1. Participant Assessment

☕ The hosts will be thoroughly checking if each participant is following the rules.

(e.g. A follow is a must for all
participants.)

2. Story Validation

☕ The hosts will pre-judge the entries to determine whether a category re-assignment is necessary.

-[e.g. A BTS entry may be re-assigned
to Others, Ships or Short Story|One Shots category.]

3. Black Coffee Round Story Delegation:

☕ The list of assignment will be provided to the respective Black Coffee Judges after the validation of entries thru a private message.

4. Black Coffee Round Judging Period

☕ The Black Coffee Judges will be given 20 days to rate their assigned entries based on the criteria and submit the scores.

5. The Black Coffee Judge's Pick

☕ The book that garnered the highest score from each Black Coffee Judge will be the qualifier for the next round.

-The scores from each of the Black
Coffee Judge will be deemed final.

-The scores from the Judges is highly confidential and must therefore be submitted via DM to this account only

6. Americano Round Story Delegation

☕ After the announcement of the short-listed entries, the Americano Judges may proceed with the judging right away.

7. Americano Round Judging Period

☕ The scores of all the short-listed entries will be back to zero.

☕ The Americano Judges will be given 6 days to rate the short-listers based on the criteria and submit the scores.

8. The Americano Judge's Pick

☕ The book that garnered the highest score from each Americano Judge will be the category winner and will automatically be qualified for the final round.

☕ Two runners up will be chosen in each category based on the Americano Judge's scores. [2nd and 3rd placers.]

-The scores from each of the Americano
Judge will be deemed final.

9. Cafe Latte Round Story Delegation

☕ All the category winners [1st placers] will be judged by ALL of the Cafe Latte Judges.

10. Cafe Latte Round Judging Period

☕ The scores of the finalists will be back to zero.
