The European Federation, or E.F., is a federation of European nations formed to become more powerful in order to compete with both the North American Union and the Russian Federation. Before the creation of the European Federation, there was a thing called the European Union, which allowed any state to join. However, in 2017, the world's largest terrorist group destroyed the majority of the EU's oil fields, causing an energy crisis and environmental problems. The terrorist group is known as the New Blood Liberation Front. The NBLF has military arsenals obtained from black markets and scrap yards. They use brute force to threaten other nations, and they are led by a strategist who believes the world will be free of nation-state oppression. Refugees fled to Europe, seeking asylum in Bulgaria and Romania. The bureaucrats are concerned about the situation, and they are confronted with protestors on the streets, who they fear will spark a revolution. The European Federation was established on August 18th to prevent this from happening and to eliminate the threat. Most European countries, including those that did not join the EU, have been absorbed into a single nation, and only one president can be elected from Belgium. They engaged the NBLF in Africa, the Middle East, and a small area of the South Region using the combined military might of the coalition and assistance from the USA, Canada, and Britain. They defeated them in Africa and the Middle East using their new technological weapon arsenal. During the last stand in Niger, the Allies applied pressure to the NBLF. Finally, they defeated the NBLF leader. After the NBLF war, they rebuilt the oil fields and then began to develop new advanced technology and spacecraft to begin colonization. Now that the E.F. is one of the world's superpower nations that has been growing in power. Pres. Jürgen Bernitz is currently in charge of the E.F.
