Tiberium Earth, after Henry and his others went disappeared

Somewhere in northern Africa, three trucks are rolling through sands as they reaching to the cave in the mountains. They enter the cave and then go down below to the secret underground base. When it got there, there are a lot of structures underneath the surface. Hundreads and thousands of red and black members guarding around the underground base. The cyborg engineers are working on portal gateway made by scrin technology leftover to make it work like scrin threshold.

Inside the temple prime, a leader of this group named Grand Master Elder, a dark humanoid being leading a new faction called Heretic of Nod.

A faction that has left from Black Hand of Nod and established new organization for their own means. They have no ties on Brotherhood of Nod and Nod Separatist as they are not part of their ideals. He watches on the window to see the gateway is complete and ready to be operational to begin his plan. Then, the door opens to see a lady covered up with tiberium infection dressed up Nod uniform as she approaches him and kneel down before his presence. Her name is Jade Liang, a former GDI scientist who is exposed the tiberium then she defect to Brotherhood of Nod before she was cast out because of her tiberium infection then she was recruited by Heretic of Nod who likes tiberium mutants as weapons. She likely to join them and have research it to make chemical weapons and tiberium experimentation.

She said to her leader of Heretic of Nod.

Jade: Grandmaster Elder, the gateway is finally finished just as you told.

Elder: Very good. With what's left of Scrin technology, we have gained access to travel to other world. A place where we heretics can destroy everything better than the vision of Kane or any Nod leadership.

Jade: Yes, we will take everyone their lives to give us our pleasure.

Elder: Pleasure is not a way of Heretic of Nod. Our way is to destroy the things we hate or not part of this organization. But yes, sometimes pleasure make us feel comfortable to kill those who ready to be killed. Commander, is my army ready?

Jade: Yes, Grandmaster.

Another member of Sword of Heresy is a soldier who wears different uniform than other HN soldiers. His name is known as Blood Vizier, and he is a male veteran commando.

Lastly, a member of Sword of Heresy is a soldier who wears advanced uniform and he wears a scary helmet to frighten the enemy. He is also has an excellent record of marksmanship skills and he became a sniper commando. His name is known as Darth Shadow.

The four members of Swords of Heresy bow down to their grand masters as they said.

They rise up and listen to their grand master as he said to them.

Elder: Heretics of Nod, today is the day where we shall leave this world forever and enter to the new world as our own. He see that Axis powers are attempting to take over the world by iron fist, and one of Axis powers is Empire of Japan, which he is shocked that they show brutality towards civilians and foreigners. He wishes that the JLF won't make a show of brutality towards britannian civilians as the Imperial Japaneses Army and Kempeitai did to their enemies. He also shocked that USA have developed an atol bombs and destroys Hiroshima and Nagasaki to Japan to surrender to save their lives from further destruction and then the Japan becomes a better nation and became allies with USA.

Goro: I hope my Japan won't become the empire like Holy Britannia Empire soon afterward. We are such savages according to this tiber-earth war history but we are different people living in the world where tyrannical empire conquered every land they can take.

He put down a book on the table and went to the training room for exercise. As he is exercising his muscle, Russell came out of nowhere come to see him.

Russell: Well, well, you look like you need some work out for the next mission, eh?

He finished exercise his muscle as he continue to said.

Goro: So, you must be Commando George T. Russell, correct? I've heard your commando team save those hostages and eliminate JLF extremists. And you made it back here.

Russell: Heh. It ain't easy to escape the city. But it is worth it. So anyway, what'cha doing there anyway.

Goro: Like you said, trying to work out for a next mission.

He went out of the room with GDI rifleman as they going to the briefing room.

At the briefing room, everyone is attending for the next mission. Goro was sitting on the chair waiting for starting the briefing when someone is tapping on his shoulder so he turn around and surprisedly to see LT. Tom beside him.

Goro: Lieutenant Tom! It's so nice to see you here.

Tom: I was being transferred here to join Japan campaign. I guess you're with me again.

Goro: And the others?

Tom: They're here as well.

Before they have a conversation, a GDI officer came into the room and said to everyone.

GDI officer: Attention! I need your attention, everyone.

Everyone is silence as they listening to the officer.

GDI officer: Good. Now, we have a problem today in Japan. As you can see, there are rumors about drug called Refrain. A drug induces hallucinatory flashbacks to pleasant past experiences, probably to escape the reality. It may also used as truth serum for interrogation by britannians. When it wore off, the user is left unable to speak for some time and finally becoming an invalid. And since it is illegal, it must be destroyed before more Alter-Japaneses will become so addicted of Refrain. A small troops and one knightmare will do a job for this operation. LT. Smith will lead the operation. Are you taking this mission, lieutenant?

Tom: Yes sir. When will we start the operation, sir?

GDI officer: Tonight, lieutenant. Any questions? No? Then dismissed.

Milly Ashford was doing her work of student council when she was receive anonymous message on her cellphone.

Milly: Huh? Now who could it that be?

She picks up a phone and see the text message on the screen as it says.

Unknown Message: We know your family sheltered two exiled members of imperial britannian family.

Milly is shocked wide open as someone knows about Lelouch and Nunnally true identity. She worries about their safety from britannians then a text message said.

Message: Have no fear, we remain secret from britannians. I want you to follow this coordinates after the class. You have to come alone and follow the direction. I'm sending you right now.

The screen changed to see a map and it located in the ghetto. Milly doesn't trust this anonymous message but they knew Lelouch and Nunnally identity so she have to protect them and do what the message says. She turn off the phone and head to the class.

After the class, Milly told her friends that she need to go out for some time and say goodyto them. She reaches to the ghetto as she see all of the buildings are destroyed by britannian army for invading Japan and rename to Area 11. She got to the location as she look around before entering the building. As she enter the place, she four GDI riflemen armed with assault rifles and an agent sitting a chair on the table. She never seen those soldiers before and she might worry about her life but for the safety of Lelouch and Nunnally, she have make a sacrifice to protect them. She make a promise when Lelouch and Nunnally were children and being exile by their own father. She stepped forward and said to him.

Milly: So I got your message so what is it you want from me?

She take a sit and look at him with a serious expression.

GDI agent: I don't want from you, Ms. Ashford.

Milly: Please, I refer to Milly Ashford.

GDI agent: Very well. My superior wanted to talk to you.

He pulls out a laptop which is advanced and Milly was fascinating the new model than it made by Britannian. The screen turns on to see supreme commander Henry Jefferson and then he said to her.

Henry (on screen): Hello, Ms. Milly Ashford. It was a pleasure to meet you. But as you can see, I have a lot of work to do here so you understand why I can't talk to you in person.

Milly: That's understatement. So tell me, who are you and what do you know about the secrets?

Henry (on screen): I'm Supreme Commander Henry Jefferson and I am a leader of my military organization.

Milly: Military organization? From whom?

Henry (on screen): No one. We are just military faction who happens to be in this world.

Milly: Huh? What do you mean by that?

Henry (on screen): Heh. Guess I have to tell you about the whole story you won't believe it.

Milly: Let get me this straight, you're saying you and your people are from alternate world where Holy Britannia Empire wasn't exist, George Washington defeat the British Empire and gained independence in North America. The multinational military organization called GDI to protect the humanity from near extinction and fight off against multinational terrorist group called The Brotherhood of Nod which lead to tiberium war. The alien race come to invade your earth but you able to defeat them. And lastly, this Kane guy, leaded of terrorist group, enters the alien gateway and the whole tiberium spreading on your world is vanished. That's it?

Henry (on screen): That's it.

Milly feels sweating on her brow to meet alternate earth where Holy Britannia Empire doesn't exist and they are advanced society military come to her world. It takes so much for understand everything he told her. Then, she said.

Milly: But still, how do you know about Lelouch and Nunnally true identities?

Henry (on screen): Simple. We conducted a research from our agents to know the scenario of what reason for both of them to hide from britannia empire and I suggest that your family gave sheltered them when they were children. Can you explain me about it?

Milly: *Sigh* My family have support to their mother, Marianne vi Britannia. When we got word that she was being executed and sent both of them to Japan for exile, we decide to move there and protect them whenever we can. I promise myself that I'll protect them from britannia empire to know they are alive and something will happen to them afterwards. That is why no one will realize they are royalty member of imperial britannian family.

Henry (on screen): I see... Have no fear, your secrets is safe with me. Both Lelouch and Nunnally will be under protection of GDI, the same thing as Ashford Family.

Milly: I thank you for my understanding. But what are going to do now? In fact, what are you planning on?

Henry (on screen): Yes. Area 11 or Japan, I like to say correct word, is a target to liberate it.

Milly: But there are civilians in the tokyo settlement! Both Britannians and Japaneses will be in the middle of the crossfire. And if you were going to invade Japan you will be revealed to entire world.

Henry (on screen): And that's what I wanted. To show the world that GDI has come to bring peace and justice to this world and we will not ignore the empire crimes. As for that, we will protect your academy from harms way when invasion is started.

Milly: I see... And there's something from me, isn't it?

Henry (on screen): Yeah. You will be our spy to know any suspicious activity within the academy. I'm feeling like someone is watching Lelouch and Nunnally and report it if they found out they're still alive.

Milly: They will be political bargaining tools. I guess that I wanted to avoid it. Fine, I'll be your spy only to the safety of Lelouch and Nunnally.

Henry (on screen): Good. Oh, one last thing. Agent, will you have it to her?

GDI agent: Yes sir.

An agent give her a small earpiece as Henry said to her.

Henry (on screen): These are your earpiece. Contact me when there's something suspecious on your academy.

Milly nodded as she got an earpiece and put it into her pocket.

Henry (on screen): I'm wishing you good luck on your own, Ms. Milly. I hope you will be look out on her.

Milly: I will. It was pleasure to meet you, sir.

Henry nodded her before the screen turns off. Milly went out of the building and headed back to the academy.

Nighttime

The GDI small group consists 3 riflemen squads, two missile squads, 1 zome enforcer, and 1 liberation knight came to the warehouse where the refrain wer stored by britannian mafia gangs. They are near the gate as they waiting for a signal from LT. Tom.

Tom: Alright, we got some mafia assholes selling drugs to Alter-Japaneses. I want to eliminate every one who are working with mafia and destroys the refrain. Ready?

GDI forces: Ready!

Goro: I'm ready where you are.

Tom: Alright, let's go!

They going to the gate as liberation knight burst through it and see few of the men are working to be stopped to see a knightmare appeared.

The GDI infantry forces came in and start shooting at them.

They gunning down every britannian mafia gangs in the room, including the refrains. Lt. Tom just said to the others.

Tom: Hold your fire!

In their response, they stopped firing in the room. A whole britannian mafia members are dead and the refrain were destroyed. There are some refrain that is still intact so liberation knight and Jacob Parker destroys the remaining refrain.

Jacob: The refrain are now destroyed.

Tom: Good job, sergeant! Liberation Knight, go to the storage room.

LK pilot: Yes sir.

A liberation knight burst into the gate and enters the storage room only the lights are off.

LK pilot: That doesn't seem right here. Hold up, I got visual in my radar, turn on the night vision.

He turns on a night vision mode shocking to see people who are being drugged by refrain.

LK pilot: Goddamn. I can't believe these people have lose hope they started to addicting drugs to escape reality. Those britannian bastards will pay for this.

Suddenly, he was under attack by knightpolice at his right side.

LK pilot: Contact!

He return fire at knightpolice and it was destroyed like it was nothing.

LK pilot: That son of a... A police is working with them? Bastards.

Tom and the other troops came into the storage room to see liberation knight have took out a knightpolice.

LK pilot: Yes sir. It did hurt me but I'm okay.

Tom: Good.

He face at the people who are being addicted by drugs. Goro went beside him and he said.

Goro: Damn... I can't believe my people are using these drugs.

Daichi: I would make pay for those mafia bastards.

LK pilot: Stand down!

Tamaki: What the hell?! Who the hell are you guys?

Black Knight member 1: They are well-trained soldiers except they're different than britannian soldiers.

Black Knight member 2: No kidding! Look at that size of that armor. Was it too heavy to wear it?

Jacob: Hey, my armor is perfectly fine. And if you are going to fire at my men, my chaingun will do it for you.

???: Hold it!

They turn around to see Zero come into the place. Both sides are lowering their weapons to avoid shooting each other. Zero stepped in as he said.

Tom: I am LT. Tom Smith. I'm leading my men to eliminate mafia gangs, destroying refrains and saving these people from addicted to drugs.

The Black Knights are surprised they have already taking care of the mess. Kallen look up at the people who were addicted by refrain and one of them is a woman is Kallen's mother and she is being addicted bt refrain. She said to them.

Kallen (on speaker): Where are you taking those people?

Tom: I'm taking these people to refugee camp at our place. They will be safe there from britannian occupying Japan.

Kallen (on speaker): Wait. Did you say Japan?

Tom: Yes. Now, what are you people doing here?

Zero: A same thing as you do. May I ask, why are you belong?

Tom: It's classified.

Zero: A military soldier, I see. Would you mind take off your helmet to see your face?

Goro stepped in as he said.

Zero was stunned that they are cautious on him very seriously . Tom just said.

They went out of the warehouse, leaving the Black Knights behind. V-35 ox landed on the area as the GDI takes the civilians into the aircraft. The Black Knights came to see them onboard V-35 ox, which they are surprised to see a new aircraft.

Tamaki: Whoa! Now that is a ship right there.

Ohgi: Yeah. Those guys have some surprising out of nowhere.

Zero remain silent to see them going in V-35 ox and fly off to the sky. Kallen watches as she see her mother was taken by unknown military group and she didn't do anything. At the rooftop, C.C was watching V-35 ox leaving the area and she is curious of who they are.

C.C: These people seem like to care Japaneses. I'm wondering of who they are and what are they achieved.

The portal opens in Taklamakan Desert as an army of Heretic of Nod came into the new world. Grand Master Elder and his surbodinates stepped on the desert to see a new world amazed to their own eyes. Jade Liang goes to her grand master as she said.

Jade: Grand Master Elder, we did it. We have enter to the world.

Elder: Yes, my commander. Now we are proceed to the first step of our plan. I want to find and establish a huge base where we won't be spotted by natives. I want to learn about this world before we shall attack every land the natives have own.

Jade: Yes, Grand Master.

Elder turns around at his followers as he make a speech.

Elder: Brothers and Sisters of heretics, today is a new day for us to come into this peaceful world. But peaceful is a lack of word that people used everytime. We shall cleanse everything and everyone that are corrupted this world. My purpose, our purpose, is destroying things, not show kindness to our enemy. Show no heart to non-believers as they are deserved to die. Yes, kill all men, women, children, and grandchildren so they can't stop us from our salvation. We will become judge, jury, and executioner. Today, we, Heretic of Nod, shall bring bloodshed to the world. Nothing will chained the circle of violence that has purpose for us to live! No gods shall control us like puppets. We are the heretics, free from chain of slavery and be slayer to every foe we hate so we can have peace to this new world!

Everyone is cheering his speech as they are ready to shed blood to every non-believers in this new world.
