Henry was looking up on the holographic computer to see every intels that his agents gather it from britannia empire. He look up on the news from few days ago about Suzaku was saved by a masked vigilante named Zero. Then, he look at the image of britannian imperial family and get every names on the face ID. Then, he goes to another family picture to see Marianne vi Britannian and two of her children; Lelouch vi Britannian and Nunnally vi Britannian. He look up the report that Marianne was being killed by unknown terrorist causing Nunnally to be blinded and crippled. Lelouch argues with his father about not caring of his mother's death and Charles put them to exile to Japan. The reports shown that both Lelouch and Nunnally died during the invasion of Japan.

Henry: I feel so sorry for that girl. She doesn't deserve to what happened back there.

He look up at the image of Ashford Academy located in Japan, which it was being taken by his agents.

Henry: Ashford Academy. Similar to Ashford University back in our earth, this one seems to be made from Holy Britannia Empire. There are few of Alter-Japaneses enrolled there but they face discrimination from both teachers and classmates. This is a reason I hate going to academy or university for rascist people there. Now, what do they find me something else.

He goes to the two images which he is surprised to see them alive and grow up living in Ashford Academy for years.

He read the details about they are under false identity of their surname as Lamperouge. He feels wondering of why they are hiding from Britannia Empire for some reason so he contact EVA as he said.

Henry: EVA.

EVA: Yes, supreme commander?

Henry: I want every agent in the Japan to keep an eye on two students named Lelouch and Nunnally Lamperouge.

Goro Azume returns to his home from work to see his siblings are okay of their live. Hs siblings saw him arrive as he brought groceries from the store.

Goro: Hey guys, I brought food here. I hope you guys aren't hungry while I was done.

Koichi: Whew. I'm starved.

They get the groceries as they cook the foods and eat it. They finish their food and said to him.

Kichi: Brother.

Goro: Yes?

Kichi: My brother and I wanted to tell you something.

Goro: And what is it?

Koichi: While you were gone, we just found a job for ourselves.

Goro: That's great! So what job do you get?

Koichi: I'm working as engineer. I have a bit experience of fixing things.

Kichi: And I'll be a nurse to help people who are wounded.

Goro: Now that's good. I wish you guys luck for earning the money by yourselves while I was gone.

He heard a beeping sound from his pocket to receive a message from GDI HQ.

Goro: And right in time. Koichi, Kichi, I'm going back now. I'll see you guys soon.

Kichi: Goodbye, big brother!

Koichi: Go and kick britannian ass and free Japan!

Everyone is in the briefing room as they are going to the next mission. Daniel Cruz who is now promoted to staff sergeant and he is among the crowd.

GDI officer: Alright, listen up! Supreme Commander have give us another mission today so I want you to open your ears and listen carefully for I will not repeat myself.

He shows the screen of saitama ghetto which is now in ruins.

GDI officer: Saitama ghetto. The report shows the britannian forces under control of Princess Cornelia are headed to that location. She ordered her troops to attack the ghetto to drive out who is called Zero.

He shows a screen of Zero wearing a helmet, purple clothes, and a dark cape that looking like dracula.

Rifleman 1: That's Zero? So he's like an empty name of vigilante.

Rifleman 2: I think so, mate.

Daniel: I would like to meet him when I have a chance.

GDI officer: Alright, alright. Cut the chatter. They are probably a rebel group planning liberate Japan as we do, but in their own way. Now anyway, back to topic, there are rebel group in the ghetto called Yamato Alliance.

Daniel: Um, excuse me, sir. How do you able to get that information?

GDI officer:  We have agents deployed everywhere to gather intels and the intelligence center make a good job of gather it. But that's not important. What a matter is Princess Cornelia have ordered to massacred the people in the ghetto just to drive him out and kill him when she got a shot. Which is why we're going to do a mission that is a same thing back at shinjuku ghetto but we're going to do different strategy so they won't take advantage of us because we use a same thing. Get those people to safety and eliminate the threat.

He went to another screen show the map of the Philippines, which Daniel is happy to join the battle.

GDI officer: For the second mission, we will liberate the Philippines from Britannia Empire so we can have an ally. There are sakuradite mines located in Mindanao. The viceroy palace is in Manila, Luzon. We able to contact the rebel group known as "Filipino Revolutionary Front" and they allow us to help them to retake their country so there won't be a problem. Any questions?

Daniel raise his hand to get him attention.

GDI officer: Yes, Staff Sergeant Cruz?

Daniel: With your permission, I want to join the fight in Philippines against britannian dogs.

GDI officer: Very well. Anything else?

Nobody raise his hands for asking questions.

GDI officer: Then you are dismissed.

Goro was received order from Admiral Alexei to transfer him to GDI hidden base in the Japan region. He was also recently promoted as sergeant by Henry for some reason. He packing his bags and say goodbye to his siblings as he headed to combat support airfield. He was headed to V-35 ox when Tom Smith is there as he said to his fellow soldier.

Tom: Hey man, I can't believe you are officially a part of Global Elite Knight. My friends and I are proud of you.

Goro: Thanks. I was doing my job, that's all.

Tom: You know, I hope that someday you will become a war hero.

Goro: Please, I am no war hero. I'm just a soldier doing what is right of this world. I hope that my Japan will be liberated soon. I can feel it.

Tom: You got courage, kid. You are fine grown man. My friends wanted to say goodbye to you but they have other things to do. Still, they want to know it is a pleasure to fight with us side by side.

Goro happily nodded it. He went toward the aircraft as Tom wave his hand at him. The V-35 ox takes off and headed to GDI base in Japan region.

On Mindanao sakuradite mines, the Filipino workers are working hard to gather more sakuradites for britannia benefits but they are too tired and they can't rest because of britannia told them to do, or they will receive punishment. Men are sweating so hard that they can't no longer keep working anymore. But today is a day where Filipinos become free of slavery and oppression of Britannia Empire.

At outside the sakuradite mines,  the britannia soldiers and sutherlands are guarding the entrance gate when suddenly, they see more unknowns coming this way really fast.

Britannian soldier: What the hell is that!

A sutherland was going to use factsphere sensor when a rocket shot on the head and destroys sutherland.

Britannian soldier: Shit! We're under attack! Call the-

Then his head was shot by GDI sniper as the rest of britannian soldiers were killed as well. Three sutherlands are going to retaliate when liberation knights came out of nowhere and shoots rocket launchers at them, destroying the britannian knightmares. They entered the britannian area as both GDI and FRF forces attacking britannians. Five GDI tempest MLRS fires rockets at britannian structures. Three GDI shatterers fires sonic boom blasts at both britannian infantry and ground forces. The FRF rebels ran through the enemy infantry forces with submachine guns, pistols, RPG, and swords traditionally to Flilipino cultures. Daniel, who is part of this operation, lead a band of FRF rebels since he is Filipino and willing to free their country by any means. He led FRF rebel forces to sakuradite mine zone as they killed every britannian soldiers and officers who were force them to work harshly. The GDI forces arrives as a hundred of drone swarms attacking britannians soldiers and personnel. Britannian tank is rolling in to the fight but ti was destroyed by a zone shatterer shooting sonic boom blasts. Five GDI titans blasts two incoming sutherlands attempted to fight back. GDI mastodon shoots britannian ground forces and crushed every britannian infantry forces standing its way. A group of sutherlands rushing through the battle to defend sakuradite mines when the GDI introduce jet troopers as they are flying on the sky.

Sutherland pilot 1: What the!? The flying people!

Sutherland pilot 2: Quick! Open fire!

The sutherlands are trying to shoot them but they miss them. GDI jet troopers destroys a group of sutherlands using grenade launchers. The britannian chief officer tries to contact Philippine viceroy but it was being cut off by GDI to prevent them to call reinforcement.

Daniel and his FRF rebels, joining with GDI infantry troops rushed through the mines and kills britannian soldiers that defending the mines. While they are fighting, the FRF rebels goes to their fellow filipino mine workers.

FRF rebel: Go, my brethren! This is time to free ourselves from britannian oppression! Stand up and fight with us and our new ally to retake our country!

The filipino workers roared as they picked up the pickaxes and shovels and rebel against britannians. They ran out of the mines as GDI hunters and GDI shockwaves destroying the sakuradite mines. After they destroys sakuradite mine zone, they shouted for victory, but it's not over yet as they are still fighting today.

On Visayas, every islands was successfully taken by GDI and Filipino Revolutionary Front. The britannian soldiers who were utterly defeated were surrendered to GDI and place them to POW camp. As for FRF, they gather more supports from Filipinos and rally against viceroy in Luzon.

On Luzon, it was completely disaster for britannians as both GDI and FRF have taking every regions and britannians have no chance to winning it. Even britannian navy force, the GDI navy are able to taking down the enemy ships and prevent one of them to escape to warn other colonies.

In viceroy palace of Philippines, a viceroy is keep trying to contact to other colonies or his homeland for calling reinforcement. But he was being cut-off the communication. The FRF rebels burst through the door as they killed two britannian guards besides a viceroy. A FRF leader stepped in, holding a pistol as he said.

FRF rebel: It is over, britannian. The oppression of my people will be in history.

Britannian viceroy: How dare you enter to my palace! You Tens are barbaric to take this island as a property of our glorious empire!

FRF rebel: Face it, viceroy. You have lost. Surrender now and we will put you a fair trial for a crimes you have committed against my people.

Viceroy grinned his teeth as he pulled out a revolver and aim at him.

Britannian viceroy: I will not be beaten by lowly Ten!

FRF rebel leader fires a gun as he shot a viceroy few times and he is dead.

After the death of the viceroy, they won independent and it was called United States of Philippines. They raise their flag on a flagpole to show every Filipino that are finally free.

The britannians who were live there are shocked of Filipinos and new ally called GDI have liberate the country and afraid of what happens to them. Luckily, the GDI gave them a chance to live among them to have equally between two different people. Most of britannians have to agree with GDI while some britannian protest that the Area 10 is a rightfully place for Britannia property and attempt to start a resistance, but the GDI able to detain them before the resistance started. They reestablished the government and military to protect themselves from Britannia aggression. Luckily for them, the GDI will be their ally to protect the homeland and giving them a bunch of sakuradites for economic benefit.

At the saitama ghetto, the britannian armed forces march through the city ruins create explosions all over the area. The britannian soldiers gunning down everyone who are part of Yamato Alliance group, which most of them aren't part of it. Sutherlands and tanks destroying the buildings that would be use for the resistance to cover and ambush them.

A group of britannian soldiers gunned one of alter-japanese indiscriminately as the others are terrified to see him killed. A man shouted.

Alter-Japanese civilian 1: Oh, my God. Why the hell did you do that? Even children are here. What's going on? We haven't done anything.

Britannian soldier: That's exactly why. The people of this ghetto refused to report the terrorists. You hide them, cover for them. That's treason against a suzerain state!

As they are about to shoot the civilians, the britannian soldiers were immediately gunned down at the right side. The civilians turn at the right to see two GDI rhinos come out of nowhere.

Alter-Japanese civilian: What the? Who are they and where do they come from?

Then, more surprises came as GDI orca transport came down. Four V-35 oxs came and drop off the GDI goliaths and roll into the battlefield. More V-35 ox land down as GDI riflemen and missile squads goes into the action. The civilians have no idea of what's going on, but they are glad they were saved by them. Lt. Smith goes toward a man and said.

Tom: Are you alright?

Alter-Japanese civilian: Uh? Yeah?

Tom: Good. Listen up, Japaneses! We are getting you out of the ghetto. We're here to make sure no one is gonna die by those britannians. We will hold them out while we get you evacuated.

The alter-japaneses are surprised for him to see them as Japaneses. They follow GDI soldier to the orca transport and taking them to safety. After that, Lt. Tom went into GDI rhino and went to the battle.

Orca transports dropped liberation knights to the ground and went to fight against britannian forces. The britannians are taking to surprise as GDI forces attacking them ferociously towards them. Zone defenders shoots down britannian VTOL gunships from the sky. GDI jet troopers flies in the sky as they shoots grenades at sutherlands on the area. GDI interceptors fires the missiles at enemy ground forces and shoot at enemy aircrafts. Four drop pods came down as zone enforcers join the fight. Among them is Sgt. Jacob Parker as he ready his chaingun at britannian infantry forces who were shocked and terrified of their appearance.

Jacob: Tell your emperor to say hello from me!

He and his zone enforcers open fire at the enemy infantry forces.

Darlton saw the britannian casualties are too high and unknown dots came and attack them furiously.

Britannian operator 1: We lost 12th ground forces.

Britannian operator 2: We lost contact of Belta-05 team at the sector.

Britannian operator 3: The enemy have swept out every forces in that area.

Darlton: What the! How are they so many!

Britannian surbodinate: This is exactly like Shinjuku.

Cornelia scoffed to see her forces are being defeated by unknown enemy. She have read a report about unknown group have taking out half of Clovis forces. She thinks they are doing it again so she think of her strategy.

The liberation knights gunned down every sutherlands insight until they came across a group of Yamato Alliance resistances. The Yamato resistances turn their weapons at them for their appearance.

L.K pilot: Halt! We are not your enemy! We

Yamato member 1: Like hell we are!

L.K pilot: Listen me! We are getting out your people and eliminate the enemy forces.

Yamato member 1: Wait. You're serious.

A liberation knight nodded him.

Yamato member 1: Okay... If you're killing the britannians, then you're good.

More GDI reinforcement for them as ground forces goes in.

Yamato member 2: Whoa. Those are new vehicles.

L.K pilot: Listen, I want you to get out of here while we dealing with them.

Yamato member 1: Not so fast. We're not going anywhere. Zero is with us so we are staying here and fight.

L.K pilot: Zero is here?

Yamato member 1: Yeah! He contact us few minutes ago and led us to victory.

The pilot knew he cannot convince them so he just said.

L.K pilot: Fine. But don't get in our way.

Yamato member 1: Sure.

The liberation knights went in and fight on britannian forces.

GDI grenaider squads riding in GDI goliaths as the machine gun mow down the enemy infantries while grenadiers throw highly-explosive grenades at enemy vehicles. GDI hammerhead destroys enemy APC by firing the rockets. The sutherlands are going to kill GDI infantry forces when they encounter new type of knightmare called AMS as they stood in their way.

Sutherland pilot 1: What the hell are those!

Sutherland pilot 2: Who cares! They're just another knightmare that can destroy easily.

A sutherland fires an assault gun at AMS, but it didn't take a damage.

Sutherland pilot 2: What the hell!? That thing is bulletproof!

Three AMS aimed their laser cannons and fire at them, killing the pilots in the cockpits as they scream in pain until it went silence.
Zone troopers fires through sutherlands armor and kill the pilots inside. Missile squads fires britannian tanks and APCs up ahead. GDI grenadiers clear the building that enemy soldiers used it as garrison. GDI slingshots fires enemy VTOL gunships from the air with both guns and rockets. GDI shockwave troopers kills few of britannian soldiers. All GDI forces are pushing in as britannian armed forces are retreating. The britannian soldiers went to head-to-head combat to GDI riflemen as they make a bloody close combat with hands or knives to kill each other, but GDI won the fight and continues moving forward.

The britannian surbodinates, especially Darlton are getting worse as britannian forces are full retreated. Not only that, but the bridge was destroyed, killing few of britannian forces staged by Lelouch/Zero.

Britannian operator: We are losing more and more our forces! The terrorists are stronger whenever they are.

Cornelia: That's enough. It's no use of keeping fighting. We'll retreat.

This may shocked to everyone in the room as she ordered to abort the mission.

Britannian surbodinate 1: Your highness, are we suggest to fall back?

Britannian surbodinate 2: With all due respect, we can still win this.

Cornelia: Cornelia : We can't fight them like this. I want to make it clear route for my safety.

Darlton: Yes, your highness. I make an arrangement.

Lelouch is in the among of sutherlands as he heard a full retreat. He feels something is going on his plans when he heard the radio.

Darlton (on radio): All forces, remain in positions. The princess is goinf retreat and take a route to safety. You will remain and hold on the enemy while we are escaping. Your sacrifice will be honor to our empire.

Lelouch (thoughts): Cowards! You're retreating, Cornelia. Leaving your soldiers to die.

Britannian operator (on radio): Incoming unknown aircrafts. Defend the princess.

Lelouch look up at the sky as thousands of GDI firehawks came out of nowhere.

Lelouch: What is this? What are those planes. Wait, are they– Crap! I'm getting out of here!

GDI firehawks bombardment on the ground destroying every sutherlands near in G-1 base.

In the far away from ghetto, Princess Cornelia and the others look back as they destroyed the forces, including destroys G-1 base. She is filled in hatred as she feels like being beaten by unknown group so easily and she can't send out her royal guards to deal with someone is stronger than Zero or other lowly terrorist group.

Cornelia: Cowards. Bombardment from the sky. I'll make them pay for it.

Jeremiah and Villetta inside their cockpits can't believe hey saw a thousands of unknown planes so fast they bombardment the britannian forces so quickly, not only that, but the large force of unknown group have beaten their army. Without saying a word, they both follow Cornelia to retreat.

LT. Smith saw the battle is over. The GDI soldiers gathered remaining britannian soldiers who were injured and surrendered. They also check the civilians who are not yet evacuated will receive medical treatment. A liberation knight place a GDI flag on the top of the rubble as it is a sign of victory. A large drop pod came down as MCV was deployed then it went into right position and transformed into construction yard and all structures popping out to establish a base.

Mission accomplished

Lelouch was able to escape before bombardment and he is in the sewer wondering of what's next plan. He wandering  through a sewer when a shadow figure appears, revealing to be Zero. Lelouch standing at Zero as he said.

Lelouch: Why are you come?

Zero pulls out a helmet who turns out to be a green long-haired girl named C.C. She said.

C.C: I was going to save you when you're about to lose your life until those group came with large forces and eliminating all britannian forces without a problem. It seem like your plan have failed.

Lelouch: The only reason my plan has changed is because of them. I don't know who they are, but I don't if they are friend or foe. If they seen me as their enemy, then they becomes my enemy.

C.C: You sounded like you were being beaten by them. Although, I see them that are like military group.

Lelouch: Military group? Are Chinese Federation or E.U involved?

C.C: No. They don't belong either of them though the symbol is looking like a bird inside a circle. The soldiers are different and they have new advanced armored that shoots through knightmare armor.

Lelouch was a bit shocked they have military arsenal but he has no idea of where they came from. He calm down his senses as he said to her.

C.C: But anyway, what are going to do now? For what I know, the Japaneses resistance are no longer follow your command since you abandoned them.

Lelouch: Then that's what I'll do then, I'll set them up. I'll raise the army that can't lose britannia. A people, a nation.

C.C: And what about the unknown military group?

He remain quiet for a minute then he replies.

Lelouch: That is up to them decide if they seen us as friend, or enemy...
