Chapter Three; Not Edited

'Calum, you look adorable in your over sized pink sweater and high socks that you decided to wear this school day. You've caught my attention when I saw you walk by my locker and I know now that you need to be mine before someone else catches your heart.

I'm starting to think of more things to say on how your beauty captivates me every time I see you during the school day. It pulls at my heart strings that I can't reveal my true self to you, Calum but hopefully I can soon.

To my precious jewel.

Red'

I slammed my locker shut and earned a couple of odd looks from passing students but I ignored it. This 'red' person was starting to get on my last nerves and trust me I have a lot. Why can't this person just come clean to me? Yes, I understand that their so called popularity would be ruined or something in that sort, but who cares about that?

With a huff off annoyance, I grabbed my binders and made my way to my next class which was World History with Mrs. Miller. She was a good teacher but her monotone voice didn't help much due to me always falling asleep in her class. I'm still surprised that I have a high B in her class to that simple factor. Ivy and Harry weren't in that class but I have someone who I sometimes talk to in that class and his name is Niall Horan.

The bell above me started to ring loudly, signaling I was late to my first class. A groan escaped my lips as I started to scurry to the last room in this hallway as fast as I could. When I reached the door, I gripped the silver handle and twisted it so that I could slip through the crack without bringing much attention to myself.

"Mr. Hood, you're late."

I inwardly groaned when Mrs. Miller had to do something I prayed that she wouldn't do in the first place but I guess luck wasn't on my side today. "I'm sorry, I left something at my locker and went back to get it." I lied through my teeth.

"Next time it will be detention." She warned as I let out a sigh of relief that I didn't have to go to dentition with the red haired teacher.

The other students in my class gave me a look that simply said 'teachers pet' and I rolled my eyes at that because I wasn't that. I just liked to make a good expression on the teachers at the school so that I could actually graduate and not be held back like most students my age. I rolled my shoulders back and took my normal seat by Niall who seemed to be engrossed in his notebook as he scribbled down things.

"Morning Niall." I whispered lowly for only him to hear. I watched as he raised his head and I noticed that he didn't have blonde hair anymore. I didn't notice at first but his hair is now a lilac color with lighter streaks of pink on the edges. "New hair color? It suits you well." I smiled as I examined his new hair style.

"Thank you Calum."  He said, raising his head so I got a glimpse of his solid blue eyes which was examining my face silently. "How was your morning?"  The lilac boy asked me as he went back to his writing which made me curious on what he was doing because he normally doesn't do classwork from what I seen.

"It was good." I commented, leaving out the part of the notes that I receive daily. I haven't told Niall about the notes due to the people he hangs out. Niall might hide it well but he hangs out with the punk social group and I try to stay away from that part of the social chain as far as possible. It's not like I'm afraid of people who have heavy piercings and tattoos it's just I don't like there actions and choices.

"Just good, are you sure about that? You seem annoyed at something." The lilac boy pointed out. It was true. I was annoyed at something but he doesn't need to know about the notes because then he will get to curious and probably start to question me.

"I'm not annoyed." I rolled my eyes in amusement on how Niall always thinks I'm annoyed at something but weirdly I am now. "Fine. Yes, I am annoyed at some things." I sighed when the lilac boy raised one of his eyebrows in question.

"Annoyed at what?" He asked, rolling his eyes when Mrs.Miller told him to be quiet because he was disrupting her teaching. "Anyway. Please tell me." The older boy whispered more quietly and it seemed to work because our teacher went back to her teaching.

"Can we talk about it at lunch or after school?" I insisted to the boy because I really needed to pay attention in this class and get a passing grade. Even though I have a 'B' in this class I wanted to get a high 'A' so that my mother wouldn't get angry at me for slacking to much. My parents wanted perfection in my grades and that causes me to have stress most of the time due to them breathing down my back to get good grades.

"I can try to squeeze in sometime to talk to you at lunch." Niall said as he chewed on the tip of his pencil. "Luke might get mad that I'm talking to you but who cares what he thinks."

I winced at the thought of the tall blonde getting mad. Luke Hemmings had a mild temper and sometime's it was worse then Ivy's. I personally never spoke to Luke but I've heard stories about him beating up teens for looking at him the wrong way.

"That is fine. I sit alone anyway." I shrugged with little interest. I don't mind sitting alone because it gives me time to think about certain things that bother me or the mysterious notes that I receive on a daily basis. I turned my attention back to the teacher who was ranting on some history lesson that we were currently learning. In the back of my head I could feel someone's eyes on me but I chose to ignore it.
