Suddenly, the lights come on.

It burns your eyes for a solid 10 seconds before they finally readjust.

Everyone else in the room is stirring awake.

"The Psychic will get visions about future deaths. If they are able to put the pieces together in time, they may be able to stop someone from getting killed if they choose to do so."

"The Medic has the skills and knowledge on treating wounds. If they are lucky enough, they can save a life before they die. Trials will still be held for attempted murders, however the victim's memories of their attacker's appearance will be blocked out."

"The Jester's goal is almost the complete opposite from everyone else's. They have to be blamed for a murder they didn't commit by placing fake evidence pointing to them. If they get accused for the crime, everyone except them will be punished, including the person who actually did it. They are the only role that may deter from committing a murder themselves, as no matter if they get away or get caught they will always be punished, but you may never know."

"The Angel can speak to the dead players. However, they are not allowed to speak with them right after a murder or during a trial."

"And finally, you can tell that you've all forgotten almost everything about your personal lives. Even your own names are out of your memory."

"That is where the Unmasker comes in. If they interact with a person enough, whether they make friends or enemies out of them, the person they've interacted with will uncover their identity the next day. Other than dying, this is the only way to regain your memories. The Unmasker cannot unmask themselves."

"There is a set of bedrooms that have been added to the building, right off to the side of the main dance floor. There are 21 of you here, so there are 7 rooms with 3 beds each. You can all claim a bed at any time you want. I will announce when it is nighttime and when it is morning. When it is nighttime, you must never, under any circumstances, leave your room. There is nothing physically stopping you, but I'm warning you now of the dangers that lurk around."

"Murders can be committed at anytime, anywhere. The only thing stopping you is your own sheer will. You can still refer to each other by your code names. Good luck, the choice is yours."
