Two days later

The GDI have training the JLF soldiers to increase their strength and speed so they can upper hand against britannian infantry in close combat without a Knightmare. They upgraded their burais by replacing the sakuradite engine to the power battery which can keep the power on much longer without refill it. The GDI provides them a new weapon model for their weapon better than submachine guns they used in their world. They give them Type 20 submachine gun, Type 15 assault rifle, Type 6 semi-automatic rifle, and Type 32 light machine gun.

The JLF soldiers are amazed that the GDI create weapons based on Tiberium Japan and giving them for their new weapons. They also gave them tanks, APCs, navy vessels, and jets that based on JSDF on the Tiberium world. Henry has given them a new battleship called Yamato battleship which is from WW2 in the Tiberium world although Gen. Katase insists on renamed it to Akihito to honor his majesty name because he died during the invasion of Japan. Then, Gen. Katase and his high-ranking officers have decided to dissolve JLF to become a new name called the Japanese Defense Army or JDA, for short. With so much arsenal of JDA, they become a military power of Atler-Japan.

At Knightmare hangar bay, Dr. Harrel shows Tohdoh and the Four Holy Swords to show their brand new Knightmare frame as he explains.

Harrel: Lt. Col. Tohdoh, seeing you are the leader of the group, I presented you to your new Knightmare.

Tohdoh looks at it to see his new Knightmare made for Japan.

Harrel: Type-04 Zangetsu. A very skillful warrior like you to swing that Brake Sword around. It has assault gauntlet gun on the left arm and we added with power battery to keep its power up much longer. As for Four Holy Sword, besides that Type-04 Zangetsu, I like to present you to your own knightmares.

The Four Holy Sword members look at beside Type-04 Zangetsu to see new Knightmare models for them.

Harrel: Type-07S Hachiman. These knightmares are suited for four of you. It has a samurai sword the same and it's the same as your old burai custom except faster and stronger than old ones. We added Revolving Blade Sword, Left/Right Arm-mounted 2-barrel Hand Gun, Right Arm-mounted Bazooka, Right Arm-mounted Radiation Wave missiles, and 12-tube Missile Launcher. Pretty, isn't it?

Urabe: Wow! Now we're up to the next level!

Senba: Impressive. Based on Knightmare's design, it's clearly that it is Japanese Knightmare models.

Asahina: I wonder what GDI have more surprise next?

Chiba: Dr. Harrel Dockwegen, I'm thanking you for GDI creates the knightmares based on Japanese designs. But may I ask you a question.

Asahina: And how did you manage to become part of a military scientist then?

Harrel: I have learned how to modify knightmares very well when I was in the academy then they take interest in my performance so they offer me to join the scientist military. When I took a job, it makes me amazing how I entering the britannian military that could change the world then there is order directly by one of the members of the imperial britannian family themselves.

Urabe: And who is it?

Harrel: Hmm... I don't know really. They never reveal their names to us, but the officer just order us to do it, and so we did. We were moved to New Zealand and started to create a new Knightmare which is too soon because it may take next year to do it until the GDI cane and liberate the country. The only reason I'm here is that one of the GDI soldiers is Alter-Japanese named Goro Azuma. He gives me a chance to live by joining the GDI and I got here, it becomes so clear the GDI are from another world like earth except its a different world.

Asahina: And you are eager to see what GDI is capable of.

Harrel: Yeah. Now with Princess Euphemia is the GDI side, maybe she can change the country for good. If Emperor Charles was removed and she seizes the throne, it will be a new world so my loyal is to her highness and Commander Jefferson.

They were surprised by his words that he will help GDI to remove Emperor Charles from power and Euphemia becomes the new leader of Britannia. Then, Tohdoh said to them.

Tohdoh: Everyone, it's time to head to the briefing room. I have called for the next assignment.

Somewhere in the sea, The Black Knight has a submarine from Rakshata from the India scientist team.

Lelouch, disguised of Zero, announced to make each member follow the chain-of-command. After he makes each member know their role, he makes a plan to make the next mission for the Black Knights.

Zero: Now it's time for the next mission. From our new ally, the GDI called us about Shikine Island where there's britannian military base there. They want us to join them to capture it.

Tamaki: Hold it, Zero! Are you sure we can trust them?

Zero: They have the same common enemy as we do so we must do it.

Diethard: Zero, so what is our objective when we join forces with so-called GDI?

Zero: They are planning to destroy britannian forces and capture the base as their own. Furthermore, they likely to make a base for us.

The Black Knight members surprised how GDI has given them more resources than they can imagine. Ohgi asked him.

Ohgi: So, um, when do we meet them?

Zero: Hmm?

Ohgi: We don't know much about them so it's best to know why they are here for? What is its purpose?

The members agree to him as muttered shows about GDI intentions.

Zero: I see... Then I have to agree with you. We must meet this leader named Henry Jefferson. He's the only one who knows more than we do. Once we establish our base, we shall meet them in order for us to trust them.

Tamaki: Yeah!

Rakshata: I'm in. I want to know about their technology. They look advanced than Britannians.

Diethard: I like to have a documentary about the GDI story. It will boost up everything we know.

Zero: Then it's settled. Starting today, we are joining the GDI!

At the meeting room, Henry, Euphemia, Katase, and Suzaku who come back from Ashford Academy when he receives orders to start the mission. Euphemia asked him.

Euphemia: Are you sure Capt. Viktor and Jake won't attend this meeting?

Henry: Yes. They have other businesses so we can start the meeting about the Shikine island.

Suzaku: Shikine island!? But that's-

Henry: Yes. The britannian base which is our target. I want that base to be captured so we can make it a blockade for Britannia's not getting in Japan.

Katase: Tohdoh and Four Holy Swords will join your comrades to victory.

Euphemia: But what about to do with those who are surrender?

Henry: They will be taking to POW camp. That is all. The Lancelot will be joining in.

Suzaku was surprised that Henry picks him to join the battle in Shikine island.

Suzaku: You want me in, sir?

Henry: Do you object?

Suzaku: Well, I-- Your highness, what do you think?

Euphemia: To be honest, I don't think they'll follow my orders as sub-viceroy and they may consider me a traitor. So I have to allow it.

Suzaku: In that case, I'll accept it by her highness.

The Black Knights arrive at the east as they deploy knightmares to attack the enemy at the eastern front. Zero leads a squad of burais while Kallen, Ohgi, and Tamaki head on to attack the enemy front line.

Back to britannian base, 2 GDI orca battleships shoot down britannian transport planes on the airfield. The liberation knights and JDA burais are fighting against britannian Sutherlands on the ground. Tohdoh piloting Zangetsu slashes the enemy using his sword. Urabe, Senba, and Asahina were cutting down the enemy knightmares. Chiba cuts Sutherland in half and explodes into the pieces then she went to support Tohdoh. Suzaku came on the battlefield as he felt hesitation in fighting against the britannian he served. He wanted to change from within, not used by violence to destroy the system and cause a lot of casualties. But since Euphemia is with GDI, he has no questions against her and she is the only person who can understand to him, so he did what he had to do, capture the enemy base and eliminate the enemy forces. The Lancelot shoots a few slashes harkens at every Sutherland he encounters as they wiped out. The britannian tanks came to attack them but zone elites came faster and destroy them with their superior weapons.

At the eastern front, britannian forces were fall back as the Black Knights have cut through the lines, thanks to Zero strategy. They are no match against them. What worse is the GDI forces arrive from the west and they are in the corner. They have no choice but to surrender to both sides.

While it's almost complete, both GDI and JDA forces infiltrated the base as they shoot down several britannian soldiers in the corridors. They were led by LT. Smith reached the command center to see LT.Col. Fayer and the personnel are outnumbered. They pointing the guns at them as Fayer shouted.

Fayer: How dare you coming to this place! You are a threat to the Holy Britannian Empire!

Tom: Save your breath, britans.

He smacks him to the face using the butt of his assault rifle. He looks at them and said.

Tom: If you want to say something, then say it.

They didn't say anything against him so they just surrendered. They taking them as prisoners and sent them to the POW camp.

After the battle is over, the GDI offensive crawler came and claim the enemy base as their own. As for Black Knights, they take the east side of the island and establish the base with the help of GDI.

Mission Accomplished

Somewhere in Euro-Britannia territory, the Sutherlands are on duty guarding their ultra-long ranged cannons to be used against EU forces. Then suddenly, they were under attack came out of nowhere. Heretic forces such as zealots, stealth tanks, tick tanks, spider tanks, and attack bikes came out the invisibility and start attacking the euro Britannia's. They aren't prepared for they were taking surprise attacks by unknown enemies. The euro britannian commander tries to contact the headquarter for enemy presence but for some reason, the communication is cut off. Then, a commander turns around to see The Faceless standing there, gripping his spear. Four Sutherlands came to him as the commander said.

Euro-Britannian commander: Take him down!

All Sutherland pilots: Yes, sir!

They rushed towards him to attack, but they are immediately wipe out as The Faceless quickly destroys them in swift attack skills. The commander raises his gun at him then The Faceless throws the spear at the chest, killing a commander in the cockpit, and he fell on the ground dead. The Faceless pulled his spear out from the dead commander look around to see all enemies are eliminated. The Heretic defense crawler came and claim the territory for their own, then they constructed their defense structures around the area. Commander Wraith gets out the cockpit and sees that he captured the ultra-long ranged cannons and they belong to him. The radio contact to HQ as he said.

Commander Wraith: This is Commander Wraith, we captured the ultra-long-range cannons. They belong to the Heretic of Nod now.

At the rooftop of viceroy palace, a britannian shuttle came down and the door opens to see a person wearing royal imperial clothes as he walks down the stairs. A man named Prince Schneizel el Britannia, the second prince of the imperial britannian family and a prime minister. He also a commander who took over half of the EU territory.

He walks towards Viceroy Calares and Sub-Viceory Alicia as he is eager to meet the second prince of imperial britannian family member and the only one who has succeeded took over half of the EU territory. He said to him in a generous way.

Calares: Prince Schneizel, it is an honor to meet you here.

Schneizel: Indeed I am, Viceroy Calares. And you too, Sub-Viceroy Lohmeyer.

Alicia: I'm honor to you as well.

She said as she bows down to him.

Schneizel: Now, I see you have some trouble in Area 11 when I heard my two sisters were captured by some terrorist group.

Calares: Yes. The terrorist group which is different from the Black Knights has occupied Narita and we tried to retake back but they were wiped out.

Schneizel: Wipeout, you say? I guess you're lucky I'm here for. Why not go inside so we can have a business.

The Black Knights arrive in GDI territory on the right side of Australia. They departed at the navy yard and they see amazing of how GDI has such incredible defense systems and very well-protected. Tamaki jaw dropped to see GDI paladin fly through above him.

Tamaki: Wow! Can't you believe guys! The GDI has cool aircraft!

Ohgi: It seems they are working hard to build this place.

Rakshata: Oh my, whoever owns this place seems to be like a military base.

Diethard was feeling enthusiastic to know about GDI faction. Kallen went to Zero as she said to him.

Kallen: Zero, are you sure we're leaving our knightmares here?

Zero: If they want us to be trusted, then we must.

Zero looks around to see a lot of structures around the area and the GDI soldiers are doing their patrol around the place.

Lelouch (thoughts): So... This is where GDI was hiding. My guess is they are in Australia. Do the government know their presence?

His thoughts are interrupted when orca transport came down near them. The door opens to see Goro Azuma and LT. Smith went out of the transport and he said to the Black Knights.

Tom: I am LT. Tom Smith and this is Sgt., Goro Azuma. We'll allow six people to take to our leader.

Zero: I'll take Kallen, Ohgi, Tamaki, Diethard, and Rakshata with me. Where will the Black Knights stay?

Tom: They will remain your sub. Now, I'll take you to him.

He leads Zero and the Black Knight members entering the orca transport and flies to the central building where Henry Jefferson is waiting for them.

Henry, Euphemia, and Tohdoh are in the room waiting for them to arrive.

Euphemia: Uhh... So what would we go to say about your origin, Mr. Jefferson?

He nodded. EVA just said to him on the computer screen.

EVA: Sir, The Black Knights have arrived.

Henry: Good. Bring them here.

The door opens to see Zero and the Black Knight members are here. Henry stands up and said to them.

Henry: Hello, Black Knights. I am Henry Jefferson, a supreme commander, and leader of the GDI.

Zero: Then you know who I am.

Henry: Yes. But not to them.

Zero: Allow me to introduce them, This is Kallen Kōzuki, my captain of the Zero Squad. Kaname Ohgi, my deputy commander. Shinichirō Tamaki, leader of the Second Special Squadron.

Tamaki: Sup!

Zero: Diethard Reid, Secretary of Media and Intelligence in The Black Knights. And finally, Rakshata Chawla, Head of the Black Knights' Research and Development Team.

Henry: Dr. Rakshata Chawla, an Indian engineer who is working on Guren MKII and part of India district military. Am I correct?

Rakshata: My, my, you do know the research about me.

Just then, Diethard turns his head around recognizing Princess Euphemia and he is shocked to see her.

Diethard: Y-Your highness!

He quickly bows down to her. Zero and the others turn their head around shocking and surprised to see a member of the imperial britannian family here.

Lelouch (thoughts): Euphemia!? Why is she's here? And why she is with them?

Kallen: Hey! You're a britannian puppet princess, aren't you?

Euphemia: Um, yes.

Tohdoh: Kallen, that's enough. She has joined the GDI.

Ohgi, Tamaki, Rakshata, & Diethard: What?!

Diethard: Actually, I am. I'm familiar with the news that she was being assassinated by an unknown terrorist. Nobody knows what's happening on that day and they still no lead whatsoever.

Ohgi: Hmm... Now you mention it, there's a survivor within the assassination. But I can't get my head on it to know who it is?

Euphemia: It's Nunnally.

Everyone is looking at her.

Euphemia: Nunnally vi Britannia was part of that scene when her mother was killed. She lost her eyesight and her legs are crippled which she is no longer to walk. I've heard Lelouch is arguing with his father, Emperor Charles, who blames him for not knowing the danger of Marianne. In response, he takes both of them to exile in Japan as a political bargaining tool.

The Black Knights are shocked by what Emperor Charles just did to those children.

Kallen: How cold, heartless monster, he was.

Tamaki: Man, and we thought britannian is worse. But that guy, he's so much worse.

Tohdoh: That's not all. Lelouch and Nunnally met Suzaku Kururugi, the son of the prime minister Genbu Kururugi.

Tamaki: Hold on. You mean that honorary britannian that sold himself the ones have taken our homes.

Euphemia: No, he didn't! He only wanted to change it from within the Britannia Empire.

Tohdoh: Anyway, Lelouch, Nunnally, and Suzaku become friends since before Japan is being invaded by the Holy Britannian Empire. Rakshata: What are you saying?

They look at him spoking his words.

Zero: He believes that they were alive from the invasion somehow and went into hiding.

Ohgi: How do you know that?

Zero didn't say the word to them.

Henry: I'm feeling like I can help you all to understand why he hides his mask.

Kallen: Hold on! You're saying you knew his identity?

Diethard: It takes so hard to understand the truth but how can you be sure they are still alive? If they did, then where did they go hiding and why they refuse to show themselves to the public?

Euphemia: Henry thinks that Lelouch and Nunnally don't wanna return to their country after what Emperor Charles did to them.

Tamaki: So I'm guessing is they can go out under the fake identity?

Henry: Yes, you are correct.

Tamaki: Oh right! Someone knows I'm right.

He said as raising his fist to the air.

Ohgi: Wait just a moment, why are you telling us about this?

Henry: Because I want to know if you can trust Zero.

Ohgi: What?

Tamaki: You're saying that Zero is-

Kallen: It's not true! Zero is not a britannian prince! Sure, he's not Japanese like us, but he makes a miracle for us to keep on fighting against britannian. You can't assume he's Zero.

She protested that Zero is not Lelouch vi Britannia. Just then, Zero said to her.

Zero: Stop, Q-1.

Kallen: Huh?

Zero: I admit it that some of the Black Knights feel... untrusting about me because I'm keeping secrets from them.

Tamaki: Well, I did want to know what's your face under that mask, Zero. I mean, you do have secrets from us.

Ohgi: For once, I agree with Tamaki. My members don't know they can trust you if you keep secret from them, including us.

Zero: Perhaps it's time to show you my face. But once my face revealed, you will have to choose to follow me or not. This will make affect your judgment.

He put his hand onto his mask and remove it to reveal his face to everyone in the room.

Lelouch: Black Knight, allow to introduce myself. I am Lelouch vi Britannia, former prince of the Holy Britannia Empire.
