Atlas closed it's borders wouldn't that halt all trade routes and Dust imports?

Qrow: It would but Atlas has enough dust in their reserves to last them, as long as we don't have another Great War on our hands.

Baird: Not only a Great War, you would have a Locust War, and it would be a bloodbath bodies everywhere, cities gone, people taken and tortured.

Ruby: Oh..that's true?

Marcus: It's what they did in our world, they really messed us up and caused the whole COG to be scattered.

Ren: Wow..how did you all get by?

Dom: Some remained in the Army or tried for better outposts but nothing worked, even our best defensive plans didnt work, if the Locusts wanted to come up, they come up.

Cole:They are relentless,brutual killing machines, they won't stop til we are all dead.

Marcus: This war will be long and hard and casualities will be high and I mean high.

Ozpin: Then we must begin moving again if we are to keep ahead of them.

Baird: Everyone pile into the truck we are moving out, next stop..uh wherever we need to get gas and or where Ozpin leads me.

Ozpin: I assure you I will lead you down the right paths and not astray Damon Baird.

Baird: Yes sir.

Everyone climbs into the truck and Baird begins to follow Ozpins directions, the girls are checking their newly obtained weapons and taking in the fact that they will need to follow Deltas methods in order to survive against the Locust Horde.

Yang: So if we defeat this Locust General what then?

Ruby: Salem would be next, along with the Grimm since we now hold these new weapons things should be easy

Qrow: Don't get ahead of yourself pipsqueak

Clayton: So anyone notice the little old lady with us?

Qrow: Oh I found her on a scouting run, she is harmless but she also has damaged eyes

Old lady: My eyes may be damaged but don't mean I can't defend myself nor teach youngsters some wisdom, espically you metal men

Dom: Metal men?

Cole: She means us, our armor

Dom: Oh ya that makes sense.

Benjamin: So about Salem, does she really have all control of the Grimm she creates?

Ozpin: Now the orgins of the Grimm are still unknown til this day but she can make em but I do not know about control.

Baird: Direct me sir.

Ozpin: Oh yes of course, take a left and lead on straight.

Blake: I just hope we can use these weapons up to Deltas standards.

Marcus: If you can shoot and reload and keep your head down in a firefight you will make it as one of us.

As time goes on stopping for gas and potty breaks for most people, the gang still have long ways to go before they make it to their destination, they decide to stop and rest for the night in a villiage that seems abandoned.

Benjamin: Delta lets search these houses.

Marcus: Yes sir, should we split up?

Benjamin: Marcus, Clay, Yang and Ruby with me, the rest check the others.

They nod and split up and search everyroom until Weiss opens a door and sees a corpse.

Weiss screams and the others run to her.

Qrow: Whats wrong??

Weiss points into the room.

Qrow goes inside and sees the corpse.

Benjamin: It's like they just slept and never woke up..

Qrow: Something don't feel right..

Benjamin: Delta establish a perimeter around this house, we can use the downstairs as our barracks.

Delta squad goes outside to look for any traps or footprints leading away from the house.

Benjamin: Comm check, anyone read?

Marcus: Fenix here, all clear

Dom: All clear here

Clay: All clear here bro

Cole: Got nothing here.

Baird: Nothing here but spare parts

Ozpin: Very good Delta come back inside and rest up.

The squad returns inside and they all relax by taking seats.

Weiss: Anyone find food yet?

Ruby: Well we can go look if ya like Weiss

Weiss: Ok, lets go Ruby

Weiss and Ruby walk off into the other areas.

Qrow wonders about and finds the liquor cabinet.

Blake and Yang are both asleep already as Clay and Ben and Delta squad fall asleep as well as the old lady and Oscar.

Qrow: something about this place don't sit right..but Ruby we will leave at the crack of dawn ok?

Ruby: Got it.

Weiss and Ruby go to sleep.

Timeskip to noon.

Everyone wakes up still feeling drained and a unhappy Ruby makes her way towards her snoozing uncle that said "we will leave at the crack of dawn" she approaches and sees empty bottles of liquor all around his chair, she shakes him and he doesn't wake up, she grabs a bottle and chucks it at the wall and he jumps and wakes up.

Qrow: Huh oh whats wrong Ruby?

Ruby: Thought we were leaving here at dawn, Uncle Qrow it is already noon and we haven't done a single thing!

Weiss gets up to go search for food again and takes Benjamin with her.

Once they enter a room with shelves stocked with food, Benjamin notices the cellar door locked but as soon as he approaches the cellar doors are slammed like someone is trying to open them.

Benjamin: Weiss get back!

Benjamin pulls her behind him as he holds his lancer.

Weiss: Whats going on?

Benjamin: Someone or something is in that cellar, go get my squad, we will investigate

Weiss: Of course.

Weiss runs off to round up Delta but team RWBY insisted on coming along.

As Benjamin cuts the lock off and heads inside, Ruby has a flashback of her tossing the relic down the well when Yang and the others told her to.

Ruby: Benjamin, keep an eye out for that relic while we are down here

Benjamin: Yes Ma'am.

The two teams split up to cover more around, as Team RWBY move along they see footprints on the ground, but not normal human or faunus footprints.

Benjamin(Comms): Ruby, be aware *static* Encountered something*static* Hos*static*

Ruby: Say again Carmine, you are breaking up.

Nothing but static.

With Delta.

Dom: Military equipment always works.

Benjamin: Well let's find that thing and kill it, but we gotta make sure there are no more of em.

The little old lady has a journal in her hands from one of the villiage people, she is reading it for any info on what happened here, as she reads she sees that the man encountered a form of Grimm, they attack these people in their sleep but looks mostly like they were just soul sucked.

She gets up to go find RWBY, she gets to the stairs just past the cellar doors, she hears gunfire

Benjamin: How many are there!?

Ruby: Just run back to the entrance, GO!

As everyone is trying to make their way back, Blake falls in exhaustion and can't move, Ruby sees this and her eyes shine and glow then releases a beam and destroys the Grimm around Blake and Benjamin grabs Blakes hand and pulls her away til he falls and Yang tried to help but she also can't move, Ruby's eyes yet again kick in and save them, Baird lowers his Gnasher and fires into the mass of Grimm hitting them and destroying them.

Benjamin carries Blake bridal style as he has Yang's arm over his shoulder he helps them both out of the cellar as Clayton helps Weiss, the rest of Delta make it out safely.

Ruby: We got the relic back.

Qrow: Good...maybe now it is the best time to leave

As they headout to see about the snow melted away, Baird checks on the truck.

Baird: Aw man we got a flat tire.

Oscar: Lemme search around here for a spare

Oscar runs off to search in nearby areas.

Blake looks at Benjamin and then hugs him.

Benjamin: Hmm Blake??

Blake: I just wanted to say thank you for getting me out of there

Yang comes up and does the same.

Yang: Thank you.

Benjamin: You two would have done the same for me but you are welcome.

Weiss is hugging Clayton as thanks.

Clayton: Aw you're welcome IceQueen

Weiss: Quiet muscles..I mean..whats your rank!?

Clayton: Private

Weiss: Well be quiet Private

Clayton: Heh looks like I warmed a cold heart a bit

Yang: Keep it up --she giggles--

Oscar returns with a spare tire.

Baird: I am not gonna question how you obtained it but its good to see its in good condition.

Baird replaces the flat and places on the new spare.

Baird: alll aboard, next stop anywhere but here!

Alrighty sorry about the wait for this chapter I just hope I- a tremble occurs-

Oh? Its not over? - A E-hole opens-

Guess not.

Locust appear out of the hole and start shooting at the truck.

Benjamin: EVERYONE OUT AND FIND COVER

Clayton: CAN'T YOU FREAKS LEAVE US ALONE

Drone: DIE GROUNDWALKERS

Grenadier does a battlecry.

Team RWBY grab their Lancers and Gnashers and begin firing at the Locust.

Drone: ATTAAAACK

Yang fires her Gnasher and downs her victim, she remembers how Clayton executed one so she stomps on its leg and baseball swings its head off.

Blake downs her kill and starts beating its skull in with the butt of the Hammerbursts.

Ruby chainsaws her kill and then moves onto another victim in her sights and fires into them killing them.

Weiss fires her Lancer into her target and downs it, she kicks it over onto its back and shoves the chainsaw into his chest and cuts across.

Ozpin fires his boltok, earning a few headshots then downs one and pistol whips it.

Qrow with a snub pistol and sawed off shotgun, Qrow blew two Locusts apart and downed one, He goes up and pops open the sawed off and places it around the Drones neck and Qrow plants his knee into its back and takes the gun one way and brings it towards him and snaps the Drones neck.

Delta squad are doing the same, Benjamin reaches over his cover and pulls a Drone over to him and stabs it right in the eye and slits its throat.

Marcus and Dom are side by side in cover killing their targets as Cole and Baird do the same, Clayton is with Benjamin killing Locusts trying to lob a frag into the hole.

Clayton: Ben, cover me I am gonna frag that hole.

Yang:Thats what she said

Clayton lobs his frag into the hole and the frag goes off closing the hole for good.

Marcus: Girls good job with your executions, Qrow, Ozpin amazing job.

Weiss: Not a drop of blood on my skirt

Benjamin: I can fix that

Weiss revs her chainsaw: Don't you dare Tin Man

Everyone laughs.

Cole: Baird hows the truck?

Baird: Well it sustained some damage. Nothing to major, its still road worthy.

Benjamin: EVERYONE BACK INTO THE TRUCK WE ARE MOVING OUT

Now as I was saying earlier as the gang is leaving, I am sorry for the wait on this chapter and hope it makes yall happy that it is released, I will make sure I will not fail you my readers, but do have a nice night, morning or evening and or day.
