Admiral Alexei have finished building each bases in Tuva, Aitai, and Buryatia. They liberate each regions and defeated britannians. The Alter-Russians praised them for liberating their regions from Euro-Britannian. Each time Alexei sent his forces to destroy euro-britannian bases, they liberate Zabaykalsk, Amur, Khabarovsk, Jewish AO, Primosky, and Sakhalin. The Alter-Russians are started to recruit into GDI to fight for freedom against britannia occupiers. Euro-Britannian didn't know what's going on because GDI have cut off the communication and the runners were eliminated by GDI forces.

On kodiak MKII, Alexei look at the window as his army grew larger and larger because of him liberate the regions making Alter-Russian to join his cause. He blow out the smoke from his mouth after taking a cigarette. His officer came behind him.

GDI officer: Sir, the Alter-Russian recruits have grow larger numbers.

Alexei: Good, good, my comrade. The Alter-Russia will be free from cursed Euro-Britannian. To think they own this land, but it belongs to the motherland. It reminds me of communist revolution removing the leader and stop going to war against German Empire. But now, this is different. We shall remove a tyrannical regime that has suffered the people of Russia. Comrade, has the defenses already set up around the base?

GDI officer: Yes sir.

Alexei: Then make sure those britannian pricks will learn that the bear has awoken and she's unleashed her fury upon them.

GDI officer: Yes sir.

Henry continues working on the papers about the agent reports. Then, Euphemia enters the room to approach him. She asked him.

Euphemia: Excuse me, Mr. Jefferson. I have been thinking when I was brought here and join your side.

Henry: And what is seem to be problem, your highness?

Euphemia: I'm just thinking that Suzaku Kururugi should be released.

Henry: Release Suzaku Kururugi? I don't know about that, your highness. He serve the britannian and betrayed his own country.

Euphemia: He only did that to change britannian from within the system. I know his people calling him a traitor and you may call him a selfish and idealistic person. But I swear that he is a good person doing what is right to protect people from being killed. So please, give him a chance.

Henry put a finger on his chin to think about releasing Suzaku so he will be his side. After a minute of thinking his decision, he said to her.

Henry: Very well. I'll have him released. Anyone else you want to add?

Euphemia: Yes. Dr. Lloyd and Cecile. They both deserve to be work with me and you.

Henry: I can arrange that. Anything else?

Euphemia: Um... I like to release my sister, Cornelia, and her knight Guilford. I know you don't want her because what you did saw her actions. But I've know her since my childhood. She always cares for me, Nunnally, and even Lelouch. The reason she despise the Japanese is because both my siblings were killed during invasion. She never forgive them for what happened today.

Henry: Hmm... I'll think about that. For now, Releasing these three people will be alright.

Euphemia: Thank you, supreme commander.

Henry: No problem. Speaking of which, I want to show you something.

He turns a holographic screen and show a Zero true identity that was part of the meeting with Kyoto group in MT. Fuji. Euphemia is shocked of who he was.

Henry: Do you recognize this person before, your highness?

After the battle of Weisswolf headquarter and the death of both Shin Hyuga and Jean Rowe, they rebuild the headquarter and built new defense system for upcoming battle against Euro-Britannian. It was also after Gen. Gene Smilas was killed by Ashley, and blows up EU leviathan. The EU was cripple as half of europe regions were taken by Britannian at the west under the commnad by Prince Schnitzel. The war is not over for EU and Euro-Britannia as the fighting rages on. But what didn't they know is something is coming to create another war as a new party came along.

At outside of Weisswolf headquarter, four EU soldiers are patrolling around the area to see any enemy that have infiltrated the place. Then suddenly, four of them were shot down as Heretic shadow team and 2 Heretic stormtrooper squads are headed to the EU headquarter. The shadow team stopped and look at stormtrooper squads.

Heretic shadow: We must be remain silent for we are entering the enemy headquarter. Our brothers are at the other sidr just to rid of those vermins.

Heretic stormtrooper: Roger that. Our guns are ready and kill non-believers.

He nodded that word. Heretic shadow team and elite squads shoots grappling hooks and walk on the walls to get on the top. They took out EU soldiers and proceed their mission.

At the other side of EU headquarter, a large group of Heretic troops infiltrated the enemy headquarter and they're planning to take over the headquarter and kill everyone before they will contact EU to alarm their presence. Unfortunately for EU, Heretic of Nod cut off the communication in long range so the EU military and government won't know Weisswolf headquarter is under attack. They spotted the EU soldiers as they saw them here before they were shot down. Heretic squad leader leads his troops to finish their mission. Three corridors at each sides as Heretic forces split into three groups to eliminate every EU personnel in this place.

At outside, 4 burrow tunnels spawned from the ground as more Heretic forces comes out and ready to attack on the left side. At the right side, four more burrow tunnels spawned as more Heretic troops came out and ready for attack.

At the meeting room, everyone known as WZERO are having an important discussion about the unknown presence at the southern of Russia. They were discussed by a man named Claus Warwick.

He explains to others about unidentified group that has liberate every region of Russia from Euro-Britannian.

Claus: Now, for what we know from observation ballon, they have liberate every region of Russia without Euro-Britannian knowing their presence. It seems to be like they have good way to cut-off the communication to avoid being detected from them.

Sayama: And what does it to do with us?

Claus: Well, Commander?

A girl named Leila Mascal who is a leader of this group and show care about them because she see them like a family. She said to them.

Leila: I believe that whoever they are, they seem to have a same common enemy as we do. If we contact them, maybe we can have an ally and fight back against Euro-Britannian.

???: *Scoff* Is that you think?

A orange-haired britannian boy named Ashley Ashra who was once part of Asura Strike Force and an enemy of WZERO.

When he was on the airship and defeated by a Japanese named Akito, he is going to avenge one of his members because Akito killed him during that mission. He was going to kill Akito when his bullets is run out and call it peace, but that's when Shin sacrifice him by planting the bombs and destroys it. It was lucky for him and the others to survive then he joins WZERO and become friends. He said to her.

Ashley: What happens if they decide to attack us? You should know we don't know about their motives. The Russians joins them because they liberate their regions and now, we don't know if we can trust them.

???: But if we show them we are not their enemy.

A blue-haired Japanese named Akito Hyuga who is loyal to Leila and do anything to protect her and his team.

Akito: I trust Commander Mascal. If we able to talk to them, then maybe we can work together to defeat them.

Yukiya: Is that so?

Akito: Yes.

Leila smiled that he always support her idea. She wishes to tell him about her feelings, but it wasn't a right time for a moment.

Claus: Okay then, so we will meet unidentified group to make an alliance and we will defeat Euro-Britannian in no time.

Leila: As for now, we won't contact EU military headquarter until we meet new group somewhere in the region. We will leave within two hours. We take some rest before we can start a diplomatic mission.

Before they accept this mission, an EU soldier came through the door with sweating brows and he feels exhausted of running in every corridor. An officer named Oscar Hammel said to a soldier.

Hammel: Soldier, what is it you come here for? We are having a meeting here.

EU soldier: But sir, we're under attack!

Sarah: What?!

Ayano: Is it Euro-Britannian again?

EU soldier: No. An unknown group wearing dark uniform have infiltrated this place. They killed more of the soldiers.

Claus: What? That is impossible.

Claus turns on the camera footage to see Heretic stormtroopers killed more than EU soldiers in the corridor. Another footage is Heretic soldiers are also killed few EU soldiers in the corridor.

Joe Wise: Who are those guys?

Kate Novak: I don't know. But seeing them fighting those EU soldiers I say they are trained soldiers. But they're not from Euro-Britannian.

Anna: Perhaps they are terrorist group.

Sayama: Alright, enough about that. We have to get out of here while we still can.

Ashley: Why? We're just gonna run away like cowards. Hell no! I want to beat those assholes.

The computer was turned red as the screen shows the map of Weisswolf headquarter being surrounded by large forces of Heretic of Nod. Nobody knows how they able to get into EU territory but it won't be long before they get here.

Leila: Everyone! We need to get out of here right now!

Anna: But wait, we're gonna abandoned this place?

Akito: I'm afraid so.

Hammel: Those guys just popping out of nowhere and we're not prepared to defend this place. We also can't activate the defense system if the command center is in higher level. The only option is getting the hell out of here.

Sophie Randle: But I cannot leave my husband behind! He's still in the coma.

Leila: LT.Col. Claus and Major Hammel, go and help her.

Hammel: Yes, ma'am.

Leila: Everyone else, follow me to the knightmare hangar bay.

Everyone went out of the room to reach to the knightmare hangar bay while Claus and Hammel helped Sophie to get her husband out to safety.

Heretic shadow team kills few of EU soldiers in the corridor as they entered the command center. They taking control of the center to use for surveillance. One of them saw Leila and the others trying to escaped the headquarter. They radio contact to everyone in the place.

Heretic shadow: All forces available in enemy headquarter, we have take control of command center but the EU vermins are trying to escape. Stop them!

Leila and the others are running through each corridors to escape when they saw three Heretic stormtroopers finish off injured EU soldiers and they saw them coming.

Heretic stormtrooper: Die, non-believers!

Akito charges in as he drew out his katana blade and kills them before they have a chance to open fire. They keep going through the corridors until they reach to the elevator. They got into knightmare hangar bay as they see four Alexender knightmares stationed there. Then, the elevator opens to see Claus, Sophie, and Hammel brought her husband on their arms.

Leila: Get into the Emergency Escape Crate! Now!

(Note: Emergency Escape Crate is a same size as cargo crate and it is like escape pod. It was used for knightmare to carry EEC to take people to safety.)

Everyone went into the EEC and take seats to be hold on for the knightmare to carry them to safety. Akito, Sayama, Narusa, Kosaka, Ashley, and Leila heading to their Alexenders when they were stopped to see Heretic reckoner drills up and Heretic reapers are deployed.

Ayano: What are those things?!

Heretic reapers fires laser cannons at Alexenders to destroy it.

Ashley: Those guys are going to destroy the Alexenders!

Sayama and Ashely fires their gun at Heretic reapers as they headed to their cockpits. They turning on their Alexanders and Ayano grabbed EEC and they head out of the room. They bursts through the gate and they see more Heretic forces blocking their way.

Leila: Protect Ayano and the EEC!

Ashley: I'll cut this path for you guys!

Ashley slashes through enemy forces in such brutal attacks. Akito and the others follow him as he clearing out of the path. Heretic centurions fire the cannons at Alexanders. Sayama went in to charge attack.

Sayama: Out of my way, you stupid toys!

He destroys Heretic centurions in the path using Anti Knightmare Combat Variable Axe and they continue to escape. Heretic rocket soldiers from the rooftop fires rockets at Alexanders but they missed their targets and Akito kills them with linear assault rifle. They made it out of the headquarter and they turned around to see large Heretic forces have taking over Weisswolf headquarter.

Ayano: No... Our home...

Ashley is growling as he and the others didn't expected on surprise attack.

Akito: We have to keep moving. It won't be long before they'll find us.

Ashley: And where do we go?

Leila: To the unknown group. If we get to them, then maybe they will help us.

Sayama: You're kidding? We don't know if they're friendly or not.

Ashley: I agree with him. If they're like Euro-Britannian or those assholes, they won't hesitate to shoot us.

Akito: But we have to try it. The headquarter is taken and there's no way to communicate the EU military headquarter.

Leila: So the best of our survival is heading to that location.

Sayama: *Sigh* Fine. But don't say if I told you so.

They goes through the big forest to get into cover from enemy aircrafts. As they were about to escape, an unknown knightmare appears in front of them.

Leila and the others stopped to see a knightmare is blocking their way and it is armed with long spear gripping on a hand.

Ashley: Grrr! Get out of our way!

He raise a spear and pointing it at Akito's Alexander. They looked at him as where an unknown knightmare pointing at him.

Akito: He wants me... to fight.

Naruse: No! We can fight him together. It's one against four of us!

Akito: No. Commander, you and the others must go. I'll handle him myself.

Leila: No! We can still-

Akito: Leila...

She surprised to hear him calling by her name instead of a commander. In hesitation, she give him a nod as she said.

Leila: Alright then. But please, come back to us alive.

Akito: I will.

Leila and the others go up ahead, leaving two knightmares on the standoff. Akito ready his katana as well as a knightmare called The Faceless ready his spear to attack. Both knightmares clashes together as they block each other weapons. They having sword-and-spear fight in every moves. Akito is shooting a linear assault rifle and The Faceless  dodging the bullets. The Faceless shoots large size revolver and fires at Akito's Alexander Liberte shoulder breaking off the armor. Akito launch attack as he raise katana and slash at him. But The Faceless took reaction and blocks his attack. The Faceless quick swing kick at Alexander Liberte leg causing to Akito fall off to the ground. Akito tries to get up but The Faceless cuts off one arm at the left side and place a foot on top of him. Akito look up as The Faceless staring at him before he ready to end his life. Then suddenly, a blast coming from the right side direct hit at the face and falls into the ground. Akito turned around to see who it was, and it was Leila piloting Alexander Type-2 just saving his life. She put her weapon at the back and ran towards him.

Leila: Akito!

Akito: Leila?

She get him up seeing that he took some major damage from unknown enemy knightmare. They look at The Faceless being hit and he isn't stand up and fight, they have a chance to escape.

Leila: Akito, we have to go.

Akito didn't protest her after he told her to go ahead with the others. So Akito and Leila leaves the scene as they went disappear into the forest. After they escape through the forest, The Faceless stands up and see them gone. The cockpit opens to reveal a Heretic of Nod commander goes by the name Commander Wrath. Like The Faceless, his face was too being covered by his mask showing no emotion or expression to anyone can see him. But behind his face, he saw how they are capable of surviving the battle and rescue those who are care like a family. All he did was clapping his hands and said.

Wrath: Well played...

Then, someone contact him on the comms.

Heretic officer (on comms): Sir, we take over enemy headquarter and we have captured few of the prisoners. What are your orders?

Wrath: Kill them. They have no value for us.

Heretic officer (on comms): Yes sir.

Commander Wrath went back in his knightmare and headed to WZERO headquarter, which is now part of Heretic of Nod.

Suzaku, Lloyd, and Cecile were brought into Henry office room and he shows them about their orgins and how they ended up in Alter-Earth. After watching the video, three of them are shocked and surprised of how they are different world where Britannian and Sakuradite doesn't exist. Princess Euphemia and Tohdoh was there to meet them for they were going to switch side to the GDI. Llyod have to said to him.

Llyod: I am truly interesting of your technology different than ours. If you don't mind asking this question, but why are we here for?

Henry: I have being requested from Princess Euphemia that you three will be released only for conditions.

Suzaku: Conditions? What's that?

Tohdoh: You will be helping us to free Japan from Britannian and defeat them once and for all.

Suzaku: And you believe that?

Tohdoh: You join britannian military is because you want to change it from within. But it won't happen as long as Emperor Charles still control Holy Britannian Empire, there wonybe changes.

Suzaku: But it has to be another way to avoid more blood spilled on innocent people.

Tohdoh: To britannians, they don't care about numbers as lesser beings. They just kill them indiscriminately like they didn't matter of them.

Suzaku: But I do!

Henry: And this why you are so idealistic, Mr. Kururugi. No matter how your tried to change from within the system, The Britannian Empire will never be changed when that emperor still in charge. Which is why I give you an offer.

Suzaku: An offer?

Henry: You will be at Euphemia side because I know you care for her. You knew that she is the only person that could change Britannia forever.

Llyod: And that is why you capture her so she will be your side?

Henry: Yes. She will be under the protection of GDI as I promise. If you help us to liberate Japan and eliminate Emperor Charles zi Britannia, Princess Euphemia will be on the throne and change the government system to abolish the policy that is discriminate to the people as numbers. Think about it, your people have suffered long enough and they need to be free.

Tohdoh: You have two choices: You will help us take back Japan and protect your highness with your life or go against us and we will stop you. The choice is yours, Suzaku Kururugi. The path needs your choice.

Suzaku look down to think of his decision. He wishes to change Britannia from within the system. But what Henry said is true, it is impossible to change as long as Emperor Charles remain control. Also, he wanted to protect Euphemia after what she did for him so he said to him as he finish his decision.

Suzaku: Very well. I will join you only to protect Princess Euphemia from harms way.

Euphemia received him a smile on her face that he has joined GDI and friend beside her side.

Henry: How about you two? Will you join us?

Cecile: I don't know. If we join you, they will see us as traitors and we'll be executed.

Llyod: Well, I'd rather to join GDI to learn more about technology they used in tiberium war.

Cecile: But Llyod, are you sure about this?

Llyod: Of course, I am. As long as they giving me more details about their technology, then I'm gladly to help Suzaku to do a mission against Britannia. Even it means going to against my own country.

Cecile tries to reasoning him but she give up and let out a sigh.

Cecile: Well, in that case, I will join you only to protect Llyod and Suzaku.

Henry: I'm glad we have more people like you to help us today. You three will receive your dorms. My men will escort you there. Tomorrow, you will return to Ashford Academy to see any suspicious within. Is there anything else you want to add?

Suzaku: No, sir.

Henry: Then you are dismissed.

Suzaku and the others leaves the room and being escorted to their dorms. Once they are left, Euphemia just said to him.

Euphemia: Mr. Jefferson, when will you tell him about Zero identity?

Henry: Soon, your highness. I assume that you already know his identity when I show you, Tohdoh.

Tohdoh: Yes. Seeing both Lelouch and Nunnally are still alive since the invasion and remain hidden in Ashford Academy. I also learn that Lelouch is a leader of the Black Knights. He seem to be have good of making plans for attack.

Henry: Yes, but his methods seem different than ours. I may not trust the Black Knights, but the GDI need allies more than ever.

Euphemia: And your agents are in the academy.

Henry: They will be overwatch to see any suspicious that comes to harm Lelouch or Nunnally in the academy. Tohdoh, how's the knightmare that we gave you?

Tohdoh: Better than burai custom received from Kyoto group. Your people seem to know to create knightmares so fast.

Euphemia: I hope they are okay. I just want to see them again.

Henry: And you will see them soon, your highness. I promise you, Lelouch and Nunnally will be alright under our protection.

Nighttime

At the warehouse in Port Yokosuka, Zero and the Black Knights are doing their working on burais for they will be next mission soon since Calares took over as new viceroy. Ever since GDI captured Princess Cornelia and Euphemia, Area 11 becomes increasing security to defeat The Black Knights and other terrorist group. A new member named Diethard Ried who is a britannian becoming a member of the Black Knights that require his skills for knowing the information. Kallen have finished checking on her Guren MKII to be prepare if Zero were given a next mission. She takes a rest and think about new group from Narita and Kyoto group called the GDI. She don't know who they are, but she will learn soon. Zero goes up on the platform to announce everyone.

Zero: Black Knights! May I have your attention.

Everyone goes to listen Zero as he said.

Zero: Now, you already aware of two replacement of viceroy and sub-viceroy since Princess Cornelia and Euphemia were captured by this group called GDI.

Tamaki: Yeah. Those guys have a lot of stuff to use against Britannians. They have like military stuff.

The Black Knight members agreed to him.

Sugiyama: They have more equipment and well-trained than we do.

Yoshitaka: I also heard that new viceroy have sent troops to attack GDI in Narita and they went fail. They have like defense systems around the area. Nobody have beat them ever since they occupy the city.

Yoshida: I wonder how they get those hands of that kind of equipment.

Diethard: That would be impossible of where they have one of those.

Tamaki: Talking from the Brits. I don't know why you join us despite turning against your own country.

Diethard: I have reason to be here but I'm not telling you.

Tamaki: Why you little...

Zero: Enough!

Tamaki stopped as he hear him shouting. Thy continue listening to him.

Zero: As much as I wanted to more about them, their equipment are different than britannians or us. I'm thinking they were once part of the Britannia military when they decide to turn against them. Or it something else on their mind.

Ohgi: Do you know where they come from? And who is their leader?

Zero: The leader name of GDI was Henry Jefferson. He claims that he is a supreme commander who leads his group and have a goal to free Japan.

Diethard: Wait? You're serious?

Zero: I'm certainly am, Diethard. Although he feel cautious and remain vigilant on me and the Black Knights. But nevertheless, we are the knight of justice. We swore to fight against those who are corrupted and desire to destroy people lives. This GDI is our ally, however, they will remain cautious on us so be prepare if things goes wrong.

Ohgi: Hold on! Are you suggesting to fight them if they turn hostile on us?

Zero: If they prepare to kill us, them answer is yes. Now anyway, I would like to meet new member of the Black Knights.

An indian woman wearing lab coat comes up on the platform to show them to her appearance.

Zero: Everyone, meet Rakshata Chawla. A scientist from India have supported to Kyoto group have come here to help us to achieve our goal. She will make new knightmare models to able to fight against the britannian.

Rakshata: I hope we can get along soon. It was pleasure to meet you, Zero.

Zero: The pleasure is all mine, Dr. Rakshata. She will be head of research and development of the Black Knights as her team will assist us.

Sugiyama: I can't believe she and her team able to get here.

Yoshida: If the britannian finds out an Indian working with us, it will be trouble.

Rakshata: No need to worry, boys. As long as we remain hidden, we will be fine.

Zero: Diethard, are there any activity from new viceroy.

Diethard: No. Well, Viceroy Calares was pissed when he heard the troops were failed to attack GDI group in Narita. The defenses seem impenetrable for britannian soldiers can't through.

Zero: Alright then. Remember, we are Black Knights and we are always to be remembered as we will defeat Britannia. With our strength and minds, we will accomplish everything we have achieved. You may go back to work.

After Zero step out the platform, everyone went back to work. Ohgi went to Kallen for conversation.

Ohgi: Hey, Kallen.

Kallen: Hmm?

Ohgi: I'm jus thinking about new group.

Kallen: Yes? What about it?

Ohgi: Well, when we fought in Narita, I did notice they have so much arsenal that can take down britannian in few seconds. I don't know about you but I have feeling that we will meet GDI soon. I can feel it.

Kallen: Well, they did save Gen. Katase at Narita and the JLF are now supporting them. I did get someone's name when I was fighting britannians.

Ohgi: Oh really? Who?

Kallen: I think his name is Russell although it's kinda strange.

Ohgi: What strange?

Kallen: I don't remember britannian have a surname Russell. It's not part of the surname according to my book.

Ohgi: I guess we have to find out soon enough.

Somewhere in Port Yokosuka, Villetta just arrive after she receive anonymous message that wanted to meet her at Port Yokosuka. She look around to find no one is here for her. She feeling like it was a trap setting up by Black Knights. She brought her sidearm just in case if it's a trap. She keep wandering around to find someone who receives her message but it was nowhere to be found.

Villetta: This is some kind of a joke. Wasting of my time coming here for find no one.

???: Oh, there is something one.

She immediately turn around and pointing her gun at Heretic female commando, Lady Death, who is smiling to see her. Villetta demands to ask her.

Villetta: Who are you! And you're the one receiving me a message?

Lady Death: Yes, I am. I see that you reporting to your superior about the battle of Narita, correct?

Villetta lowered down her pistol but remain cautious about her.

Villetta: How do you know?

Lady Death: We always know everything. We know you're eager to fight against Black Knights, but instead of fighting them, you ended up fighting against unknown group which is our enemy by the way.

Villetta: The terrorist group that fought in Narita? They are your enemy?

Lady Death: Yes. However, we don't want anyone except us to kill them. You, on other hand, have our problem.

Villetta: Your problem? What is the hell suppose to mean?

Lady Death: It means that sooner or later, you will discover our group and report it so your empire will go against us. My grand master have giving me orders to get rid of those who works in agency to know our existence, especially to everyone like you.

Villetta quickly raise her gun and going to shoot her. Unfortunately, Lady Death shoot her first using laser pistol so quickly. Villetta just fell into the ground and her blood was spilled all over it. She barely open her eyes as Lady Death go approached her with her evil grinned on her face.

Lady Death: Time to get rid of you, britannian.

She kicks her into the face and it went black.
