Ashford Academy

Daniel Thompson now is 21 years old which seems a bit weird to be a student in the academy. He wears a black school uniform of Ashford academy. He was sitting on the desk listening to the teacher about history. He getting bored listening to the history about the Washington Rebellion failed when Benjamin Franklin was bribed and he is given a title of earl which results of defeat and the death of George Washington. He can feel his blood boil inside as Benjamin Franklin betrays the only thing that fight against Britain Empire. He get every information in the history that needed to learn about this alternate world. After the class, he went out of the classroom and headed to the cafeteria to grab some food to eat. He got his food and headed to the dorm when a female Britannian blondie appear in the hallway. Her name is Milly Ashford, daughter of Ashford Family, once a noble daughter until the death of Marianne vi Britannia, losing the nobility of her family and exile to Japan before it was turn to Area 11. He stopped to see her here as he said.

Daniel: Hey Miss President, so what'cha doing there?

Milly: Please Daniel, call me Milly. We've been know each other for two years ago so there's no need for that. And for your question, I am headed out to hang out with my girls outside.

Daniel: I see... By the way, where is Lelouch? I'm sure like to see what he's planning for next activity of this academy.

Milly: He went out along with Rivalz. Probably something important.

Daniel: Oh? What's that?

She lean closer to his right ear as she whispered.

Milly: He went off gambling again.

Daniel: Heh. He does do anything for himself, or his sister.

Milly: Yeah, Lelouch is always care for his sister. After what happened to her that is.

He nodded. Although, he did research about the event. He manage to crack through the computer system to learn what happened back then. He already know that both Lelouch and Nunnally are imperial family members who are being exiled after their mother died and force to exile to Japan as bargaining tools. Now, they are under the fake name of Lamperouge which is their mother original surname. 

Daniel: Alright, I'm headed to my dorm.

Milly: Huh? Why not go outside. Try to have fresh air.

Daniel: Sorry. But I have something things in there. Doing school work.

Milly: Ah, okay. I can understand that. Hope you finish it in time.

She said in cheerful mood as she headed outside to meet her friends. He reach to the dorm room locking the door behind and place his food on the table. In the room, there is a flag hanging on the wall. The flag shows the dark blue background, red and white stripes on the cross, red and white of laurel crown and above is white maple leaf symbolize of what used to be a Canada, a thirteen white stars around the continent of North America.

This flag makes him patriot and loyal to the country he is born in. There's a board with the pictures of Britannian Imperial family connected with red lines. Lelouch and Nunnally are also part of it. He has a wardrobe, a bed, a table desk, and the window in the room. He has his laptop from his world that does not compare to Britannian technology device on top of the table desk.

 He removes his uniform and wears a casual clothes and went to sit down at the table desk. He finish eating the food and start to work. He's typing on the keyboard to see the video screen from the drone where he has been watching on Lelouch and Rivalz leaving the building after the gambling.

Daniel: It seems like Lelouch have won seeing their expression.

Then, he got a video call on the laptop so he take a call to see a Japanese wearing a brown military uniform on the screen. He knows that Japanese is from this world. A Japanese said to him.

ULA Japanese (screen): Sir!

Daniel: Report.

ULA Japanese (screen): There's the explosion at the city. There are reports the terrorist have stole a capsule apparently it claims to be a poison gas claimed by Britannian.

Daniel: So they make a chemical weapon when they sign the treaty after what happened to Area 3.

He have read files on the laptop about the chemical weapon was released against Mexico. It kills hundred of people, both civilians and military personnel, and take over as new colony of Holy Britannian Empire. There was a treaty to never use chemical weapon on human beings, but Daniel don't buy it for the emperor, nobles, and aristocrats don't see Numbers as human beings.

Daniel: So where is it now?

ULA Japanese (screen): It's in the truck. We able to find that the group who stealing the gas capsule is Naoto resistance group in Shinjuku ghetto.

Daniel: What's happening there now?

ULA Japanese (screen): The Britannia authority are sending the army to chase after them. Apparently, the Naoto resistance have a glasglow knightmare.

Daniel: Glasglow... An old one from Second Pacific War. Send the units to the Shinjuku ghetto immediately. I feel like Viceroy Clovis has something secret and he don't intent anyone to know it alive.

ULA Japanese (screen): Yes sir.

Daniel turns off his laptop and grab a small circle device on the table as he leaves the room with security lock on it. He went out of the Ashford Academy.

He walks through the woods to see an old bunker out of nowhere. He encoded the passcode and enter the place. Through a short hallway the door opens to see a larger size elevator platform. Daniel press a holographic console to move a platform down to the lower level. He enters the room walking through the hallway and then he goes in the room to see everyone both Japanese and Britannian commoners who are seen horrors in their own empire. Two years ago after he attend the Ashford Academy, he found the old bunker outside the woods. He's surprising that no Britannian or Japanese have found this structure outside the Tokyo Settlement. Then, his plan is about to begin. He able to find remaining Japanese scientists and engineers scattered in former country to join his side. He shows them his devices and inventions causing most of them shocked and awe of such futuristic technology way beyond than Holy Britannian Empire and United Republic of Europia. He tells them he is not from the world and he is born in 26th century and different universe with different history. Most of them believe him and he promises them to liberate their country when the time has come. Then, he recruited Britannian commoners to join his side to increase numbers. Though Japanese despise them so much for their country, he able to tell them not hate each other in his newly organization and that everyone are needed for skills to accomplish the goal. The Japanese agreed and the relationship between them are equal friends. They build vehicles and aircrafts based on his blueprints. Also, they build a combat mechanized robot based on Knightmare frame. This project was called Senshi, which term is "warriors" in Japanese. This is a first time to build something better than knightmare frame. He walks in the room as everyone saw him arrive here.

ULA Japanese: Attention!

Everyone's salute him for his arrival and then they went back to work. He approach a male Japanese man named Goro Fujimaru. A former military personnel who went hiding after Britannian took his home away until Daniel found him and join his cause. He becomes a lieutenant general of newly organization. Speaking of newly organization, Daniel seeing Holy Britannian Empire continues for world domination he no longer tolerate it and he decides to take them on by organized group made up of all people equally to take on the common enemy once and for all. This is called United Liberation Alliance. The organization will be act like military, but it is build for revolutionary organization. They have being campaigns for two years to travel other countries and Britannian area colonies to secretly severe the connection of supplies and resources to slow down the Britannian both economy and military budget to continue the conquest. Daniel just said to his officer.

Daniel: Lt. Gen. Fujimaru, give me the report before my arrival.

Goro: The truck was under attack by Britannian faction called Purist and it headed toward the ghetto. As for red glasglow, it headed there too.

Daniel: Damn. And the Britannian forces?

Goro: According to our spies in the military that the Clovis royal guard sent down the soldiers which they are honorary britannians.

Daniel remembered that the Empire need more soldiers to continue the war so they insisted the Numbers to be honorary britannian citizenship to live in luxury place although they can still be discriminated as second-class citizen.

Daniel: They're sending them to acquire the poison gas capsule.

Goro: And then terminated soon afterwards. Britannian bastards...

Daniel: We should get those people out of the ghetto and put them here for refuge. Good thing I also build an underground city for refugees.

ULA Britannian officer: Sir! There's the explosion in the ghetto.

Daniel: So it begun. It's only a matter of time before Clovis decides to do with those people in the ghetto. Goro Fujimaru, has my units ready?

Goro: They're awaiting your order, sir.

Daniel: Good. Because I've been waiting for this a long time.

He went to the hangar room to see many pilots are on board their Senshis. Among the Senshi, a different model of mechanized robot just for Daniel. This mechanized robot is dark design made for himself.

Daniel name his mechanized combat robot called Liberator. He happily for his robot design and he's ready to try it out.

Daniel: Time to shine for protect the lives.

He place a small circle device on the chest as it started a transformation made by nanotechnology. After the transformation, he has dark armor suit to hide his identity and he has voice modifier to hide his voice from anyone recognizing it.

He went on board the Liberator as he starting the engine and activate it. He walks out as many of Senshi and diamondbacks follow his lead. Daniel turn on the HUDS and said to the operator.

Daniel: Ready for teleportation to Shinjuku ghetto.

ULA Britannian operator: Copy that. Starting the teleportation in 3, 2, 1.

Daniel and rest of his units are teleported to the surface.

Shinjuku ghetto

A white short-haired named Aiwi Arakaki wearing a withered casual clothes living in harsh ghetto where her people are being poor due to Britannia Law. She hated it. She wanted her people free from the ghetto and fight back to take back their country from Britannia. Then suddenly, she heard the sound coming from the air so she went out the ruined building and saw Britannian aircrafts flying above the ghetto.

Aiwi: Britannians... What do they come here for?

She hissed. She went back in to get her things pack up.

Britannian G-1 mobile base

Prince Clovis sitting on his personal chair. Gen. Bartley and the staff officers are doing their work to find and retrieve the capsule immediately. But their success is has failed.

Bartley: They got away?! And you call yourselves the Royal Guard?!

Royal Guard (radio): Forgive me, my lord! The blast was mainly directed upwards, but the–

Bartley: Why the hell do you think I only told you people about this?!

Royal Guard (radio): W-We'll continue the investigation!

Clovis: The plan has moved forward to the next phase.

Bartley: But, but Your Highness...!

He shocked of what Prince Clovis was about to do when things not according to the plan.

Clovis: If knowledge of her gets out, I'll be disinherited. Tell them back home we're carrying out a planned urban renewal here. As Clovis, third prince of the empire, I command you! Destroy Shinjuku Ghetto! Leave no one alive!

Britannian staff officers & Bartley: Yes, your highness!

Shinjuku ghetto

The britannian forces charge in as they following the orders from Viceroy by starting the massacre on the people in the ghetto. Tank fires at the city ruins. Soldiers went to each apartments, shooting people trying to escape. The sutherlands fires every men, women, and children in cold blood. The resistance fighters repelled against the Britannian forces while buying some time to get those people out of here. Aiwi carrying her old school bag pack running through the ghetto avoiding being spotted from Britannians. She has a weapon to defend herself. She got spotted by three Britannian soldiers appearing out of nowhere.

Britannian soldier: Eleven! Get her!

Aiwi: Not today to die!

She raise her gun first and killed three Britannian soldiers. She continues running to get away from the massacre.

...

Liberator and most of ULA senshis arrived in the ghetto as the ghetto has already being attacked. Daniel look up on the HUDS and motion sensor to see many red dots which are Britannians are attacking the yellow dots supposedly to be civilians and/or resistance fighters fighting them. He look up on the screen where a drone is there seen the people running their lives are being gunned down by Britannian forces.

Daniel: Bastards. Murdering those people calling themselves Numbers.

He gripped on the controller sticks in hatred seeing people died because they are different. He remain calm as he has job to do. He speaks to his forces.

Daniel: Listen up! The Britannians are shooting everyone of knowing the capsule. Viceroy Clovis is here so I figure he don't want witnesses to spread rumors. As for right now, getting those people out of the ghetto is our primary objective. Engage the enemy by any means. I will not allow everyone died today. Is that understood?

All ULA pilots (comms): Yes sir!

Daniel: Move out!

The ULA forces spread out the ghetto to fight off the Britannian forces and taking Japanese to safe place. The Britannians are moving to the next district when suddenly a pack of Senshis came and destroys them using energy weapons.

Britannian soldier: What the-- What are those things!

a sutherland pilot saw their appearance, but he brush it off and speaks out in speaker.

Britannian pilot: Don't bother! They will fall like the rest of Eleven monkeys! For Britannia!

He shouted in pride as his sutherland prepare to attack until he was destroyed by ULA diamondback at the rear. The Senshis fired energy weapons at Britannia infantry forces and destroys the vehicles and knightmares. The ULA division force are at the other district as they wipe out enemy sutherlands chasing Japanese civilians. A senshi draws out an energy katana blade to chop off the half of the sutherland. The Britannian VTOLs went in to intercept until they are shot down by ULA senshi using rocket  launcher pod. The ULA infantry forces teleported to the area went in to get those civilians out of the ghetto to safety. They open the portal, thanks for Daniel latest invention, the Japanese people went in without thinking thoughts. The ULA soldiers spotted the Britannian forces consisted of infantry and ground forces as they attack them. a ULA soldier fired a rocket launcher at Britannian sutherland knocking it out.

A red head girl named Kallen Kozuki, a half-blood of Britannian and Japanese, piloting a red glasglow with one arm as she follow the commands of unknown person who save her life by instructing her to win. She encounter an enemy sutherland as she punch to the face while he using factsphere. She continues to following the orders when she stopped to saw three Senshi fighting off the Britannian forces. Another Senshi draws out energy katana to chop off the sutherland's arm and then the torso. Another Senshi is fighting sutherland in close combat using fists. After that, the Japanese civilians are escorted by ULA soldiers to the safe way while Senshis move out to engage more enemy. Kallen just saw in her own eyes she can't explain of what she just saw.

Kallen: Whoa... What did I just saw there.

??? (radio): Woman in the glasglow, do you copy?

She snapped back in reality as she replied.

Kallen: Y-Yeah! I'm here. 

??? (radio): Round up your others. I have a plan.

Britannian G-1 mobile base

Seeing every unit in the area are lost, Bartley and the staff officers are panicking as they are about to lose this battle.

Britannian staff officer: Sir Glaubey and the other units are wiped out! Sir Sienel unit's been lost!

Bartley: Change our codes, they're intercepting our transmission.

Britannian staff officer: We already have sir, four times!

Bartley: Do it again.

Clovis: This failure is unacceptable!

He said rose up from his seat. He seen that the defeat is unacceptable for him to ruin his reputation.

Bartley: Forgive me.

Then a scree pops in to see a Britannian scientist named Llyod Asplund, leader of Camelot Division. He shows a smile despite the battle is about to lose.

Llyod (screen): Good afternoon.

Bartley: What is it? We're in the middle of an operation.

Lloyd (screen): I'd say it's time to deploy the ASEEC's special weapon.

Clovis: We've no time for this right now.

...

Inside the ruined building, a lone sutherland in kneeling position staying in the shadow. A male student who ordered the resistance fighters to stand against Britannian. That student is none other than Lelouch Lamperouge, also known as Lelouch vi Britannia. The boy has stole the sutherland from a pilot when using a new power called Geass allowing himself to control others in eye contact. He move a black chess piece as he said to the radio.

Lelouch: R2, fire anchor.

A resistance sutherland fires slash harken at VTOL gunship in the sky. Lelouch move another chess piece.

Lelouch: B7, use UN ordnance.

A resistance sutherland fires at Britannian APC using UN ordnance. 

Lelouch: N group, you'll continue your advance.

...

The resistance sutherlands roared as they firing at Britannian sutherlands trying to fall back.

Britannian pilot (speaker): You bloody Eleven!

A pilot shouted before he and his units are wiped out.

...

Britannian G-1 mobile base

Britannian staff officer 1: We just lost Laslo's Squad.

Clovis: So do it. We'll have to bring up Quincey's squad.

Bartley: My Lord, that will break the encirclement.

Britannian staff officer 2: My Lord! Most of the units in right flank in the north are wiped out fast!

Bartley: What!

Britannian staff officer 3: Oh God, it headed towards us!

Clovis shocking in fear that a single terrorist wiping out the entire unit headed towards his location so he said.

Clovis: Tell Quincey's squad to attack that terrorist!

Bartley: You hear his Highness, do it now! Don't let that terrorist get near to us!

...

A sutherland got punched to the face and fell to the ground as Liberator fires few rocket launcher pods on VTOL gunships. He draws out his latest weapon in close combat, The Washington Fury.

Daniel: Those who killed the innocent...

A group of sutherlands arrive to surround him in encirclement.

Daniel: Shall pay in blood.

Britannian pilot: There it is! Smash it!

The Liberator turns at him as he quickly slices him in half and it explodes.

Britannian pilot 1: Oh god!

Britannian pilot 2: Consecrate! Don't let your guard down!

The Liberator turn around as he draws out his plasma weapon called Plasma Impulse Mark. V at them.

He rapidly open fire, destroying few sutherlands in every shot one. The Liberator then toss a EMP grenade at sutherland to kill the power.

Britannian pilot: What! I can't move!

He said before he was being slices in pieces by Liberator. He starting up the jet thruster as Liberator is hovering in air and begun to go after the mobile base. He draws out double Washington Fury energy blades to slices off every sutherland in his way.

Meanwhile, Aiwi Arakaki still running in life as she stepped a rubble, falling down to the ground. She look up to see a sutherland looking her down. Her eyes widened, she has being spotted by Britannian. She knew she is no match against a knightmare frame without a right equipment to take it down. A sutherland pointing a weapon at her, ready to shoot. Her life is about to end as she is going to die today.

Aiwi (Japanese): Mama! Papa!

She shielded herself with tears flowing down her cheeks as she is going to die. But suddenly, an energy blade pierce through the chest. Aiwi look up shocking to saw an energy blade stabbing through the chest at behind. A sutherland lost controllably firing at the building as the rubbles are falling down on her. She shielded herself once more except Liberator push away a sutherland and protect her by using his body. The rubble hits The Liberator, but not damage enough. After that, Aiwi slowly open her eyes to see the eyes of The Liberator looking at her. She can't believe that thing save her life then a speaker spokes to her.

Daniel (Japanese): Little girl, you alright?

It was surprising for her that a pilot speaks her language. But before she could do that, she suddenly fainted. Liberator slowly grabbing her on its palm and see a Senshi arrives here.

Daniel: Take her to medical bay. 

ULA Japanese pilot: Right away, sir.

Daniel hand over a girl to him and they teleport away. He turns around and continues toward the mobile base.

Britannian G-1 mobile base

Clovis stepping back as the sweat flows down on the forehead feeling fear the terrorist is winning the battle. His thoughts run through that there's no possible way to win it with his awful strategy and tactics.

Clovis (thoughts): Who? Who in the hell am I up against? What if he's even better than Todo?

Clovis: Llyod!

Llyod (screen): Yes, Your Highness.

Clovis: Can it win, will your toy beat them?

Llyod (screen): My Lord, please be so kind as to call it Lancelot.

He said with a smile.

...

Speaker: Z-01 Lancelot now activating. Lancelot activating. Releasing hatch. Z-01 Lancelot standby for activation. Pallet extension initiating.

A brown haired young Japanese man named Suzaku Kururugi, a son of Prime Minster of Japan, now serve the Britannia military. His goal is changing from within to bring peace whenever he can. Most of Japanese despise him, calling him a traitor but he doesn't care at much. He's going to do it anyway. He suit up a jumpsuit as he prepare to piloting the experimental knightmare. A woman voice on the earpiece named Cecile Croomy, a member of Camelot Division.

Cecile (comms): Did you read the manual?

Suzaku: :Pretty much.

Cecile (comms): Well done. You scored at the top of the class in the simulator.

Suzaku: Hey, look. About what you told me earlier.

He walks out the ambulance as Cecile continues to speak.

Cecile (comms): Huh? Ah, it could be. But the possibility is nearly zero.

Suzaku: But that means there's still a chance, right?

He approaches it to see a black sheet covering a knightmare.

Cecile (comms): Yes, I'm afraid that's true. Even so, you're not to do anything reckless. The new system is not outfitted with an ejection mechanism.

Suzaku: OK. I understand, Miss Cecile.

The clamps removed as a black sheet was remove to reveal a white knightmare different model from other knightmare frames. He was surprised to see it.

Suzaku: That's it?

Cecile (comms): Yes, the advanced weapon developed by us in the Advanced Special Envoy Engineering Corps, Lancelot, the world's first seventh generation Knightmare Frame.

Llyod (comms): Well, if you're ready, Suzaku, shall we proceed with the initial startup?

Cecile (comms): Initial startup. Now perceiving from phase twenty. Equipping energy filler.

As they prepare for Lancelot to deploy, Suzaku climb on board the cockpit and press in a devicer to activate it. He gripped on the controllers to start his first time of control the 7th generation knightmare. The Lancelot now ready to deploy as it make a stance and unlock the landspinner.

Suzaku: Lancelot, activate ME-boost.

Cecile (comms): Lancelot, launch!

Lancelot launch to the field in high speed headed toward the ghetto. He can hear Llyod laughing on the comms.

Llyod (comms): HAHAHAHA! Running full throttle right out of the gate.

Suzaku: Cooler than the manual. With this...

He then feel a pain of his chest as he remembers he got shot by his superior officer when he refuse the order to shoot a Britannian student which is happens to be his best friend, Lelouch. Luckily, he was survived because he carrying his father old watch in the uniform to block the bullet. He keep going, ignoring the pain form his chest to stop the terrorist for good.

He goes through the districts as he wiped out the Britannian forces in all sides and then he stopped to see more sutherland.

Daniel: Damn, another one.

He raise his Plasma Impulse Mark. V when he check on the motion sensor seeing those dots in front of him are yellow which means they are resistance forces.

Daniel: Oh... These must be resistance group. But how did they able to get hold of those sutherlands? Unless...

He heard a alarm beeping as he turn around and saw a white knightmare coming in fast speed.

Daniel: Oh no, you don't.

Lancelot is going to hand slice at the Liberator when he dodges it and then he counterattack on the Lancelot.

Suzaku: What the-

Daniel: Trying to hand slice at me?

He jump kicks at the Lancelot as it force to fall back then Liberator activates his new weapon, blade gauntlet. Lancelot quickly dodge it as Liberator almost hit him. Lancelot use a slash harken on the gauntlet Asa weapon to hit him, but Liberator dodge it. They continue the fight each other.

Ohgi and the others saw them clashing each other in combat. He really saw that blacks strange Knightmare frame came out of nowhere and then attack that white knightmare. He can't explain what is going on here.

Tamaki (radio): Uh, hey! What shall we do?

Ohgi is thinking his decision seemly that black knightmare is not hostile to him and others and see that white knightmare might be from his enemy so he made his decision.

Ohgi: We move in! We get this guy a help.

Tamaki (radio): Are you crazy, Ohgi?!

Sugiyama (radio): Just do it! That thing is fighting for us.

Ohgi: Alright then, move in!

Ohgi and the others intervene to support the black knightmare to fight against Lancelot without the instructions from unknown radio caller.

Daniel turn around to see resistance fighters piloting the stolen Sutherlands engaging the Lancelot by opening fire. Lancelot took notice it decides to fight them instead of him. Lancelot slices off them using hand slices and slash harken as few of Sutherlands were ejected out the cockpits.

Daniel: Damn! He wiping them out so fast.

Ohgi tried to fall back and return fire only to end up losing against the Lancelot forcing to eject the cockpit from the knightmare before it is destroyed. Liberator come through to attack Lancelot.

Daniel: Don't ignore the enemy in front of you!

Liberator give him massive damage as he attacking him so effectively.

Suzaku: Gah! Just how much damage he can take me?

...

Cecile: Lancelot is taking a lot of damage. Who and how it damages it so much?

Llyod scream as his precious Knightmare frame is about to have a lot of damaged in the battlefield.

Lloyd: My Lancelot! I want Private Kururugi to have much explanation when he comes back. My precious Lancelot is going to be ruined!

...

Liberator stabs to left factsphere on the Lancelot chest using blade gauntlet. Lancelot push him away and try to get away from it. Then, Suzaku saw something on the building as he switch it to heat vision to see a single Sutherland which is Lelouch piloting it is one who command the terrorist. Without a delay, he launch a slash harken and goes to the building using it as grappling hook. Liberator follows the Lancelot using the wings to fly after him.

Lelouch tried to contact the terrorist group as there's no response.

Lelouch: What happened? No response from terrorist. Something I didn't foresee?

Suddenly, he saw a a black line on the scree and then a Lancelot came and attack him immediately.

Lelouch: You mean this thing's what's ruining my plan!

He said. He luckily able to block it as hold as he could to prevent get hit from a white knightmare then Liberator have arrived and tackles both Lancelot and Lelouch's Sutherland causing the floor level collapsed. They hit to the ground floor as Lelouch is trying to find a way to get out.

Lelouch: No choice, I've gotta get out of here.

A clear of smoke, Lancelot is going after him when Liberator tackles him once more at the left side.

Lelouch: What?

Liberator put him on the ground as he raise his blade gauntlet attempt to stab him. Lancelot able to push him away and counterattack straight to him.

Suzaku: What kind of knightmare is that? It's something I didn't see it before.

Liberator punch to the stomach then he kick to the face as Lancelot is falling back and then a red glasglow appears and attack him from behind.

Kallen: Hey, I'm returning the favor.

She said to the one who command her friends. Lelouch is shocked a woman in the red knightmare  just save him. She notice a dark strange knightmare in front of her which is surprised.

Kallen: What the-

She feel something got hit to the left chest as Lancelot fires a slash harken at her. Lancelot is going to attack when he turns around and block the attack from Liberator still using blade gauntlet. Lelouch no time to stay and watch gets up and escape the building. Lancelot jumps high firing slash harkens in all directions at Liberator. Unfortunately, it didn't hit him as Liberator was protected by energy shielding.

Suzaku: What!

Daniel: Ha... Figures.

He deactivate blade gauntlet and switch it to plasma impulse Mark. V rifle to rapidly fire at Lancelot causing a lot of damage despite to have Blaze Luminous to defend himself.

Suzaku: That weapon is too strong it penetrate my shield.

Suzaku quickly turn around saw a glasglow going to attack so he fires a slash harken to take out a knightmare. Kallen got hit as her knightmare is taking a lot of damage unbale to continue the fight. Kallen forced to eject her cockpit to the air, went out of the building. Lancelot quickly move aside from Liberator to chase after an enemy commander. Liberator saw it and went after him.

Lelouch is driving away from the building to escape.

Lelouch (thoughts): I must remember that the most vital element in battle is the human one. Also, what's that knightmare I saw? A new model? 

His thoughts was interrupted by Lancelot as he continues chasing him in high speed. Lelouch turn and return fire at him. Lancelot dodges the bullets, the bullets also hit at the buildings causing it to collapsed. Lancelot able to pass through falling debris.

Lelouch: That damn monster's unstoppable!

Suzaku: Bastard. He's tearing things up for no reason!

He then heard a beeping sound as a woman holding her baby to her life is falling to her death. Suzaku attempt to save her, but before he could reach her, Liberator came early and save her in time. He gently put her down to the ground and went after the Lancelot.

Suzaku: That knightmare again!

Liberator super punch to the face, shattered into the pieces. Lancelot falls to the ground as he pulls a magnum pistol and shot him at the right factsphere, both arms, and legs to prevent him getting up.

Daniel: There. Now this thing won't cause any trouble.

He looking up to see a lone sutherland manage to escape and out of sight. He takes a deep breath from the fighting. He contact to the base for a report as he said.

Daniel: How's the refugees?

ULA Britannian operator (comms): The refugees are here, sir. They are all safe though there are more of them in the location and I see Britannian forces headed there. I'm sending it to you.

Daniel: Roger that.

After that, he start up his thrusters and flies toward the location where the Japanese are refuged. He hope that it's not too late to save them before Britannain forces kill them.

Meanwhile, Suzaku feel pain a lot from getting hit all the time, and lose both arms and legs. He can no longer move it as he is stuck on the ground. A screen pops to see Cecile is very worry about him.

Cecile (screen): Suzaku, you alright there?

Suzaku: Yeah, I'm fine. Just... losing my arms and legs.

Cecile (screen): We will send the team to pick you up. But you have better explanation to Lloyd. He's... not happy of what happen to the Lancelot.

Suzaku: Oh...

He lowered himself to hide the embarrassment of what to do next when he gets back and face Lloyd outburst for ruin his latest knightmare model.

Kallen is running to find the others until Ohgi found her.

Ohgi: Kallen! This way!

Kallen follows him to the building where the Japanese people are taking refuge and it was guarded by Naoto resistance group. Although the people weren't happy as they're responsible of bringing the Britannians to the ghetto to order a mass massacre.

Male Japanese: It's your fault. This is what happened when you oppose the Britannians.

Tamaki: What!? Why you gutless coward?

Female Japanese: How many people were killed because of this!?

Tamaki: Shut up! Do you know how many of us were killed or captured? Do ya?

A woman keep crying of this mess.

Tamaki: Quit crying.

Kallen is walking behind Ohgi as she asked.

Kallen: Ohgi, who was that voice we heard?

Ohgi: Damned if I know. He doesn't answer when I call, and also, I just saw that strange black knightmare model come out of nowhere fighting that white knightmare.

Kallen: That black knightmare! But where did it-

She was interrupted by the door blows up along the people near it as a Britannian tank along with Britannian soldiers are coming in. Everyone is terrified that they are surrounded and there's no way out.

Tamaki: There, you see! Instead of following somebody we don't even know, we should've use the poison gas.

Ohgi: But he–

Tamaki: Damn Nagata to hell!

The Britannian soldiers came in the building with their weapons pointing at them. A tank commander on top of the tank found them here.

Britannian tank commander:  So this is where you Eleven vermin scurried off to. Prepared to-

He was given an order when something grabs it from the behind.

Britannian tank commander: What the hell!?

He shouted as he was being thrown away like he is a garbage bag. The Britannian soldiers and Japanese people and resistance fighters shocked when they saw a face of the Liberator at the door.

Britannian soldier 1: What the hell is that thing!

Britannian soldier 2: Open fire!

They open fire immediately at the Liberator, but it's not effective. The cockpit opens to reveal a man wearing dark armor suit as he get out and draws his energy katana blade.

Kallen: What... Who is that guy.

Tamaki: Whoever he is, I think he's on our side.

Britannian soldier 1: Die!

Daniel smirks behind the helmet as he quickly move and kills every Britannian soldier, thanks to his speed enhancement. After that, he put his weapon back and face at Japanese people in front of him shocking of what they just saw him taking down few Britannian soldiers in fast speed.

Daniel (thoughts): Huh... Seems these people are really surprising of my moves.

Then, he caught something on his eyes. He recognize that red haired girl wearing a clothes and a red headband just like the rest of them. He is familiar with her back at Ashford Academy.

Daniel (thoughts): Wait... Kallen Stadtfeld? Why- No, there's something I don't know about her much. I'm gonna need to learn her background once I get back to the base.

Suddenly, everyone, including him hear Prince Clovis voice on the speaker.

Clovis (speaker): Attention all forces. Cease fire at once.

Kallen and the others gasped of what they just heard from a viceroy. Daniel was surprised that man just change his mind all of sudden though he feel suspicious that something does not right. They continue listening to him.

Clovis (speaker): I Clovis, third prince of Britannia and royal viceroy of Area Eleven, here by command you, all forces are ordered to cease fire at once. You also cease destruction of any buildings or property. All casualties, whether Britannian or Eleven, shall be treated equally and without prejudice. In the name of Clovis la Britannia, you are here by ordered, cease fire at once. I shall allow no further fighting.

Daniel (thoughts): I guess I don't need to get these people to safety. As for that, I'll be gone.

After the announcement, he ran out the building as Kallen just follows him behind.

Ohgi: Kallen, wait!

Kallen ignore him as he go after him to get answers. Daniel got on his Liberator ready to take off when he saw her on the screen hearing her saying to him.

Kallen: Wait! Just who are you?

Daniel think something to tell her his name. That would be too risky to say his real identity to her. He's thinking a bit until he got an idea for what he called himself as he reply to her in the speaker.

Daniel (speaker): Call me... Patriot Knight.

After that, Liberator flies away from the scene, never be seen again. Kallen standing there, staring at the sky where Liberator was out of her sight. She still need more questions of who is he, and where did he come from. She hope that she will get that answer soon.

Kallen: Patriot Knight...

Britannian G-1 Mobile Base

The lights turn off leaving both Clovis and unknown man wearing Britannian military uniform.

Clovis: Are you satisfied?

???: Very. Well done.

Clovis: And what shall we do now? Sing a few lively ballads, or perhaps a nice game of chess?

???: That has a familiar ring.

Clovis is confused of what he means about that. A figure tossing a helmet away and point a gun at him.

???: Don't you recall? The two of us used to play chess together as boys. Of course, I would always win.

Clovis: What?

???: Remember? At the Aries Villa?

Clovis was shocking to know about his childhood where he tries to battle his half-sibling, Lelouch vi Britannia, by playing a chess. But he also lose all the time by Lelouch. He become suspicious to know how he knows everything about Aries Villa.

Clovis: You, who are you?

???: It's been a long time, big brother.

A figure comes out from the shadow revealing it is none other than Lelouch Lamperouge himself. Clovis' eyes widened to see someone who has been dead for years.

Lelouch: The eldest son of the late consort Marianne and seventeenth in line to the imperial throne, Lelouch vi Britannia, at your service.

Clovis: Lelouch?! B-But I thought–

Lelouch: That I was dead? You were wrong. I have returned, Your Highness. And I've come back to change everything.

He said with a smile that he is going to do about his half brother. Something that wanted him for answer.

Daniel flying in the air as he contact to the base.

Daniel: This is Daniel, have you recording everything?

ULA Britannian operator (comms): Yes sir. 

Daniel: Yes. Tomorrow. We'll make Britannian so-called patriotic open their eyes of how truly Prince Clovis is.

He said as Liberator has teleported in the sky return to the base.
