Goro arrives the GDI base in Hokkaidō region of Japan. It's lucky that GDI manage to slip through enemy territory without being alarmed by britannian patrol force. They able to liberate the cities and towns of Hokkaidō and defeat britannians without one of them escape to warn to their presence. V-35 ox landing in combat support airfield as Goro went out with his luggage carrying it. GDI officer standing for his arrival and went to shake his hand.

GDI officer: It's nice to join us, Sgt. Azuma.

Goro: As do I, sir.

GDI officer: Welcome to GDI Hokkaidō base, sergeant. We have a private barrack just for you.

Goro: You did? So the supreme commander order you to do it?

GDI officer: Of course. Since you took Dark Lancelot, it will be a good time to use it for the battlefield.

After that, Goro got to his private barrack as he drop his luggage on the floor. He went on the bed and lay down as he is tiring for a trip.

Two GDI agents are on the rooftop spying on Ashford Academy in the far distance. They look at the binoculars to see them in far away. They see a lot of students roaming outside the academy, minding their business.

GDI agent 1: This is Agent 1, the academy seem to be normal. No sign of Lelouch or Nunnally there.

Another agent looking at the binoculars to see around the academy until he found something.

GDI agent 2: I got my eyes on a girl.

A first GDI agent look up at the binoculars to see Nunnally sitting on the wheelchair and she was being accompanying by a maid named Sayoko Shinozaki. The GDI agents keep watching them.

GDI agent 1: I see her. But who is that maid? What I've see, she is Japanese.

An agent contact on the comms.

GDI agent 2: HQ, can you identify a maid strolling with Nunnally vi Britannia?

GDI operator (on comms): Standby... A Japanese woman was name Sayoko Shinozaki. She is working as a maid of Ashford Academy after Britannia Empire annexed Japan. She was reassigned to Lelouch and Nunnally under the care of Ashford Academy, apparently, the Ashford family has a relationship with Lelouch and Nunnally so they let them in. Be advise, she isn't an ordinary maid. She is 37th Successor of the Shinozaki School and she is trained martial arts. She is like a ninja or assassin so I suggest you two to not engage her.

GDI agent 1: Roger that. We'll keep that on mind. Agent one, out.

They keep an eye on her in the distance as they watching at Ashford academy.

Henry have discussion with Capt. Viktor, Capt. Jack, Admiral Alexei, and Dr. Harrel for today.

Henry: Gentlemen, we see that our numbers are grow larger than before. With Admiral Bazarov group came along, we might have a chance against Britannia Empire.

Harrel: Yes. But I wonder why you didn't order to strike today?

Henry: We need to learn more from Japan, Dr. Harrel. We have to be careful to where we start next. The britannia have see our forces in the ghetto so they going to be cautious when we encounter them again.

The screen shows a footage of britannian civilians being hostaged by Japan Liberation Front pointing the guns at them. The britannians are cowering in fear.

Female news reporter (on TV): This footage was taken by the perpetrators; in it, you can clearly see chairman James, including some students. The leader of the group claims to be Lieutenant-Colonel Kusakabe of the now defunct Japanese military. Kallen appears behind him as she asked him.

Ohgi enters the room carrying a box as he asked him.

In the nighttime, the britannian forces are station at outside the hotel waiting the orders from Viceroy Cornelia to strike JLF extremists. Suzaku, warrant officer and a pilot of Lancelot, is waiting for orders to save Euphemia and the hostages from JLF.

Two JLF patrol the hallways with their guns ready.

JLF soldier 1: I hope we can be free from britannian pigs.

JLF soldier 2: You can say that again, Kaorogi. Britannian will know that the spirit of Japanese never gives up a hop-

Then suddenly, his head was shot at the left side and fell on the floor.

JLF soldier 1: Oh no! Yagami!

He said before his head was shot and lay down on the floor dead.

At the building of far distance, Jäger got his two targets as he reload his sniper rifle and contact his teams.

Jäger: This is Jäger, I took down two JLF extremists on my sights. Are you in?

Russell: We're still outside the hotel but they won't know we're coming. And we eliminate the enemy at outside.

Jäger (on comms): Then you have to do it fast. I see a hostage on the rooftop and they are going to push him off the building.

Simmons: Sir, when he's falling from the rooftop I'll catch him without anyone see me.

Russell: Alrighty, then. You'll do that while we make a hole without alarming the guards.

Simmons: Yes sir.

Simmons went to the position as he waiting for a man to push off the rooftop and he is falling from his death. But what a man didn't know is that he was saved by Simmons as he use jump jetpack to rescue him from falling to the death. He put down a man on the ground and untie him.

Male britannian citizen: Thank you, whoever you are. You save me from those terroris-

Simmons: And now, for a next part.

Male Britannian citizen: Huh?

Simmon smack at the face with his fist to knock him out cold.

Simmon: To put you to sleep.

He drag him into the bushes to hide the body and went to the others. Spectre successfully create a hole to fit for his human size.

Spectre: There. Now we are going in, yeah?

Tanya: Come on, let's go.

Before they going enter the hotel, Jäger spotted something surprising so he contact his team.

Jäger (on comms):  This is Jäger, I just got something new on my scope.

Russell: What new is it?

Jäger: You won't believe it, sir. It's Zero. He is on top of the vehicle and headed straight to this place.

Russell: Zero?

Tanya: You mean that masked vigilante.

Simmons: What is he doing here?

Russell: HQ, this is Commando Russell, I just got a word from Jäger that Zero gave make an appearance and he headed this place. How do we proceed?

GDI HQ (on comms): Standby... Commando Russell, you will continue your mission. Zero has a same idea of saving the hostages but we're not quite sure to trust him yet. Proceed the mission.

Russell: Understood. Over and out.

He turns off the comms.

Russell: The mission hasn't change yet. We'll eliminate all JLF extremists and rescue the hostages.

He went into a hole just before the others joining him as well to proceed their mission.

They entering the room as it's crawling with JLF soldiers patrolling the area. Russell goes first as he sneak behind JLF soldier and stab him on the throat and cover a mouth to prevent him screaming. Tanya puts on silencers on her dualing pistols and shoot at 8 of JLF soldiers. Spectre shoots his shotgun at three JLF soldiers. Simmons gunned down every JLF soldiers in the room.

Russell: Area is clear. Simmons, you'll be at the fire exit to wait for the hostages to escape.

Simmons: And if there's enemy there I shoot them.

Russell: Yep. But you're not going alone. Spectre, you're accompanying him.

Spectre: Yes sir.

Russell: Tanya, you'll rescue the hostages.

Tanya: Right. And you?

Russell: I'm going to kill every JLF extremist in every room in solo. Now, spread out!

The GDI commandos are spreading out to the different directions.

Tanya moves in the hallway to see more JLF soldiers here and they spotted her.

JLF soldier: What the!? Shoot that britannian bitch!

Tanya: Wrong nationality, boys.

She pulls out dualing pistols as she shoot them down quickly. She moves on as more JLF soldiers coming to kill her. She used teleportation belt to go behind them in the blink of the eye.

JLF soldier: What the?!

Tanya: Surprised.

The JLF soldiers turn around before Tanya shoots them. She reached to the hallway as she take down two JLF soldiers guarding the door. She kicks the door down as she see the hostages are here and the JLF soldiers are here too. Before they can shoot her, Tanya quickly firing her pistols at them. All JLF soldiers were killed and the hostages are shocked she took them down so quickly. She said to the hostages.

Tanya: Everyone, get to the fire exit! Move it, move it!

The hostages complied her words as they went out the room. Among them are Shirley, Nina, and Milly are escaping the hotel and follow them to the fire exit. Milly take a look at Tanya before she look back and follow them. Tanya see that all JLF soldiers are dead so she contact her team.

Tanya: This is Tanya, the hostages is safe and headed to fire exit, and I eliminate the extremists here. I'm going out.

Russell gunned down every JLF soldiers in the hallway. He went to the next corridor when three JLF soldiers spotted him and pointing the guns at him just before their heads blown out. Russell knows who kill them so he contact him on comms.

Russell: Thanks for stealing my kills, Jäger.

Jäger (on comms): Much obliged.

Russell continues moving to each corridors and eliminate every JLF soldiers he can see. When he got to the corrider, he saw four JLF soldiers were surrendered by black knight members. They saw him wearing white armor that they never seen him before. Russell pointing his carbine rifle at JLF soldiers which is they're frightened in response. But the black knight members stopped him and said.

Black knight member 1: Stop! They're surrendering!

Russell pointing his rifle at the black knights and said.

Russell: Who are you people?

Black knight member 1: We are known as Black Knights. We're come here to save the hostages and stop them from killing the civilians.

Russell: Well, if you must know, I have my team already saving those hostages as we speak.

Both Black Knights and JLF are shocked that his team has rescue the hostages. He went to the door and burst down to see Zero, a pink haired girl named Euphemia, and dead LT.Col. Kusakabe and his JLF soldiers who are appeared to be commit suicide. He look at both of them then he said to Zero.

Russell: You must be Zero, I presume.

Zero: Yes. I see that people like you knows me. By the way, what are you doing here and what business are you in?

Russell: Save the hostages and eliminate the JLF extremist who are defunt to the real JLF.

He lower his gun to see that they are not hostile yet, but remain cautious.

Russell: I have my team already taking care of them. As for civilians, they will be taken to the boats where they will reach to the other side.

Euphemia was relieved the hostages are safe but she wondering of who he is and where did he come from. Russell caught her eyes as he said.

Russell: So you must be one of the hostages, correct?

Euphemia: Yes?

Russell: Then you must come with me. The hostages are waiting at fire exit where the boats are there.

Zero: Hold it. I must speak to Princess Euphemia li Britannia before she can go free with the others.

Russell: Wait a minute! That's a princess!?

Zero: Yes. Why you didn't know that? Haven't you heard of her before?

Russell: Hold on. I must contact my superior.

Euphemia: You're superior?

He contact his superior on the comms.

Russell: This is Commando Russell, we successfully saving the hostages and eliminate the JLF extremist. But I have someone here who happens to be a member of imperial britannian family.

GDI HQ (on comms): Commando Russell, can you confirm the name of imperial britannian family?

Russell: Her name is Princess Euphemia li Britannian. What are the orders?

GDI HQ (on comms): Standby, wait for supreme commander orders... Alright, it remain a same. She is important person that needed to be alive. You'll get her out of here.

Russell: Roger that.

He look at Euphemia as he said.

Russell: I have orders to get you out but just make it quick. I'll be at outside.

He went out the room and close the door behind and lean at the wall waiting for her. The JLF soldiers were taking to prisoners by the black knigts but two black knight members such as Ohgi and Tamaki are still here for Zero. They both approach him as they said.

Tamaki: So, who are you anyway?

Russell: My name doesn't matter to you. I have specifically orders from my superior to never revealed to Japanese resistance group, even you guys are wanted to free your country, I'm still not telling my name unless you earn my trust and respect.

Tamaki: Why you little...

Ohgi: Stop, Tamaki. We don't who he is, but I'm sure he got some reason. Besides, look at the armor, it look advanced probably from E.U.

Russell: It's not the EU.

Tamaki: And what is it?

Russell: It's classified.

Tamaki: Really? Classified? What are you a soldier.

Russell: If you see me wearing it then the answer is yes. But I will not give the name of my organization to someone.

Ohgi: Well, in any case, my name is Kaname Ohgi and I am thankful for saving the hostages, even they are britannians.

Russell: Much oblige, Ohgi. So where do you come from? Don't tell me, you're from the ghetto, right?

Tamaki: Damn right we are! We had survived from a massacre if it wasn't for Zero guy.

Russell: Zero guy, huh? You mean the one at the room? Yeah, my superior have impress his work but we're not quite sure we can trust him.

After the talking, Euphemia goes out the room as Russell see her here.

Russell: Ready to go, your highness?

Tamaki: Wait? That's a princess?

Russell lead her out of the building as they went down to the fire exit. As they get there, they see his team are loading the people to the boats and set sail to safety. The last one is for Euphemia.

Russell: Alright, this is where you take off.

She went to the boat. But just before boarding the boat, she turn around and said to him.

Euphemia: Thank you for saving people here, whoever you guys are.

Russell: Don't mention it. However, my superior wanted to meet you in person but right now, it had to wait.

Euphemia: Your superior? Who is it?

Russell: Classified, ma'am. Now just get out of here before Cornelia will sent her forces to shoot this building down.

Tanya: Hold up!

They turn around to see Tanya carrying a man that was being push off the rooftop by JLF soldier and place him on the boat.

Euphemia: Wait a minute, that's a man being pushed off the building.

Russell: You should thanked to my pal there. He won't be alive if it wasn't for him. Now, get going.

Euphemia wanted to ask questions but she had no time for it so she went onboard the boat and goes out of the building. As for GDI commando team, they went to the escape route and headed to the safe place.

At the safehouse, the GDI commando have successfully the mission as they contact Henry on the laptop.

Russell: Sir, the mission is complete. The hostages are safe and we clear out the extremists.

Henry (on screen): Very good. Let's hope their lives won't go to waste.

Russell: I'm hope so, sir. By the way, one of the hostages, Princess Euphemia li Britannian, she is a member of imperial britannian family. I was suggesting to capture her tomorrow morning.

Henry (on screen): No. Not until a right opportunity. We will capture her soon. But for now, we'll let her go for tonight.

Russell: Yes sir.

He turns off the laptop and close down. Then, Jäger just said to them.

Jäger: Hey guys, you won't gonna believe this. Come and see on the TV.

They went to Jäger as they watching the TV to see Zero and the black knight members brocasting to Japan, and the whole world.

Zero (on screen): People! Fear us, or rally behind us as you see fit. We, are the Black Knights.

Spectre: The Black Knights? Like from medieval black knights?

Tanya: More like a resistance group joining a game, that for sure.

Simmons: Shh! Quiet, I want to heard him speech.

Everyone in GDI territory zone are shocking to watched the new appearance of resistance group called Black Knights. The GDI soldiers see them brocasting to the world.

GDI rifleman 1: That seem new to me, don't you think?

GDI rifleman 2: Without a doubt, man.

At the GDI leader central building, Henry and the others watching on holographic screen of new group called themselves The Black Knights and they commented.

Viktor: So, Zero has an army now?

Harrel: Nah, not really. It was only beginning.

Henry: Hmm... I'm not quite sure about this Zero guy, but what I need to know is what is his motive. What is he gaining for? What is his goal?

Jack: We have to find out soon enough, mate.

Zero: Just as former Viceroy Clovis was punished for ordering the slaughter of countless unarmed Elevens, we could not stand by and allow such cruelty to be carried out, and so we made him pay for his actions. I will not repudiate battle on a fair and level field, but neither will I tolerate a one-sided massacre of the weak by the strong. Spectre: It does sound like Nod to me.

Simmoms: For your opinion, they don't exactly like Nod. They aren't fanatic group so we should be fine.

Russell: Alright, listen up! Zero and his new members of the Black Knight has joining the game. However, we are not quite sure we trust them. I mean, I run into them when I saw them pointing weapons at JLF extremists. They may be a start of beginning, but we have to remain cautious that they could turn against us.

Tanya: I guess I have to agree to you.

Russell: Still, the Alter-Japanese are desperate to free from britannia oppressors so maybe they will join them and they will be larger number. It's luckily that the Nod won't come into this world and ruin everything.

Spectre: I hope so. But if they're here hidden from this world then what are we gonna to do?

Russell: If there's Nod presence in this world then we'll give them a welcome party with guns pointing at them and I'll be damn if they planning to turn this world into tiberium just like they did in third tiberium war.

Simmons: Amen for that. Now, let's get some sleep. I'm tired anyway.
