After the Battle of Japan is finally over, the GDI and allied forces occupied the country for a time being. The Middle East Federation forces left Japan to protect their homeland from Holy Britannian Empire. The Allies rounded up all surrendering britannian soldiers and knightmare pilots to taking them to POW camp. Some britannian soldiers who were wounded from the battlefield are taking to medical camp to put them medical treatment despite they are enemy. Britannian citizens who are loving for Princess Euphemia and became Japan sympathizer, they protest at government bureau demanding to give Japan an independence, the Japanese joins the protesters too. The britannian have divided into two group: One is for britannian loyal to Holy Britannian Empire to willing stand against them for they are rightfully owner of the empire colony, and the other is the sympathizer to give Japan independence and loyal to Princess Euphemia. They fighting each other in the streets but the GDI pulls them away from each other throats.

Henry have ordered to arrest anyone according to the list for crimes in the time of Japan colonized. The GDI special forces went to Babel Tower where they arrest a man called himself 'The Black King' trying to flee in his place. The GDI also arrest every one in each organizations that has crime records that britannian didn't care and try to stop them.

The Black Knights have set up a large base area to patch up the wounded people who have fighting the britannian, establish a command center, and repairing the knightmare that has damaged during the battle at Tokyo Settlement. Zero, Kallen, Diethard, Ohgi, and Tamaki went to GDI outpost in Tokyo.

Ashford Academy

At the academy, most of the students are remain in gymnasium waiting until the GDI says it's okay to leave and see their family again. Rivalz, Shirley, Nunnally, Sayoko, and Milly went to the school council room for GDI protection. Shirley look outside as she can see GDI troops are walking around the area and it gives her a chill of what's happened for them. Rivalz just said to his friends.

Rivalz: Hey guys. How long do we stay here?

Milly: So long as they say we can go back to normal once Japan is independent.

Nunnally: Independent? So that means Japanese are free?

Milly: Of course, Milly.

Sayoko: Miss Ashford, may I ask a question?

Milly: Sure.

Sayoko: If Japan is getting back to independent state then what would happen to Ashford Academy?

Milly: Probably send us back to the homeland. But we're not sure yet.

Shirley: The soldiers have guarding around this school so seriously.

Rivalz: I don't know about you, but we're not sure if they just let us go.

Milly, Sayoko, and Nunnally are shocked of what they are looking at a person sitting on the chair. A person is not other than Princess Euphemia as she is smiling to see her sibling again for a long time. Nunnally said.

Nunnally: Euphy?

She take a knee before her as she said.

She look at Nunnally and said.

At the conference room, The Black Knights and Emily White are having a meeting to do about the members of government bureau since they haven't heard of them after the death of Viceroy Calares. Emily just said.

Emily: With two different Britannian group rising and attempt to fight each other, the government bureau hasn't respond for surrender.

Zero: What?

Henry: We are not gonna go in there and attack in full force. We have to be smart before taking the action.

Ohgi: So we're just do nothing then.

Henry: Unless they attack us first, we'll retaliate it. But for now, we will set up the position around the government bureau in far distance. For what I know about bureau, they have defense system that can shred through knightmare armor. But not my arsenals, of course.

Kallen: So that's it? We're not gonna get our independence back.

Henry: I didn't say like that, Kallen. We have to be ready if things goes bad. We just waiting for contact from the bureau to response of peaceful way.

Emily: I hope you're right. Still, I'm wondering of what are they planning to do in this situation.

Viceroy palace

Every britannian members are in full of panicking that they are completely surrounded and there's no way to escape. It make also worse that they will find out their crimes at the record achieve so they tried to dispose the evidence as best as they can. Luckily, the remaining knightpolices survive the battle and regroup to government bureau to defend it from the invaders. But now, they are defending from the protestors of both Elevens and Britannian sympathizers.

Prince Schneizel was in the room watching through the window as he see the protesters of both Japanese and Britannian sympathizers demanded to give Japan to bring back to independent state. He remain neutral expression for this situation. Kanon goes to him as he said.

Kanon: Your highness, is everything okay?

Schneizel: Yes, I am. Thank you for your concern, Earl Kanon.

Kanon: Thank you, your highness.

The door opens to see Sub-Viceroy Alicia Lohmeyer come to his room as she said.

Alicia: Your highness, may I have a word from you, if it's okay.

Schneizel: Of course. Please, take a seat.

She take a sit as well as Schneizel take a sit too. She said to him.

Alicia: This is getting out of hands here.  The remaining military force are either being killed or captured by these... invaders. Not only we lost Area 11, but also lost other Areas we never heard of it. How can they do it?

Schneizel: That is not sure yet. It seems they have very fine work to hide it from us. Not to mention that Australia Commonwealth has joining the fight against us.

Alicia: But that would break the treaty!

Schneizel: Their leader, Prime Minister Emily White, have deeply hatred to Holy Britannian Empire before signing the treaty of neutrality. But that was when His Majesty ordered to invade Japan in 2010. She felt paranoid and prepared her troops if Holy Britannian Empire decides to take their homeland too.

Alicia: Still, we must prevail it from falling it apart. The britannian, our own people turn against us because of her.

Schneizel: Princess Euphemia, you're referring to, correct?

Milly fears that she will feel like she betraying her so she explains.

Milly: Look, this is not what you think of it. I'm not selling to you and your brother, I see you as my sister and I would wanted to protect you. And these people knows your identity so that's why I'm taking a job as GDI spy to keep look out for you and your brother.

Nunnally: So you did care of me.

She happily nodded her.

Nunnally: In that case, I'm happy to see you trying to protecting me. But, what about Nina?

Euphemia: I'll handle it. Tell me, wouldn't be happen to be a girl has green hair and wears eyeglasses and a same person from Lake Kawaguchi?

Milly: Yes.

Euphemia: Then I must go and meet her.

Nina was sitting on the floor as she getting crazy because of them takinf away the person who save her life back at Lake Kawaguchi, Euphemia. A royal princess who stand up on JLF soldier that threatens her life and she save her. She will do anything to repay her to save her life. But when the people called GDI taking her away from her, she become mental unstable and wanted to save her just like she did to her. After she was being knock out by Spectre, she regain her sanity but she still missed her. She was sitting there until a door open to see Spectre as he said.

Spectre: Nina Einstein, someone is come to visit you.

The door open widely bring shocking to Nina as she look up to see Princess Euphemia is here in Ashford Academy. Her eyes wide open and her jaw-dropped to see a person who saving her life.

Nina: P-Princess Euphemia.

Euphemia bring up a smile at her and said.

Euphemia: Hello Nina, I hope you are okay here.

He look back at him and said.

Euphemia: Leave us.

He closed the door while Euphemia went to her as she sits down on the floor.

Euphemia: Now then, you wanna talk about it?

Tamaki and the rest of Black Knights are celebrating for victory. Not only them, the GDI and the allies has come to the bar to celebrate it as well. Tom and his friends has joined them to celebrate it.

Sugiyama: Yeah! And with that, we can finally go back to normal where it used to be.

Japanese civilian 1: No! We want independence back!

Japanese civilian 2: Yeah!

Britannian civilian 1: Just give them back!

Alicia: Have you show no respect to the people who have control this colony to preserve our economy! We have right to claim this land as our own.

Japanese civilian: You ain't belong you here, you bitch!

Everyone was suddenly hear the engine sound so they turn around to see V-35 Ox and it was revealed to be Princess Euphemia joining the crowd. This make people exciting as they make a clear path for her to walk through. She stopped at behind of protesters and look at Alicia standing there surprisingly to see her here. She said to her.

Euphemia: I'm Euphemia Li Britannia, former Third Princess of the Holy Britannnia Empire. I command you to stand down and have this country belong to the rightful people of Japan.

Alicia: Your highness...

She come down the stage and go to her as she said.

Alicia: Why are you working side with them? You know, these people have no right to claim this land. This belongs to Holy Britannian Empire.

Euphemia: No. This is wrong. The Britannia has commit crimes to the whole world and atrocities to the people who have living their nations before being taken over by my own country. Honestly, I don't like that idea of conquer it.

Alicia: These people are the most enemy to our empire. Don't you see what's going on here!

Euphemia: I do. But I cannot deny it. There should be response of negotiation to give back their homes, their lives, and everything they tried to live in.

Alicia: But, if that happened, we won't able to take sakuradite from industry and sent to the homeland. There would be economy crisis.

Euphemia: I don't care! The empire has already have enough sakuradite from every Areas, but it's not enough? I guess that the empire does not care about sakuradite for economy, it's about remove every one who threatens them. Euphemia: So you're going to shoot me. Is that what you're going to do?

Alicia: Your highness, your words are treachery to the Holy Britannian Empire. Your father will not be pleased for your action.

Euphemia: My action is to set free the people of suffer of discrimination. I will not stand for this. And I don't care about him, he doesn't care to me anyway.

Alicia: Then it makes you a traitor. A collaborator of our enemy. You're no better than Elevens.

Euphemia: I will not be stand by in the shadow and watch as people of this land being suffered.

Alicia: Ha! You and your big talk. You know what, as new viceroy of Area 11, I'm sentenced you to death for high treason against the empire!

She ready to pull a trigger as Euphemia won't make a move and show brave she was, never being afraid of dying. Suddenly, her arm was being grabbed by none other than Prince Schneizel himself. Alicia shocked to see him coming here and he said.

Schneizel: That's enough.

Alicia: P-Prince Schneizel!

Euphemia: Brother!

Schneizel: Sorry for not coming here, Euphemia. I'll handle this situation. As goes for you, you attemp to take a life of a princess. I don't like it.

Alica: B-But, your highness. I-

Schneizel: Save it. You're under arrest.

He disarm her weapon and britannian soldiers arrives here.

Schneizel: Earl, arrest her.

Kanon: As your command. You, arrest her!

Britannian soldier: Yes sir!

Britannian soldiers subdue Alicia and take her away to the dungeon. He look at her and said.

Schneizel: Are you alright?

Euphemia: Yeah. I'm alright.

GDI dropship came down as Zero, Kallen, Emily, and Henry goes through the crowd of protesters and see Euphemia is okay, and Schneizel and Kanon are here as well. Under the mask of Zero, Lelouch can't believe his half-brother is here in Japan. Henry goes to him and said.

Henry: I didn't know a prime minister of Holy Britannian Empire come here before the invasion, Prince Schneizel el Britannia.

Schneizel: A man with talented to fight to win through the battlefield. It is honor to meet you.

He look at Zero as he said.

Schneizel: And Zero, the world most wanted criminal in Are- I mean, Japan and responsible of killing Prince Clovis. I didn't know you're ally with him.

Zero: Only to achieve to free Japan from corrupt government.

Schneizel: I see... I didn't get your name by the way.

Henry: Henry Jefferson, a supreme commander of GDI.

Schneizel: Supreme commander, you say? How amazing for a man like you to be a leader of your organization. Based for what I see, it look like the military instead of terrorist organization.

Henry: I was a soldier. Doing my job to protect the innocent from harms way, especially the tyrannical nation.

At the stadium where everyone attending there to hear the speech. Both Japanese and Britannian watched the leaders having a speech, the camera crew broadcast to the entire world to know about them and Japan liberation.
Chinese Federation, EU, Holy Britannian Empire, and all other nations and areas are watching them.

Lelouch, Henry, Emily, Euphemia, Ohgi, Taizō, and Henry are at behind the stage for a discussion before starting a speech.

Taizō: Ohgi.

Ohgi: Yes sir?

Taizō: It's time to decide that you will be prime minister responsible of this country.

Ohgi: Right!

Emily: It is time for a world to stand up against Holy Britannian Empire so there will be peace forever.

They cheering at him more louder than ever.

Henry: First of all, I have to tell you that something you won't believe in your eyes.

The crowd are feeling confused of what he is saying.

Henry: I am not like all of you. I'm not born in the world where you live in. In truth, me and the rest of my men are from the another world resembles to yours except the sakuradite and Holy Britannian Empire don't exist.

A tiberium meteor crushed in 1995, Brotherhood of Nod emerge and become terrorist superpower, Global Defense Initiave was announced by United Nation, 1st and 2nd tiberium war they fought against each other while containing the tiberium spread, human exposed to tiberium becomes mutant then it formed into Forgotten, Scrin appears on Earth in 3rd tiberium war, and invade it but they are no match against GDI resistance, therefore, ending the 3rd tiberium war. Kane, leader of Brotherhood of Nod, propose an alliance with GDI when human is in the blink of extinction by tiberium spreading, Nod Separatist led by Gideon oppose the alliance and tried to cause chaos on both blue and yellow zones, GDI coup led by Col. Louise James goes against Evelyn Rios and Wesley Riggs in New Adana and it went failed to cease them, Gideon is defeated by Brotherhood of Nod, and Acsension Conflict ended as Kane and his rest of the Brotherhood of Nod disappeared when entering the Scrin tower. After the whole story, it became clear to all people of alternate world that Henry was telling a truth about the origin of his alternate world. He said to them.
