Roman POV

"Roman why are you so nice to me?"

I was shocked. The words tumbled out of my mouth before I could stop them.

"Because I love you, Virgil." I looked at him to see his eyes full of an emotion I couldn't quite recognise. He opened his mouth as if he was going to say something, but shut it soon after. I looked away.

"I know you probably don't feel the same way but-"

He cut me off.

"A-actually Roman, I, um, I like you too." He said.

I stared at him.

"Well, m-maybe like isn't the right word. It's more like, I uh, I love you."

He looked away and started to cry. I snapped out of my thoughts. I moved closer to him and pulled him into a hug.

"I was so worried that you wouldn't like me back, cause you're a movie star and I'm just some useless barista-" I cut him off.

"You are not useless Virgil." I said. And then I kissed him. When I pulled away I saw his face was bright red. I laughed.

"I love you." I quietly said. He cuddled up to me.

"I love you, too." He mumbled in reply. We didn't even notice that the movie had ended. I didn't care, and I didn't think that Virgil did either.
