After the humiliating defeat by the Black Knights and the ULA, it became much worse for the Holy Britannian Empire. Riots broke out in the mainland followed by many colonial Areas. Factions rose up to take on the empire to either reform the government system or remove the imperial rule by force. The EU continues pushing forward in their territory to defeat the Britannia forces and they have won. They have never shown such humiliation in their life before. They were once the dominant nation to beat other countries, now their invincibility is coming down. The insurgents happen throughout the mainland to take out military bases to continue this pointless war.

In Area 11, after Britannia lost the battle of Narita, capturing Cornelia and Euphemia spread throughout the land. The Britannia colonial government had so many problems. The people of ghettos rose up and made an independence movement. There is also a separatist movement made up of Britannia commoners and a small number of noble sympathizers to give up the colony rule and return to the rightful land of Japanese, and they attack every business company owned by the noble, infiltrate, and sabotage the military. The police riot control tried to put down the uprising, but it become more problems as the numbers become grew and violently attack them. So they send the military to take care of the problem, but that would add more problems as well. Both Japanese and Britannian separatists made an alliance and went up against the colonial government. Seeing Area 11 become a problematic colonial area and the captured of Cornelia and Euphemia, the emperor send two important people to replace them and bring order to Area 11.

Darlton, Guilford, and ministers are having an emergency meeting after Viceroy Cornelia and Sub-Viceroy Euphemia were captured by the ULA, and not the Black Knights.

Ohgi was shocked and felt hesitated for his order before he decided to take off Zero mask. He went to him to take off the mask as Kallen protested. Ohgi ignores her as he is ready to take him off the mask.

He said as he is about to remove Zero's mask to reveal an identity underneath the mask. The Black Knights except Patriot Knight and his companions are waiting to see him removing the mask wondering who the person is. But when he removes the mask, it reveals that a person is none other than C.C herself wearing Zero outfit.

Tamaki: Huh?! A woman?

Ohgi: It can't be!

Kallen: It's not! This isn't Zero. I saw her before. She was with Zero after Narita.

Milly (thoughts): Lelouch... Why did you send C.C to cover your identity? What are you planning?

His bodyguards were shocked to know his identity and ready to pull out their weapons.

Everyone except Patriot Knight and his companions are terrified that they are going to shoot them when one of Burai fires slash harkens to destroy their weapons and then he attacks a burai beside him by stun tonfas. He went to Taizo as he pointed the weapon at him.

He said. Taizo gripped his wooden cane that Zero was planning this whole time and he was being advantaged.

Kallen: Zero?

Justitia: Wow, he did make a good plan to prepare.

Japanese bodyguard 1: When did you...?

He raised his pistol at him when his partner noticed something on Zero.

Japanese bodyguard 2: Hold on! He can fire at us with that remote. Everyone, stay back! Don't make a move!

The Black Knights were shocked that Zero, the person underneath the mask, was not a Japanese. Patriot Knight and the others, on other hand, know his identity.

He smiled and then he pointed his wooden cane at Patriot Knight.

Patriot Knight: Yes.

Taizo: Step forward.

He stepped forward to the elderly Japanese man and went beside Lelouch.

Patriot Knight: Taizo Kirihara, before you say anything, I am planning to reveal myself to you. But I have a request.

Taizo: Oh?

Patriot Knight: If Zero shows his face to his group, then me and my companions will show our faces to them as well. Besides, Zero made some deals.

Daniel smiled at him seeing that way. He took off his helmet and showed his face to him. Suddenly, Kayuga Sumeragi arrived just in time to meet two leaders of two factions only to see them without wearing the masks. Taizo: This is a surprise. You're not Japanese either.

C.C: A Japanese girl? Now that's interesting.

They were both shocked that Milly Ashford, a girl who loves teasing and making fun activities and a president of Student Council, was Justitia for the whole time.

They both dropped on the ground, shocking Milly has been with the ULA and she is also with Daniel Thompson aka the Patriot Knight to stand up against the Holy Britannian Empire. They took five minutes to clear out their minds, they stood up and took a deep breath.

Milly: I know it's shocking for you to see me part of the ULA to stand against my own country and I understand it.

Milly: Well, it's a long story. But that will be another time. But to make it short, I followed him and attempted to leave so I jumped right to him and took me to somewhere else where he pinned me down and pointed a gun at my face.

She scratched behind her hair in an awkward moment.

Everyone teleported to the large gate entrance to the city. Everyone looks around to see where they are.

Daniel: We teleported here.

Inoue: But it is! Judging by the ULA possessing such advanced technology, they have teleportation devices to take us from one place to another place.

Then, the next thing is the gate opens itself and everyone is both surprised and amazed to see an advanced, yet beautiful city. And not only that, they notice something strange, they look up to see no clear sky which means they are underground.

Kayuga: Wow...

Yoshida *whistles* This place is so beautiful.

Kallen: Danie, is this where my mother...

Daniel: Yeah. Welcome to Sanctuary. A place for all races trying to escape the conflict and live peacefully underground. Ah! Here is our transport.

A bus arrived in time to pick them up. Everyone went inside the bus and headed to the headquarter. While they aboard the bus headed to the bus, the Black Knights and two Kyoto House members look out the windows to see everyone outside are having good life here consider as new home. They see Britannians, Japaneses, Europians, Chineses, and everyone else living in the city having a good time in their lives. The Allos-Japanese are happy to see them living their lives in this beautiful underground city. They reached the headquarter as they left the bus and went inside. They see people working on holographic computers and consoles. When they are in the hangar room they see them working on knightmares and bellators though they see them wearing different uniforms. This seems strange to them, but they will find out once Daniel tells them everything. They reach the conference room and in the room, they see Tohdoh and his Four Holy Swords are here. Euphemia was also here too for an important meeting and then she happily saw Lelouch here.

Euphemia: Lelouch!

Lelouch: E-Euphie?

She stood up and went to hug him.

Euphemia: I missed you so much! I thought you were dead.

Lelouch: Yeah... I miss you too.

He return her a hug for reunion.

Kallen: So, this isn't a pupper princess, huh?

Lelouch: Kallen!

Kallen: What? It's true.

Euphemia: Um yeah, I am Euphemia li Britannia.

Kallen: To Britannia, it's Kallen Stadtfeld. And to Japanese, it's Kallen Kozuki and I prefer it that way.

Euphemia: Understood.

They went to take their seats. Daniel places his helmet on the table as he is ready to tell them everything.

Daniel: Alright everyone, it's time for you all to know my origin.

Unknown City Alley, Area 11

A white-haired Chinese man named Mao walking in the alley went to find C.C who is obsessed with her and bring her a new home he built in Australia. He wears headphones to listen to the C.C voice every time he hears it. Then suddenly, he felt a presence surrounding him.

Mao: Hm? I hear... laughing? Who's laughing at me? Come out and show yourselves!

Then, out of nowhere, a bullet struck him to the chest and fell on the ground. He groaned in pain when he was shot and then he could hear laughing getting louder in his mind. Two shadow figures reveals themselves from the shadow and it was Anneliese and Annika wearing casual clothes and their faces are shown scary with smiles widely at him like they are psychopaths.

Anneliese: Well, well... A Chinese... Oh! Even better...

He took off his eyeglasses to reveal Geass on both eyes.

Anneliese: A Geass ! Sister, we have Geass user here.

Annika: OHHH!!! Love it!

Mao: You.. You two are Europians. What are- Wait, you're not from this wor-

He doesn't finish his sentence as Annika pulls out her spear and stabs on the stomach. Mao let out scream in pain really loud. She leans towards his face as she makes a 'mmm' sound.

Annika: Man blood. Tasty good man blood.

Mao coughed out blood.

Mao: What do you w-want from me!

Anneliese: Simple...

They both pulled the knives ready to do something on him.

Anneliese: We like to take your eyes out and then we are going to play with you.

Annika: Hehehe... HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Mao: W-Wait, wait! I can-

Annika stabs his right eye as he screams more. Annika mourns hearing that scream.

Annika: Ahh... I can hear a man scream. I like it!

Anneliese: Come on, sister. Let's finish the job.

Annika: Indeed...

She said with a scary smile widely and made an evil scary laugh. They both make evil scary laughter as they begin taking out another eye and pulling it out and then they start to stab all over the body and then skin him out alive. They remove his headphone and toss it away on the ground as they continue skinning him out alive and stabbing him so many times. A headphone just speaks on C.C voice repeatedly.

C.C. (voice on headphone): Thank you, Mao. Mao, Mao...

Then the next thing is the scream of Mao getting being brutally killed by Anneliese and Annika enjoying themselves of pleasure.
