Mark gave a small smile as he excused him and Jack to the hallway. They both left the hospital

Jack's Prov:

"Jack can you help me with something?"

"Sure what's up buddy?"

"So I was wondering if I should take (y/n) to the cafe for a little surprise party or take her to Lagoona beach all day?"Mark was twiddling his thumbs

" BEACH!!ALL DAY!!"

"Alright let's rent a hotel and get packed up. Also I have a surprise for (y/n) so around sunset , Can you go off somewhere else so me and (y/n)"

I grabbed my phone and rented a really nice room. It had three bedrooms , a large kitchen with the little island in the center and a balcony so you can stare out into the starry night. I also grabbed two suitcases.One for me and one for (y/n).

"Pack (y/n) stuff since I don't know what she likes.. except you." I playfully stuck my tongue out.

Mark started blushing. He started rambling excuses like 'No I don't' and 'Ok maybe I do so what?!' I just started cracking up.

I walked out to the parking lot and waited on Mark.My stitches had almost fully healed , my ribs were back to normal but now I have titanium rood in my leg so I can walk again. I spotted Mark's new Mercedes. I waved. He parked and opened the door for me and he started to drive to caffe. Mark and I chatted along the way.

"Mark , where are we going ?"

"To the café to grab some coffee before your surprise."

"~Oh surprise?"

Mark playfully bopped my nose. I poked his side.

"We'll continue this battle in the parking lot" I gave Mark a death stare.

"Agreed"

As soon as Mark parked , I started tickling Mark's sides. He was giggling like a little school girl. I was about to get out the car when Mark pulled me back in. "Hey!!" He just laughed. He kissed my cheeck. My face was a light pink. I kissed him back. We both smiled. He pulled me onto his lap.

"Hey (y/n), Can I tell you something?" I was messing with the little hoodie strings.

"Sure."

Mark's neck glowed red with anger. My neck blue with sadness.

Mark sighed , shook his head , and got out the car. I felt a bit disappointed. F*cking Jack. Now my neck was glowing red. I heard a little ting as I walked in. A familiar scent of coffee filled my senses. The shop changed since last time. Now there was marbled counters , shining and sparkling. Leather lounge chair scattered throughout the café. A giant chandelier caught my eye though. It had a red rose in the center with vines wrapping all the way down. The rest of the crystals were light brown. It looked nice against the wooden seat near the front. While I was admiring the shop , Mark had already gotten (y/f/d) for me.

"Thanks."

"Hey (y/n) since it's your birthday we should go to Lagoona Beach today. At sunset I'll give you your surprise."

Jack's Prov:

(y/n) and Mark were still in the bathrooms changing.

"HURRY UP LOVE BIRDS!!"

"SHUT UP JACK!!" They both said in unison as they walked out. Mark was wearing a red and black vertical stripes shorts and (y/n) was wearing a (y/f/c) bikini with the little ruffles in the front. Her (h/l)(h/c) blew a bit in the breeze. She grabbed mine and Mark's wrists and pulled up to the waves. Mark was nervous until (y/n) pushed him in. I was laughing my @ss off as Mark huffed out his chest and yelled ,"See I'm manly. I made it into the water .""Mark I had to push you in."(y/n) stated. Mark frowned and pulled (y/n) into the water with him. Both of their necks were glowing pink. They are always happy or angry at me. I cannonballed in with them. We were in the water almost all day.

Mark's Prov:

I placed (y/n) on my shoulders. "Hey put me down Mark!!. I held tightly on her legs as I spun around in circles. She was laughing so much and smiling that it warmed my heart. When I finally put her down her stomach growled. She frowned. " Wanna go eat?" I suggested. I was quite hurgry my self . (y/n) nodded. We all dried off and packed up all our stuff. Wasn't much. Just a few towels , sunscreen , my keys and phone , and some sodas. We walked up to the Pier. There was a bunch of little Knick knack shops here and there for the tourists. We found a little sea food restaurant called Good Mythical Morning Seafood Restaurant.

Small wine glasses hung from the ceiling with lamps hanging by a thread glistening against them making them sparkle. The floor was made from glass with a path of blue pebbles with moss and water lilies intertwined. The walls had mirrors that made everything shine. They had chandeliers that draped down like willow trees. It was so beautiful. We sat down in these metal chairs that a flower design around it. I got lobster , Mark got chicken dumplings , and Jack got cake and cookies. He said he wasn't too hungry. I shrugged it off. "It's beautiful here." Mark said looking around. "Yeah I love it." I looked at Mark. He turned around and looked back at me . His chocolaty eyes burned into mine. I smiled. Mark's neck glowed orange?!. What?!. That's weird. Usually it's pink or red when he talks to Jack. Our food arrived. I dung in. After an hour all of us headed back to the beach. Jack said he wanted to head back to the hotel. Mark asked me if we could stay long on the beach. I nodded and grabbed his hand. "Let's just walk." I told Mark. He inlaced his fingers with mine. The sun was setting , this sky covered with hues of pink , red , orange , and yellow. Mark suddenly stop.

"Hey (y/n) I got you a birthday present."

I looked up at him

He pulled out a small silver box with a red ribbon tied around it. In side was a pixelated M with a small (y/f/c) rose on the corner. "I love it." I said adoring the necklace. "There's more. Look in the box." I pull out a note. It read"Let's make a bet. Heads you're mine , Tails I'm yours."with a penny taped to it. Of course Mark. I flipped the coin. Heads. "I'm yours Mark. He pulled me close and kissed me.
