After they had reached the base, they rushed Niki to the medics.

"Will she be alright?"Asked Saori

"Thankfully, she just got a little dizzy due to the flight and adrenaline, also a little injury due to the fall, Thanks to your gear, you wouldn't have survived if you weren't using the gear."Replied the medic

"is she gonna be able to be coming on the next mission?" asked Flenn anxiously

"Negative, she needs some rest from this mission" replied the medic, taking off his glasses

"Saori and Flenn, The general wants to meet you in the office"Blared the loudspeakers

"Well, I guess you two have to go without Niki today, the documents that you retrieved say that Hiroshi was tied up with the Chinese government to make a deadly missile with the help of the modified EMP chips" announced Bradley

"wait, so what was in the briefcase?" asked Flenn, clearly confused

"It was empty, a bait for both, The Chinese general and you guys to a showdown" he paused, "Our intel says that there are more documents on China's south island bases, we need you two to go there and retrieve the documents for us to get details of what's their plan" added Bradley

"Positive" Replied both of them, before getting their gear.

After being in the chopper for 11 hours, They reached the island and began to carefully scout the area.

 As Saori and Flenn delved deeper into enemy territory, the dangers multiplied. The scorching Chinese sun beat down on them mercilessly as they navigated the landscape. Their determination remained unshaken, their eyes locked on the prize that awaited them.

Their intel had led them to a fortified compound. Their objective lay within its heavily guarded walls. Undeterred, Flenn and Saori formulated a plan, utilizing their specialized skills to infiltrate undetected.

Just as all seemed lost, they heard a helicopter, and a minute later, a figure appeared out of the heavy dunes. Niki, with a devilish smirk on her face and a sledgehammer in her hand, and a machine gun on her back, had defied the odds and arrived on the scene. Ignoring her injuries, he leaped into the fray, injecting renewed vigor into Flenn and Niki.

With the enemy closing in, the trio sprinted towards the waiting choppers, bullets grazing their heels. However, Niki was not done yet as she pulled out a rocket launcher from the back of the chopper and fired a missile right into the main building from where they had taken the documents out of, her smile having the mischief and chaos of a drunkard
