ULA Location, Hospital

Nunnally starts to wake up to see her in the room that appears to be a patient room. Surprisingly, she can feel her eyes open and she can feel her legs moving meaning that her blindness was cured and she is no longer a cripple. She smiled happily with a glee.

Nunnally: I can't believe it. My eyes, I can see. And My legs I can move again.

A doctor entered the room to see her awake.

ULA doctor: Nunnally Lamperouge, how do you feel?

Nunnally: I feel good. But where am I?

Daniel walked in the room still wearing a Patriot Knight suit.

Daniel: You're in a secret ULA location.

Nunnally: The ULA... Daniel, is that you?

She said, surprised to see him here except he's wearing a dark armor suit. He approached her on her left side.

Daniel: Sure is, Nunnally. You may know me, but I must tell you something shocking. I am Patriot Knight, leader of the United Liberation Alliance.

Nunnally: You're... Patriot Knight.

Daniel: That's right. Jiyu is a Japanese girl named Aiwi Arakaki, she is a former Japanese resistance group. And Justitia, well, I think you know her...

Nunnally: Hm?

Milly, wearing Justitia's suit, walked in the room, waving her hand to her.

Milly: Hi Nunnally.

Nunnally: M-Milly!

She's shocked seeing someone who is a sister figure just happens to be Justitia. She walked beside Daniel and got closer to her with a smile.

Milly: Hey, I'm glad to see you recovered. I'm sorry for hiding this from you. I hope you're not mad at me.

Nunnally: No, I'm not mad at you. But why did you join the ULA?

Milly grabbed her hands and closed it softly.

Milly: I want this for you to create a gentler world than you ever wanted. And I want to protect you with my life. But...

She slowly started to cry as she embraced her.

Milly: I'm sorry, Nunnally! I'm sorry for not being there with you when they kidnap you and torture you. I'm such a terrible sister.

Nunnally: Milly, please don't cry.

She hugged her back as she stroked her hair gently.

Nunnally: I'm okay now. What matters now is that we're here together. So please don't blame yourself because of what happened back there.

She said, Milly wiped her tears and smiled at her sister figure. They hug each other once more. Daniel just said to her.

Daniel: Nunnally, I want to tell you something more. You know your big brother, Lelouch-

Nunnally: Was Zero. I know. They told me.

Daniel: I see... The same reason he did it is because he wants to build a gentler world. He makes sacrifices to make it true.

Nunnally: He did this just for me?

He nodded.

Milly: Yes. And together, we can make a gentler world as you wish. We can bring peace and end this war.

She said Nunnally looks down and smiles that her big brother has reason to be Zero because of her wish to be true.

Daniel: I know your real identity, Nunnally vi Britannia. You used to be a princess of Britannia.

Nunnally: So you know, what are you going to do with me?

She suddenly felt the shaking of her identity being discovered by her friend. She squeezed her hand on the blanket until Milly put her hand there to calm down.

Milly: He won't do anything bad to you. He is able to cure your blindness and make your legs walk again.

Daniel: That's right. While you were recovering, your brother just asked me to cure your eyes and fix your legs. Actually, your leg was replaced with synthetic robotic legs. He keeps begging me until I accept his request. So you should thank your brother.

He said. Nunnally smiled once more because her brother made a request for her.

Then Lelouch and Euphemia walked in the room to see her. Sayoko was here too as she was wearing patient clothes and she was barely recovered because she demanded to see her immediately so Daniel had to accept it to bring her here. They rushed over and hugged her.

Lelouch & Euphemia: Nunnally!

Nunnally: Lelouch? Euphie? You two are here.

Euphemia: Yes, sweetie. Oh, I heard what happened to you and I was so worried about it. But I'm glad to see you recovered.

She hugged her once more. Then Nunnally looked at her big brother.

Nunnally: Lelouch, I know who you are. You are Zero.

Lelouch: So you know...

Nunnally: It's okay. Daniel told me everything. Although I don't condone of violence, I will support you in anything to create the vision I have.

Lelouch smiled. Nunnally, Sayoko lowered her head in shame and her tears running down her cheek. She looked at her face.

Sayoko: Nunnally... I'm so sorry, I have failed to protect you from those kidnappers. It's my fault. I-I-I...

Then Nunnally wiped her tears out of her eyes as she said.

Nunnally: Sayoko, it's not your fault. You tried to protect me from those kidnappers and that's all the matter. So please don't cry. I love you, mom.

She said, smiling at her. Sayoko started to cry more and hug her. Everyone else went to hug her as one big family. Daniel is smiling to see them happy like a family. He asked his girlfriend.

Daniel: Hey Milly, I'm gonna go now. I have something very important.

Milly: I understand. I'll meet you there later.

He nodded as he left the room. After they made a big hug, Nunnally was feeling sad all of sudden.

Euphemia: What's wrong?

Nunnally: Tell me, is it... is it my fault?

Milly: What! Why are you saying that?

Nunnally: Because... before they torture me, they told me it was my fault for turning Japan into Area 11 and I am a reason for me and my brother to exile there before Japan surrendered. I think...

She let out tears from her eyes.

Nunnally: I'm responsible for Japan becoming a colonial Area.

Lelouch: Nunnally, don't say that!

Nunnally: It's true! All those people in Japan were suffered in discrimination because we made a mess. Maybe I am the cause of trouble.

She was sobbing in tears until Sayoko placed her hand on her for comfort and said to her.

Sayoko: Nunnally, please don't say it. You're not responsible for what happened to Japan. What they said is not true.

Milly: She's right. It was the emperor who just invaded Japan while you and Lelouch were still there. Your brother stands up to the emperor when he calls you a weakling. That I don't want that to happen.

Euphemia: So please, don't blame yourself. I don't want to see you sad after what they did to you.

She said, sympathy towards her sister. Nunnally started to cheer up and bring up a smile. Then she looked at her brother to say something important.

Nunnally: Big Brother, I want to ask you something...

Lelouch: If it's about Sayoko being our surrogate mother, I know.

She is surprised that her brother knows about Sayoko being a surrogate mother towards them.

Nunnally: You know?

He nodded.

Lelouch: Yes. We went to visit Sayoko and see if she's alright. Then she confessed that she sees her as a mother figure and she always protects us with all her care. Also, you called her mom and we're just here so it's obvious.

Nunnally: Oh...

Euphemia chuckled.

Euphemia: We've been talking about it before we came here. If Sayoko is your surrogate mother, then I'm okay with it. Besides, she takes care of you two which I thanked her for.

Sayoko: You're welcome, your highness.

Euphemia: Please, no need to call me that. Just call me Euphemia or Euphie. And you are welcome to be our family.

She said with a smile at her.

Milly: Nunnally, as an older sister, I would do anything to protect you and your brother from harm's way. I want a better future for all of us. Nunnally, you, your brother, and I were just the tools used by our parents to gain their own privilege, but we can make it a better life here in Japan.

Lelouch: Yeah. Britannia is not our home, this is. This is our new home.

He said. Everyone made a big hug once more, then Milly told Nunnally that she will be discharged today. Sayoko and Lelouch helped Nunnally to get out the bed and make her stand with her new legs and after she was able to stand they left the hospital escorted by Sayoko, Lelouch, Euphemia, and Milly then they went outside and explored ULA Sanctuary city.

Daniel's office room

Daniel was sitting on the chair of his desk thinking his mind of what Anneliese just said to him back then. He put his hand on the forehead of what she meant about being aware of the black sun so he decided to search for it. He turned on the computer to search for black sun. He searched everything until he found an image.

Daniel: Is this it? Is this what she means by that?

Trying to learn more about it, he decided to call Area 51 from the other side of the universe on the computer. He just said.

Daniel: Gen. Richardson, can you help me something? It's really important.

Next Morning

Black Knights HQ, Port Yokosuka

When Diethard found the headquarters and came to join the Black Knights in exchange for gathering information, things went well. More recruits from most of Japanese and few Britannian have increasing numbers that may be able to defeat Britannia. But working together with ULA and secretly the UNSA and the allies to defeat the Holy Britannian Empire when the time has come. Ohgi was at outside looking at the sunset thinking his thoughts after learning Zero is a former Britannian prince and experience in Parallos universe.

Ohgi: A new bright future for all of us, and this universe. Maybe this will give us a chance to change it.

Then he notices something in the distance that there's a woman laying there unconscious. He rushed in to see if a woman was still alive.

Ohgi: Are you all right? Talk to me, hey, come on.

He tried to shake her until she started to wake up but remained unconscious.

Ohgi: Ah, You're alive.

???: Y-You're f-f-from U-U-ULA...

Ohgi gasped that this woman knows the ULA which means she is part of Britannian military service. Despite her being an enemy, he couldn't leave her here injured so he decided to move her somewhere place so no one in the Black Knights knows it.

A woman started to wake up from unconsciousness. Ohgi was sitting there holding a nambu pistol in case she tried to attack him or attempt to escape. So he asked her a question.

Ohgi: Are you waking up now?

???: Yes...

Ohgi: What were you doing in that place, passed out like that? What is your name?

???: I am... My name is.. What is my name...?

Ohgi was a bit shocked that she couldn't remember her own name.

Ohgi: You don't remember? What about the ULA? Have you talked about them before?

???: What's the ULA?

Ohgi: Ah... What am I doing? I practically betray them, but why...

???: But I don't know anything.

She raised her up and then she realized she was naked so she covered it up using a blanket.

???: Oh, nothing at all.

Ohgi: Sorry I was able to undress you with my eyes closed. But getting clothes back on wasn't so... But I turned up the heat, so I thought you'd be alright.

???: Hmm. Thank goodness.

Ohgi was confused about what she was saying to him.

???: Anyone could have picked me up out there, but I got someone nice.

She said as she showed him a smile. Ohgi was surprised by this event, but then he heard the phone ringing from his pocket so he checked it up and saw the text belonging to his leader, Zero, asking every important member to come to the meeting in the ULA meeting.

???: Hm? What is it?

Ohgi: Ah... Uh, I have an important meeting today and I don't wish to be late. But in the meantime, why not get dressed there's clothes inside the closet over there.

???: Ah... Okay. So, um, since I can't remember my name, can you call me by my new name?

Ohgi feels it is tricky to think about giving her a new name since she has some kind of amnesia then he got an idea.

Ohgi: How about... Chigusa.

Given her a new name, she smiled once more.

Chigusa: Chigusa... I like that.

Hangar bay, Burgundy, Black Sun Base

The Witch Sisters showed their excited expressions as they saw they have their own mechanized robot model. On the left is black colored mechanized robot model while on the right is white colored mechanized robot, it matches their hair colors.

Annika: Look, sis! Those models have the same color as our hair!

Anneliese: Of course, sis. So what should we call it since it's ours.

Annika: Hmm... How about... Banshees.

Anneliese: Banshees... I like it!

Then Cruger came towards them as he said to the Witch Sisters.

Cruger: So, I've heard that you two have failed the mission in Area 11. And you've lost so many lycans by the hands of the ULA, correct?

Anneliese: Well, they served their purpose. Also, who cares if we failed the mission. After all, we had a lot of fun with the little princess.

Cruger sighed.

Cruger: You two are the most insane people on this world that killed many females where you seem to satisfy yourselves by torturing them so much. But anyway, I see you have something to tell you about these models.

Annika: Oh?

Cruger: Though we are able to steal the information and blueprints from the UNSA in Australia, we need to come up with a new name for the mechanized robot model. So we decided to call it Ritterstute.

Annika: Ritterstute? Eh, if the Reichfuhrer wants to call them, then that's fine for us.

Cruger: Good. That's just what I need to hear from you.

Anneliese: Anyway, how's Boucher? Where is he now?

Cruger: He's in the EU battle frontline. He is engaging both EU and Euro-Britannia.

Weisswolf Castle, Europia United

The commander of this operation, Pierre Anou, was looking on the screen seeing some Alexanders equipped with bomb attachments blow up taking some Euro-Britannian units in range. A blonde girl dressing EU officer uniform named Leila Malcal was doing her work, but she was dislike of this operation by sending those young japanese pilots to suicide attack just to make a clear path for EU troops trapped in there. While they're fighting, they get a distress message from one of Japanese pilots in one of the Alexanders.

Japanese pilot (radio): Commander Pierre Anou, sir!

Pierre: Heh? What is it? You should continue engaging the enemy.

Japanese pilot (radio): But sir! We detected large unknown units in the west but it's not from Euro-Britannia nor the EU reinforcement.

Pierre: Huh? What are you talking about? That sounds nonsense. Carry on the battlefield.

Leila: Wait! We must be sure that what he says is true. Pilot, what's happening there?

Japanese pilot (radio): They're engaging both us and Euro-Britannians. They wipe them out very fast. My units were down. It's only a matter of time before they- Oh shit! That knightmare is different from others and it appears to be a leader.

Pierre: A leader? Who is it? Who are they?

Japanese pilot (radio): Oh God! The leader saw me and it's coming too fas- AHHHHHH!!!

And with that, the sound of Japanese screams in horror has led to silence. They can only hear static. One of the WZERO members named Joe Wise said to Leila.

Wise: He's gone. We lost Him.

Leila grinned her teeth. Then another member named Sarah Danes sees something happen on the screen.

Sarah: More unknown hostile units just attacking Alexanders before they could self-destruct. Not only that, they engage the Euro-Britannians as well. But this one...

She pointed to a white circle pinpoint that goes faster, wiping out a few Euro-Britannian units in its path.

Sarah: This one has wiped out a few enemy units so quickly.

...

Euro-Britannian knight: Oh God! What the hell is that thing!

He shouted in fear as he watched his units were wiped out by a lone new Ritterstute model called Iron Knight or in German, Eisenritter.

And the pilot of Eisenritter was Obergruppenherr Charles Guillaume Bucher.

Euro-Britannian knight: Attack! Attack that monster!

Euro-Britannian pilot: Understood!

The Euro-Britannia Sutherlands engaged the Eisenritter. Eisenritter drew out a cybernetic sword as he swung his weapon at the enemy units, cutting them in half and they were destroyed. He then pulled out a specialized energy rifle and took out three remaining Euro-Britannian units. 

A knight was shocked in horror and its eyes looked toward him as he was the next prey to slaughter. He regained his courage and went to action.

Euro-Britannian knight: Damn you monster!

He shouted. Boucher inside the cockpit shows a smirk to see how foolish he was to face him so he gives him a quick death. He waited for the Euro-Britannian knight to go straight to him until the knight raised his jousting Lancer and went towards him but then, his expression changed when his enemy just suddenly disappeared. But to Boucher, he used teleport action. A knight looked around to find that enemy leader.

Euro-Britannian knight: where are you! Show yourself, you spineless cow-

Then suddenly, he felt his chest was being stabbed as he struggled to move his head down to see a blade stabbed through his chest.

Eisenritter was behind a knight Knightmare as he kept going through it until the blade came out from the chest. He pulled out his sword and threw him like the garbage he was. Boucher sighed that he killed a knight of Euro-Britannia which he's proud to try his new Ritterstute model thanks to an infiltrator stealing the information and blueprints the UNSA base established at the right side of Australia. He rested up his body as he moved around and was ready to find another prey to kill.

Boucher: I love fighting the Battlefield once again since WW2. It has been ages of waiting.

He said. Meanwhile, an Alexander pilot named Akito Hyuga was spying on the distance watching that unknown Knightmare just took out entire enemy forces.

Weisswolf Castle, Europia United

Everyone in the room watched on the screen to witness that new unknown Knightmare from an unknown third party just eliminated them so easily like they are nothing to him. Pierre seeing that Knightmare must be a leader terrifies him that something like that would create a monster and fear that if the operation has failed by that Knightmare, not only will he get backlash from the EU public, but also tarnish his reputation as EU commander so he made a decisive choice.

Pierre: What are you waiting for? That monster is right there! Order him to blow him out.

Leila wanted know about the pilot in Alexander so she asked her best friend, Anna Clement,

Leila: Anna, who is that pilot in Alexander?

Anna: It's Akito Hyuga.

She gasped as her name became familiar to her.

Leila: Akito...

She muttered. She met him at the EU military academy and they often hang out together for social conversation. Seeing many Japanese pilots dead from either self-destructing or being wiped out by Euro-Britannia or unknown third party, she decided to prevent this from happening to him so she made her action as she said to him.

Leila: Commander Pierre, I have to object about your choice to take on that unknown hostile knightmare that we don't know more about.

Pierre: W-What! How dare you! What makes you say that?

Leila: It is obvious that it is now 40 minutes until the 132nd

Regiment begins their withdrawal. We have lost many Alexanders charging on our enemy and then they came out of nowhere and took out both sides.

Pierre: Spare me your excuses! Or is it that this plan was flawed all along?

He said, pointing his finger at her for accusation.

Leila: It was you who made last-minute alterations to the plan, Commander Anou.

Pierre: Ohh... I see how it is. You don't approve of me adding self-destruct devices to the Alexanders? A plan that wastefully depletes one's own forces, tactically speaking, ...is cowardice. It's only Elevens that are dying. The Elevens don't need your naive humanism. Come, surely you've heard of this. These Elevens are the descendants of a race of people who have always loved to die in acts they called seppuku and kamikaze! What could possibly be wrong with making them take part in a suicide operation?

Leila: Are you sure that's wise?

Pierre: What are you talking about?

Leila: If our forces are wiped out and the Britannian intercept line holds, or whoever they are, they retreat from Narva, the 132nd Regiment will be annihilated by either of them. If Operation Alpha fails, the blame will fall on us of the WZERO unit, since we were supposed to secure an escape route for them.

Pierre felt shaking as what she said is that if this operation failed they will take the blame not only the WZERO, but also himself too.

Leila: Do you believe that General HQ in Paris and the politicians will meekly accept the public backlash that is sure to come if the plan fails? Statesmen never let themselves get sullied.

She said in her statement. Pierre now felt unwary that something would happen to him sooner or later. He cannot find a way to come up with this alternative plan to save his skin and his reputation of EU military career.

Pierre: I-I refuse to let myself be the fall guy for this...

He said, but everything is in vain as Pierre is starting to lose his cool and then his glares towards her.

Pierre: All of this... is your fault!

He pointed his pistol straight to her face. Everyone was shocked to see a commander pointing a pistol at Leila to the face.

Pierre: It was your plan and I will not be blamed for it! I refuse to be your scapegoat for your failing!

Anna: Leila!

The WZERO team stood by watching their friend gunpoint by him trying to find a way to get out of this situation.

Pierre: You;re going to... pay...

He struggles to try to cool down his fear as his hand holding a gun pointed at her shaking. Leila started to smile with her confident expression.

Leila: You don't have it with you.

Pierre: What?

In confusion, Leila quickly grabbed his arm and pin him down on the ground triggering the alarm. A group of EU soldiers accompanied by Major Captain Oscar Hammel entered the room when the alarm was triggered in the command center.

Oscar: What's going on? Who discharges the weapon?

Claus: Well, if it isn't Maj. Hammel of the Special Forces. That was certainly fast.

Leila just reminded Pierre pinning him down on the floor as she just said.

Leila: Allow me to correct you on one detail. They aren't "Elevens," they're Japanese.

Oscar: Major Malcal. Is that jiu jitsu? Most impressive.

Pierre: Damn it, Hammel. Get this crazy bitch off me!

He said when Hammel injected him on the neck to knock him out. Leila let go of him and went to the console.

Oscar: Would you mind explaining what happened here, Maj. Malcal?

Leila ignores his questions as she said to Claus for changing the command to her.

Leila: Emergency Appointment #305! Lt. Col. Claus!

Claus: Right you are... Deputy Commander Claus acknowledges change of command... It's all yours, Commander Malcal.

Leila: Change in plans! Disengage all Alexander self-destruct devices! Capt. Clement!

Anna: Y-Yes, ma'am! Chloe! Hilda! Send emergency texts to all frames!

Hilda: Looks like our boss is feeling her oats.

Chloe: Good for her.

Both girls chuckled before going back to work.

...

Boucher maniacally laughs as his Eisenritter slaughters everyone he sees. He swung cybernetic swords around as he sliced euro-britannian forces in halves and then he encountered a knight piloted by gloucester swordsman.

Boucher: There you are!

He aggressively attacked the knight as the effectiveness was so great it gave critical damage to him. A knight grinned his teeth after his units were wiped not only from the so-called Ghost of Hammel, but also that unknown knightmare he had never seen before.

Euro-Britannian knight: What kind of monster is this!

He tried to draw out his swords and prepare to fight but what he didn't know is that Boucher had given something to him with the trick of his sleeve. He activates his dark geass as he channels Eisenritter with his electric shock and Eisenritter raises his hand and fires at him. The shock is so effective it electrocuted the enemy knightmare damaging the circuit system. Not only that, the pilot was electrocuted so much he died by so much electrocution. The knightmare fell to the ground dead as Eisenritter finished using Boucher's dark geass. He takes a deep breath and then contacts his units.

Boucher: Lieutenant, have all enemy units wiped out?

BS lieutenant (radio): Yes, mein Obergruppenherr. All of them are wiped out.

Boucher: Good. Order to fall back. It seems we do damage on both sides effectively.

Just as he is about to leave, he detects on his screen to see one enemy unit still alive and it is entering the area where he was. He turned around to see a single Alexander arriving after took down the last euro-britannian unit. Both of them stare at each other in a standoff ready to see which one of them is going to engage first.

Akito stares at that knightmare that is different from both EU and Euro-Britannia. He did witness some others follow him like he is a leader engaging both sides. He thinks that those guys were a third party and probably the terrorist group planning something for their own gain.

Akito: Just what are you?

Boucher just watched Alexander stand idly, but ready its weapon if he engaged him first. But since his mission is finished, he won't waste his time eliminating him so he decides to spare him for now.

Boucher: Whatever you are, you are not my time. It's time for me to leave. Farewell, EU scum.

He said so casually as Eisenritter activated the landspinner and left the scene. Akito was so confused as to why he just went up and left instead facing him in combat.

Akito: He... just left. Who are they? Where do they come from?

...

After the operation was successful, but cost a lot of lives of Japanese youths, Smilias promoted Leila as Lieutenant Colonel and new commander of the WZERO team. Afterwards, Leila told him about new encounters during the battlefield in the frontlines.

Leila: General Smilias, I have informed you something important during an encounter in the operation?

Smilias: Tell me.

Leila put the folder on the desk. Smilias picks it up and opens it to see the report about their encounters in the field. Leila explained to him while he was reading.

Leila: During fighting against Euro-Britannian forces, a large unknown number came out of nowhere and attacked both sides. We are able to see on the screen what they look like.

Smilias: You mean this?

He said, showing a photo of black knightmare that resembles of German helmet on the head and it has two glowing red eyes.

Leila: Yes. That's it, sir. It resembles to German helmet, but I've never seen that kind of knightmares before. It's not made from either the EU or Britannia. I think they're a group of terrorists, maybe?

Smilias: Maybe. But whatever they are, they have goals they want to achieve and they don't want us to interfere with them. Despite them taking out Britannian forces, they attacked our units as well. I'll look at it.

Leila: Thank you, general. I'll take my leave.

Smilias nodded.

Smilias: Oh, and don't forget that you have a party tonight so please don't be late. After all, you should probably be proud of yourself.

He said. She sighs as gives him a nod and leaves the room. She sees Akito standing there waiting for her. They both walked in the hallway as she asked him.

Leila: Akito, tell me what you saw there?

Akito: The black knightmares... They wiped out my units before they could self-destruct. One of them is a different model, probably to be a leader. He took out every Britannia unit in fast speed, not only that he just disappeared and reappeared behind an enemy knightmare.

Leila: I see... Do you know who they are, or do you find something?

Akito: Yes. I was able to see those symbols and I drew them after I returned to Weisswolf castle.

Leila: Okay. Thank you, Akito. I'm glad you returned alive. Honesty, I'm so worried something would happen to you.

Akito: You do?

He raised his eyebrow.

Leila: I do. Now come on. We got important things to do.

ULA home base

The important black knight members were called by Zero to come for a meeting. Kaguya likes to join the meeting as she will be sent there for the Kyoto House. Sayoko and Nunnally were also part of the group since Daniel likes them to know his origin and the universe he lives in.

Euphemia escorted by two ULA soldiers walking in the cell block. They reached the cell door as it slid open and entered the room to see her big sister is behind the forcefield. She woke up from prison cell bed and saw her sister here along with two ULA soldiers beside her.

Cornelia: Euphie?

Euphemia: Good Morning, Cornelia.

Cornelia: Euphemia, what's going on? How do you- Are you alright? Did they hurt you?

Euphemia: No. They don't hurt me. But I would like you to come with me.

Cornelia: Huh? For what?

Euphemia: I was here by Patriot Knight to bring you to him.

Cornelia: For what?

Euphemia: He wants you to be part of the meeting along with the Black Knights and the others.

Cornelia: Hmph! Meeting with the terrorist.

Euphemia: They're not terrorists! The ULA, they came to bring liberation of Area 11 and then end all wars!

She sighed out of a bit of frustration she said to her calmly.

Euphemia: Just please, come with me to the briefing room for once.

Seeing no other choice, Cornelia sighed.

Cornelia: Alright, I'll come.

Euphemia: Good.

She gives a nod to the ULA soldier beside her as she deactivates the forcefield. They leave the cell room before Euphemia just reminds her.

Euphemia: One more thing, no funny business, Got it?

Cornelia nodded to her sister. They reached the briefing room to see Black Knights members, Four Holy Sword members, and Kaguya in the room. Justitia and Jiyu were here too beside Patriot Knight. But most surprising, she saw that Lelouch and Nunnally, who thought they were dead, are alive.

Cornelia: L-Lelouch... Nunnally...

Nunnally: Hi, Cornelia.

She waved her hand at her. She notices her brother is wearing Zero outfit and a black cape which shockingly shows that his brother was none other than Zero himself. She shook her head as she was still shocked to see them alive in front of her own eyes.

Cornelia: But how and why?

Lelouch: It can wait for another time. But right now, take the seat. The Patriot Knight wants to speak to you.

Cornelia sat down on the chair to see everyone in this room. She looked around the place and looked very futuristic, but it didn't bother her. Patriot Knight removes his helmet, reveals his face and says to her.

Daniel: Cornelia li Britannia, you've known me as Patriot Knight. But my name is Daniel Thompson. To your eyes, I am Britannian, but I fight against the Britannia Empire. But what if I told you that it isn't really true.

Cornelia: What do you mean?

Daniel: What if I told you that I come from another universe.

Cornelia: It's hard to believe it.

Justitia: Oh I assure you, you will believe everything he says is true.

Daniel: Sayoko, Nunnally, you know the reason why I brought two of you here.

Nunnally: If it's something important?

Daniel: I guess you said that so embrace yourselves because you are about to learn my universe's history.

It took a few hours of explanation from the three of them. Cornelia, Nunnally, and Sayoko learned about the history of his universe. They were told that his universe was called Parallos and their universe they live in was called Allos. The three girls were shocked and stunned at the same time learning how different the Parallos universe was from their universe.

Sayoko: I... I can't believe it.

Nunnally: No Alwin the first? Which means the Roman Empire has conquered the British Isle.

Cornelia: Not only sakuradite didn't exist, but also the Washington Rebellion or American Revolutionary War were won to American rebels. And now the nation inhabiting the Britannia Mainland is called the United States of America. Impossible!

Kaguya: It is possible, your highness.

Sayoko: Meiji Restoration? It is where they succeeded to restore Japanese government rule and remove the feudal system and establish imperial rule.

Cornelia: The First World War is different from our war.

Nunnally: I can't believe what the Nazis and Imperial Japanese did to those poor innocent people. Why would they do such a thing! They don't deserve to die!

She is crying in tears coming out from her eyes. Euphemia and Lelouch comforted her. Cornelia was in tears as well to witness the atrocities in WW2 by Nazi Regime and Japanese Empire. She starts to see a reflection between Japanese Empire and the Holy Britannian Empire, but the Imperial Japanese are the worst.

They learned more about the Cold Wars from 1947-1991, proxy wars that happened throughout the 20th century. Onto the 21st Century, they learned about the Gulf War in the Middle East, the 9/11 attack by a terrorist group called Al-Qaeda, the United States invaded Afghanistan to topple the Taliban Regime, invaded Iraq to remove Saddam Hussein regime, and any conflicts occur to his universe. There also learned about new terrorist organization called New Blood Liberation Front or NBLF, which Daniel remind them to don't be deceive to their name as they commit many crimes throughout the conflict and they even try to take control of Russian decommissioned nuclear facility which shocking for three girls of what they trying to achieve could leads to destruction of humanity, but they were defeated at Niger as the last stand, and it also the creation of new intergovernmental nation such as North American Union, Central America Commonwealth, United Federation of South America, and Association of Asian Nations. After that, the creation of UNSA and exploration throughout the space system and colonized planets, the war between Humanity and Harvest Empire, won the war with the help of alien resistances, and restored the Milky Way galaxy from the war, and enjoy the life of the new era until the present day. The three girls are now convinced that Daniel is indeed from another universe.

Cornelia: You really are from an alternate universe.

He nodded.

Cornelia: So that explains everything. The ULA is so powerful when it comes to fighting in battle. You come from another universe in the distant future where they have spaceships and colonize every planet. I have to admit that we, Britannians, are very inferior to the United Earth Solar Alliance or even the North American Federation.

Daniel: That is right. And I am here to bring the war that your empire has started. Now then, the reason I call you all here is that we have a new enemy coming from the shadows. I know some people here what I am talking about.

Lelouch, Kallen, Justitia, Jiyu, Nunnally, and Sayoko know what he means by that.

Daniel: I have been doing an investigation of who they are, and what they want to achieve their goal. They're also responsible for kidnapping and torturing both Sayoko and Nunnally.

Cornelia: They what!

Daniel: Yes. I'm going to show you what we have encountered in previous times.

He turned on a holographic projector to see the screen of Kusakabe where he injected himself and transformed into a monster before he and the others killed it.

Daniel: During our secret rescue mission at Lake Kawaguchi, Kusakabe injected himself which he believes can be invincible and a better chance against us, but instead he transformed into a monster, killing his own subordinates, and we killed it.

Kaguya: Oh dear God!

She covered her mouth in horror and discovered something that everyone never knew about.

Cornelia: How- Have the JLF make those-

Chiba: Don't be ridiculous! The JLF would never produce something like that!

Daniel: Then the next thing happened to Narita after we won the battle.

He changed it to see the screen of Katase and his subordinates were transformed into lycans eating ULA soldiers to investigate. Tohdoh and his members are heartbroken of what's happening to them and switch to anger to find whoever is responsible for turning them into monsters and avenge them.

Daniel: While we are fighting Cornelia's forces in Narita, someone has sneaked in and turned them into monsters. This seems like our new enemy has been hiding in the shadows doing their dirty work while we are too distracted to see it. Then, this happens to Sayoko and Nunnally.

He looked at Nunnally who hesitated, but gave him an approval to show it to them. He shows the picture the video recording from Annika and Anneliese where they show both girls are torturing, beating, and whipping Nunnally for their sadistic pleasure and it also shows they forced Sayoko to whip Nunnally or they will kill her on the spot. The Black Knights, the Four Holy Swords, and Kaguya were shocked, horrified, and disgusted by what was happening to them.

Euphemia: Oh god... Nunnally.

She went to embrace her sister after she's been through. Nunnally was traumatized by what happened that night and she received the PTDS. Sayoko released her tears from her eyes and went to hug her. Kaguya went to comfort her best friend after what happened to Nunnally received from both Annika and Anneliese.

Ohgi: My God... What did they...

Tohdoh: Those monsters!

Cornelia: How dare they hurt my sister! I swear, I will find them and I will kill them!

Justitia: You're not the only ones who wanted them dead.

Daniel: Those two girls torturing them... were Europians.

Tamaki: Huh? Europeans here in our land?

Kaguya: What is the EU doing here?

Daniel: Actually, they're not with the EU. They claimed to be from an organization responsible for those actions.

The screen shows two pictures of Annika and Anneliese faces.

Daniel: As matter of fact, these two are Germans. I have been looking for clues that one of them, Anneliese, just leaves me a clue. She said "Beware the Black Sun". Now I've been working on the investigation for a few hours and then I found this...

He pressed it to show a symbol of the Black Sun.

Everyone was curious about what kind of symbol it was. 

Jiyu: What is that?

Daniel: That is the Black Sun Better or better yet, it is called sun wheel or Sonnenrad in German. This symbol was made by none other than the Nazi.

Everyone, especially Justitia and Jiyu are shocked that symbol belongs to the Nazi Party from the WW2 in his universe.

Daniel: For you all to understand this, the Black Sun was created in 1933, it was created by the head of the SS, Heinreich Himmler. And just remind you about the SS, they are paramilitary group to Hitler and the Nazi Party and they pledge allegience to Reichfuhrer Heinreich Himmler, and they commit more war crimes than the Wehrmacht.

Everyone is noted about Hitler's paramilitary group then he continues to explain about the Black Sun.

Daniel: Anyway, the Black Sun used this design for the castle as a central SS cult-site. They have some sort of occult the Nazi perfomed for a ritual.

Lelouch: So the Nazi perform occult ritual now? Was it for the ideology or to summon a demon to win the war?

Daniel: There is no evidence about it. The historians never figured out more information about the Black Sun. What I do know is something that we have been keeping secret for a long time.

He grabbed something and showed a few folders on his hand and put it on the table.

Daniel: Take a look at it.

Everyone, especially Jiyu and Justitia, looks at the folders and opens it to see secret projects and information that has been contained by the Office of Strategic Services from the United States of America. This shocked everyone when they read it.

Yoshida: Wow... Take a look at this. The Nazis have tons of inventions.

Lelouch: Stealth bomber jet? I can't believe they actually built that to avoid detection in the air.

Kallen: Look at this! They made V1 rocket and V2 rocket! They used it for WW2 until Germany surrendered.

Ohgi: I can't believe it. Just how do they engineer something like that?

Cornelia: Did they try to create the Landkreuzer P.1000 "Ratte"? This is like the EU created the land battleship.

Justitia: They did try to build it. But it was just Hitler's dream plus there were not enough materials to build it in time.

Kaguya: Nevermind that. Do they try building this device called Die Glocke? Die Glocke, what does it mean?

Daniel: It means The Bell. I don't know how they do it, but according to the OSS, it is some sort of scientific technological device for teleportation or time machine to try to go back in time and maybe invade it. But there's no evidence for that. But try looking at the last folder.

They look at the last folder to see the profile picture of the Black Sun symbol at the left side.

Sayoko: There!

Jiyu: So... The Nazi did make occult ritual. These were nothing more than satan worshippers.

Euphemia: Yeah. But human experimentation...

She said, felt shaking in fear when they saw the pictures of human experimentation which is very disturbing for them. They can't believe how sick Nazi it is, and shown to be very threat.

Justitia: Those bastards... Is this how they performed during the war? Perform experiments on innocent people and prisoners of war. They're monsters!

Daniel: They are. But there's something interesting. There was a project called Projekt: Ewiger Mensch.

They read the paper on the folder about Projekt: Ewiger Mensch and learned that they find a male person who claimed to be immortal and they suck out the blood before killing him by given a lot of chemical poison injected inside the body causing a body to be shakingly unstable and died in 4 minutes. There is also a picture of black geass symbol which Lelouch and C.C shockingly recognize.

Lelouch (thoughts): What! It can't be... That symbol... is Geass.

C.C (thoughts): Impossible. Geass doesn't exist in his universe unless...

Justitia: Where did you get this?

Daniel: I call Gen. Richardson from Area 51 permission to have those secret classified files back in WW2. That file was contained by the OSS agents who found what remains of the secret research information on April 28, 1945 when the Allied reached Germany. They find something strange of Nazi secret activity in Europe, but they cannot find thorough investigation so they had to close the case. Then, I found something interesting.

He pulled out another folder and put it on the table. They see the picture of Albrecht S. Dienerdestodes on the left top side along with information about him.

Cornelia: Who's this?

Daniel: During their secret operation, the head of the research who is responsible for it is SS-Oberstgruppenführer Albrecht S. Dienerdestodes. He is the head of a secret occult division that does some kind of paranormal activity. Also, he is a head of Black Sun Society conducting experiments on human beings and creating secret projects to benefit the war effort. Unfortunately, they are delayed in time and the war turns against the Axis Power. The rest of information was burned, but some have survived and it is under the hands of the OSS, later to the CIA. Not only that, he had his trusted members to be his side.

They looked at other pictures of the important members serving SS-Oberstgruppenführer Albrecht. Then, Justitia, Jiyu, Kallen, and Lelouch found two pictures so familiar to them and they became angry.

Lelouch: It's them! It's those women who kidnapped Nunnally and Sayoko!

Justitia: Oh God... I-I can't believe this... Annika and Anneliese are...

Jiyu: Nazis. All this time, those are the same women as these pictures. And they look the same age.

Nunnally heard from them triggered the PTDS as she heard the laughing of the Witch Sisters. Her eyes widened and she started to panic. She curled up on the chair as fear ran through her mind. Sayoko noticed it and went beside her for comfort.

Sayoko: Nunnally, Don't be afraid. I'm here.

She hugged her to calm down and relieve her PTSD.

Kallen: How? How do they look at the same young age as these ones in the pictures?

Daniel: That's the thing. At first, I checked the pictures and it looked just like them. I check on my helmet that recorded everything to verify if it's identified or not. But there's no doubt that they are the same ones as the pictures. I checked their face identifications and it resulted the same.

Kaguya: Wait... Are you saying...

Daniel: Yes. We are facing the old enemy from the war that was supposed to be defeated a long time ago and they are here in your universe. And they're about to do the same thing as before.

Everyone is completely shocked in terror that the Nazis are back from the dead and this time they are in their universe.

Justitia: Those bastards... They will pay for hurting Nunnally!

She angrily said, grinned her teeth and clenched her fists.

Jiyu: So they're here and they're going to screw up our world. I'm going to pay for their crimes against humanity!

She said to her reaction. Euphemia embrace her sister in fear about the Nazi has return and they're in this universe.

Euphemia: Dear God! Please don't repeat history again!

Cornelia, on the other hand, felt disgusted seeing the Nazi have commit crimes against humanity in WW2, though she had to admit that her empire have did commit crime too.

The Black Knights were angry and disgusted that the Nazis were responsible for what happened to Kusakabe, Katase, and other JLF subordinates turning them into monsters.

Lelouch: Those Nazis... Annika and Anneliese... They're gonna pay for hurting Nunnally and Sayoko!

Chiba: They will pay for what they did to Gen. Katase and our comrades!

Kallen: Nazis, why are they here. Trying to commit more atrocities!

Tamaki: If I see any of those Nazis in our Japan, I would crush them!

Daniel: Not only that, the report from UNSA Allos-Australia base that someone has infiltrated to steal the information and blueprints. I feel like it was them who stole it.

This shocked everyone more that the Black Sun had already made a move by stealing information and blueprints. It is only a matter of time before they could study and build their own mechanized robot models to become stronger and dangerous. After Daniel calming them down, he tells them on each important members serving to their new leader of Nazi remnant or the Black Sun Society. He said to everyone in the room.

Daniel: Everyone, that is why we must discuss about our plans to get everyone to our side and fight together against the Nazi remnant. The problem is that Emperor Charles won't be so kind as to allow this and he'll do anything to prevent it and take this world to his new order. Which is why it will be started by you.

He pointed at Euphemia.

Euphemia: Me?

Daniel: Yes. You challenge your father to the throne to take over Britannia as a new ruler. You're going to end the Area policy, discrimination policy, and Social Darwanism ideology.

Cornelia was shocked hearing that her sister, Euphemia, is challenging the emperor to the throne as a new ruler of the Holy Britannian Empire.

Cornelia: Euphemia, you're challenging the emperor?

Euphemia brought up a determination and replied to her.

Euphemia: Yes. My father- no, the emperor- have ruled the empire for too long and the world hated Britannia because of us, and I say, we deserve it. Now, I'm going to take the throne and fix our mistakes once and for all. Just to remind you, I'm still mad at you and you will be in court for your crimes, however, if you join my side then you take a step of redemption.

Cornelia: You want my loyal men to be your side?

Her sister nodded. Cornelia sighed.

Cornelia: I guess I have no choice... But if you accept this as my apologies for my wrongdoings then I am with you.

Euphemia smiled.

Daniel: Alright, everyone is on the same page, we are officially starting for our next step of our plan. Euphemia and I have been talking that we should start to give independence to Japan.

Ohgi: How?

Daniel: That is the Euphemia role. She will start to establish a zone called the Special Administrative Zone of Independence. This would lead the first step of independence from the Holy Britannian Empire, but we must be ready for either Black Sun or Britannia will attack sooner or later.

Then Daniel goes to the details telling them how it works.

Daniel: Does everyone agree to this plan?

Lelouch: Yes. As Zero, the Black Knights have accepted it.

Tohdoh: The remnant of the JLF will accept it as well. This will lead to the path of freedom to our country.

Kaguya: The Kyoto House will support this.

Daniel: Good. And with this, the meeting has adjourned. Everyone, be prepared. We are going to do this for the sake of this universe.

He said. He tells them it's Christmas in his universe and he wishes them that they should celebrate before they start the plan soon. Kallen asked her friends to celebrate Christmas in his universe, Ohgi and the others have been thinking about this since they never have celebrated the holiday because it is only for Britannia and the EU, so they likely accept it. As they leave the room, Daniel is thinking that he should buy a gift for his girlfriend. He's thinking of buying jewelry from Parallos, or something nice from Allos. He grabbed all the folders and headed back to his office room to work about his plan.

Burgundy, Black Sun secret HQ

Emperor Kenshin returned from the meeting with Sawazaki in Chinese Federation, as he went with Albrect to the meeting assembly room. They entered the room to see Biohringer and Heisenberg here.

Biohringer & Heisenberg: Heil Albrect!

They saluted to the Reichfuhrer.

Albrect: Obergruppenheer Biohringer, reporting from our agents from both Britannia and EU?

Biohringer: Jawohl, mein Reichsführer. Britannia continues to struggle to fight against the EU in Africa where they are able to get some territories. The EU tries to take back their territories while they try to fight through the lines in Euro-Britannia. Their resources are starting to decrease because of the continued resources of the war effort. And, we assassinate anyone who is very important and notice our presence with suspicion.

Albrect: Good.

Kenshin: Reichfuhrer, my agents in Area 11 report to me that there is ULA presence in each location. They might be the threat of my new incoming empire. I don't want to lose my chance.

Albrect: Don't worry, once we make a move, your promise of creating an empire will be fulfilled. I'll send my best elite forces to fight alongside you when you start an invasion.

Kenshin: Thank you, my friend.

Heisenberg: Mein Reichsführer, my best hackers are able to run through the computer system and it is ready on your command.

Albrect: Thank you, Dr. Heisenberg.

Kenshin: Huh? For what?

He turned his face at him, showing his dark green geass on his pupils, turning his eyes to black. He brings up a sinister smile.

Albrect: To meet the leader of the ULA.

Suzaku was sitting on the bed doing nothing around here then the door opened to see Euphemia and Cornelia were here. They also brought four ULA soldiers behind them in case Suzaku started to attack and escape. He was surprised to see them here.

Suzaku: Your Highness?

Euphemia: Hello Suzaku, the ULA came to release you under the order of the Patriot Knight.

Suzaku: What? He's releasing me?

He said. The ULA soldier deactivated the forcefield as it opened. He stepped out and walked towards Euphemia and Cornelia.

Euphemia: Follow us. There is a lot explaining to do.

Flashback

When everyone is dismissed, Daniel is about to leave when Euphemia approaches him and says to him.

Euphemia: Excuse me, Daniel.

Daniel: Hm? What is it, your highness?

Euphemia: I like to negotiate on releasing Suzaku, Lloyd and Cecile.

Daniel has the thoughts about releasing Lloyd and Cecile, but he is very doubtful of releasing Suzaku due to his idealism and blind to see the truth. After all, he beat him to the pulp anyway to make sense of his mind.

Daniel: I like to release two of them, but Suzaku, I don't trust that man. He's too idealistic. He does not realize his plan of change within is pointless and he is nothing but a lapdog to the colonial empire.

Euphemia: Please! Suzaku is not a bad person. Even his people see him as a traitor, he wants to change it without making violence.

She can tell by his expression that he still distrust Suzaku so she has an idea.

Euphemia: Okay, how about this, if you release Suzaku I promise he will be on my surveillance. If he makes anything so reckless, I'll order to stop him, if not then I allow your men to put him back in the cell. He will be my surveillance, in fact, he will be my personal knight.

He takes a minute to think of this decision and then he replies.

Daniel: Alright then. But, to make it safe for my ULA and the allies, he will be under surveillance of my elite guard, Jiyu. Is that okay?

Euphemia: Alright, deal.

Flashback Ended

After releasing Suzaku, they went over to release Cecile and Lloyd which they were glad to see again. They went to another room as they had a discussion about this situation.

Lloyd: So your highness, what's the reason to release us?

Cecile: Yes, your highnesses. I'm kinda curious about it. What is this about?

Both sisters nodded to each other and said to them.

Euphemia: This may take a long to explain to all of you.

Suzaku: About what?

Euphemia: About the origins of Patriot Knight himself.
