Third Person POV:

As the team gears up for the assault on Novak Island, the atmosphere in the room is tense. Specialized gear and weaponry are laid out on tables, and everyone is going through last-minute checks

Y/N dresses himself in a tactical, all-black suit

Mason and Woods exchange nods, silently communicating the unspoken camaraderie of old comrades

Six stands in a corner, stoic and focused, ready for whatever comes their way

Natasha and Bucky exchange looks as she pulls up the ziper of her suit 

Natasha: My eyes are up here, Sargeant...

Bucky smirks, a hint of mischief in his eyes.

Bucky: Can't blame a guy for appreciating the view.

Natasha rolls her eyes playfully with a subtle smile on her face.

Natasha: Save it for after we survive this.

Bucky: Yes ma'am.

Luke and Alex lock and load their high-precision rifles, due to the fact they will be on the lookout as snipers

After that, the team, now fully geared up and prepared, heads toward Novak Island, ready to face the challenges that await them. The tension in the air is palpable, but so is the determination to stop the catastrophic events that could unfold if they fail

The A team arrives at the island on speedboats as the B team finds a position to take shots at the guards from far

Alex: Tango down

Luke: Tango at two o'clock

Luke shoots at the other guard, clearing the other agents to storm the island

The crew goes in, guns blazing against the Novak guards and sieging the island while looking for Kate and the bomb

Y/N, Natasha, Bucky, and the rest of the team move with calculated aggression, swiftly clearing rooms and corridors

Bucky incapacitates some goons using his vibranium arm to knock them down while Natasha uses her guns to take down the remaining ones.

After that, they go to the island's lab where they should find the bomb, but they only find dead bodies there...

The scientists working on the bomb were all executed

Natasha scans the room, her eyes narrowing with suspicion

Natasha: Kate's not here...

Meanwhile, Mason was near the entrance after clearing the remaining guards

Mason: Mason to Romanoff. Do you copy?

Natasha: Yes, Mason. What do you got?

Mason: Alexander's got Kate in the garage with the bomb. I'm headed there now. No sign of Isabelle.

He said, looking at the camera footage

Natasha: Copy that.

After that, Mason gets in an Off-Road jeep to chase Alexander and Kate, who were now escaping in another jeep with the bomb

A couple of minutes later, Y/N arrives at the garage and gets on a motorcycle to help Mason on the chase

The chase intensifies as they close in on Alexander's location, navigating the island's terrain with precision and determination

Riding the motorcycle, Y/N manages to get closer to Alexander using a shortcut through the woods

Now side to side with the jeep, Y/N unholsters his handgun and shoots its tire, making Alexander steer his car and push Y/N off the road, causing him to fall of the bike in the process

Mason speeds up and eventually and manages to hit the side of Alexander's jeep, making it go off the road and roll over

He goes over to the site of the crash and gets Kate out of the car

Mason: Hey, Kate? I'm here...you're okay.

Behind him, Alexander held a wrench 

But just as Mason picked his gun to shoot him, Alexander hits his hand and disarms him before kicking Mason in the face

Y/N watches the scene unfold while groaning in pain on the grass due to his motorcycle crash

Kate tries tackling Alexander, but he just throws her on the ground

Alexander picks up Mason's handgun, and just as he was about to shoot him, Y/N gets up and throws a piece of his damaged bike at him, knocking him over momentarily

Alexander gets up and runs towards the gun that was on the ground, but Y/N chases him with his knife and stabs him before he could shoot

Y/N watches Alexander's lifeless body fall to the ground and he sighs deeply before going over to Kate, who was lying on the grass

Y/N: Hey...

She groans in pain and looks at him, ashamed for what she did

Kate: Y/N...I'm...sorry.

Y/N: Forget that...It was your job. We got the bomb now. 

Mason messes with Alexander's pockets and contacts HQ

Mason: Mason to base...we got the bomb, but no sign of the Siberian Star.

A couple of hours later, the sun was starting to rise as the agents returned to the aircraft carrier in possession of the bomb

Waverly talks to the captain of the ship

Waverly: Did you check everything I asked, Captain?

HMS Captain: Radar, sonar, aerial patrols. All report no other vehicles have left the island since last night.

That's when Y/N remembers that one time at Isabelle's office. The fishing boat, property of the Novak Family

Y/N: Did you check the fishing boats leaving the mainland?

HMS Captain: I talked to the Harbor Master, he said almost a hundred boats go out every morning at dawn. We don't even know which boat we're looking for.

Y/N: Chevalier...

HMS Captain: Excuse me?

Y/N: Chevalier. It is the Novak Family's fishing boat.

In the control room, the team, along with the Captain and the Harbor Master were trying to figure out the location of the Chevalier

Y/N: Can you get them on the radio?

Y/N asks the Captain and the Harbor Master, his foot tapping lightly due to the anxiety he was feeling in that moment

Waverly: You can get a bearing from the radio signal, yes?

HMS Captain: If we keep them broadcasting for long enough.

The Harbor Master then starts talking on the radio

Harbor Master: Chevalier, voici le capitaine du port. Copiez-vous?(Chevalier, this is the harbor master. do you copy?)

The other side was silent for a few minutes when finally, they hear a voice. Probably the Chevalier's Captain

Chevalier Captain: Capitaine de port. C'est Chevalier.(Harbor Master. This is Chevalier)

Harbor Master: Chevalier, j'ai un message pour Madame Novak.(Chevalier, I have a message for Mrs. Novak.)

Chevalier Captain: Capitaine, je ne sais pas de quoi tu parles. (Captain, I do not know what you're talking about.)

Waverly: Mr. L/N, this is your cue. Thank you.

Y/N picks up the radio, hoping that Isabelle was on the other side listening

Y/N: Chevalier, this is Y/N L/N. Hello Isabelle, I suspect you're already listening, so I'll give you this message directly. Earlier today...I killed your husband.

He stops for a moment, seeing if the radars caught the Chevalier's signal

Y/N: I'd like to report that he died honorably, courageously and selflessly...but he didn't.

In the Chevalier's location, somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean, a female hand gestured for the captain to hand her the phone he was using to communicate with Y/N

Isabelle: Y/N...

The people in the room get surprised when they hear Isabelle's voice, knowing now that she was there. The only thing they wanted was a location

Isabelle: I appreciate your message and now I hope you'll appreciate mine...Any blood relation of yours still living will be dead within the year...

Y/N: That's funny, 'cause I'm an orphan.

Natasha hears this and rolls her eyes

Isabelle: ...They will die slowly and painfully. And you know from personal experience this is an are in which we excel

After that, a man in the control room calls his captain

Man: Bearing 0-4-5, Captain!

They just got the location of Isabelle's ship

Isabelle: There's nothing you'll be able to do but witness their suffering as you await your own death...which I will save for last. This I vow on my husband's soul

Y/N: Won't you have to inform your organization to achieve that?

Isabelle: After we deliver the Siberian Star, it will be the first thing on my agenda. And you will die, Y/N. Knowing you failed miserably. With it, whoever has it, can get any code to any nuke they'd like.

HMS Captain: Ready.

Waverly: Yes. Proceed, Captain.

Y/N: I see one flaw in that plan.

Isabelle: Entertain me.

Y/N: While you've been telling me how dangerous you are, we've been locking onto your radio signal...now we have your general location.

Isabelle scoffs

Isabelle: It won't help you much. I'll be gone in five minutes.

Y/N: I'm not finished. You see...while we got a lock onto your signal, we just launched a regular warhead about...45 seconds ago. This one shouldn't have any trouble destroying a medium-size fishing boat. This should give you 30 seconds until impact

In the Chevalier, the crew, desperate and fearing for their lives start abandoning the ship

Y/N: If you do want to make good on your vow, I suggest you abandon ship immediately. How's that for entertainment?

Isabelle looks up and sees a missile coming towards her ship before being completely obliterated 

Waverly looks at an explosion in the distance with his binoculars

Waverly: Very good...well done, L/N.

....

A couple of days later, Y/N was in the MI6 headquarters with the team thet pretty much just saved the world 

Natasha and Bucky were ready to go back to the U.S and along with them, so were Kate, Woods, Mason, Ethan and Six

Waverly: I want to express my gratitude for your efforts. You've averted a potential global catastrophe, and the world remains unaware of the danger it narrowly escaped.

Adler: This is why we are planning on having a task force with all of you.

M: United Network Command for Law and Enforcement or just U.N.C.L.E. CIA, MI6 or IMF...you're all part of it now. I don't hope to see another potential catastrophe, but I hope to work with each one of you again.

After the agents leave the room, Y/N and Kate talk to each other while waiting for her to go to the airport

Kate: Y/N, it was...something working with you. I'm sorry about that whole betrayal thing. 

Y/N: What's done is done, Kate. But I gotta hand it to you. You are a badass double agent.

Kate smiles at him

Kate: So...you're not mad?

Y/N: I was...but not anymore.

Kate: Are we cool now?

Y/N: Yeah...definitely. But you owe me one. Just saying

The raven haired spy lets out a soft giggle

Kate: It was a pleasure working with you, agent L/N.

Y/N: Likewise, agent Bishop. Just...let me know when you're gonna stab me in the back for the mission, okay?

Kate: Fine by me.

Just as Kate was about to get in the car, Y/N tells her something

Y/N: Hey Kate?

Kate: Yeah?

Y/N: Stay close to my parents, okay? I'd like to know there's someone I can trust being close to them

Kate: Don't worry, Y/N. I will.

As Kate gets into the car, Y/N watches her leave with a mix of emotions playing on his face

Y/N then turns to Natasha and Bucky, who are readying themselves to leave

Y/N: Getting ready to go?

Natasha: Yes. Nick needs us back at DC.

Y/N: Then have a safe trip you two.

Y/N hugs his mom

Y/N: I love you, mom.

Natasha: I love you too, kiddo.

Bucky pats Y/N in the back

Bucky: Take care of yourself, Y/N.

Natasha: And maybe consider calling your parents once in a while.

Y/N: Yeah, maybe.

Y/N smiles as he watches his parents drive off. He had finally made his peace with them

After that, Y/N returns to M's office

M: So...agent L/N. Are you ready to get back to work?

Y/N: With pleasure, M...with pleasure.
