"Never underestimate your enemy. Even if you think they are weaker then you, you have to always stay one step ahead of them." Kreese said as he walked through the students. "That's the only way to guarantee a victory, is that understood?" He stopped walking, the students forming a circle around the mat. "Yes Sensei!" They all said together in a powerful voice.  "Good, now let's see if you truly understand the lesson." Kreese said as walked towards the middle of the mat. In the mat was a upwards log as tall as Kreese with a Bonsai tree sitting on top of it. "I want you to kick the tree off the top. Red, let's start with you." He looked over at a red haired boy.

The boy moved forward a went to kick it, the sound of fabric ripping was heard and he fell. "Pathetic. Rickingberge, show him how it's done." Kreese said. The other boy nods and did a impressive spinning kick but he didn't do it as he hit the ground hard, groaning in pain. He let out a small whimper as he got up. "Oh stop snivaling." Kreese said. Eli stepped forward. "I can dj it Sensei."
"Well then, what are you waiting for?" Kreese asked him. Eli stepped up to the log. "Don't you want a running start?" Kreese asked him. "Don't need one." Eli looked over at his Sensei. He kicked the log, knocking it over and the pot that the tree was in hit the ground. Kreese chuckled softly, "Not bad. Not bad at all." He said as Eli got back in line. "But he cheated." Rickingberge said. "No, unlike you he did exactly like I asked. If your mind is agile, so are you. That's the best way to beat your enemy." Kreese walked the circle. "Not just with brute strength. If you fight smart, then you'll always come out on top."

Miguel heard his phone beep. He saw the video of Eli knocking over the log. He rolled his eyes as he flopped back into the bed. "Everything looks good." The nurse that was by him said in a kind voice. She turned to him and frowned. "What's wrong? Can I turn on the tv for you or get you another pillow?" She asked him. He lifted his head up and opened his eyes. "What if my surgery didn't work, what if I can never walk again?" He asked in a gloomy voice. "You can't think like that. I know what will make you better though, a big slice of chocolate cake. How's that sound?" She smiled at him. "Sure." He said in the same tone. "I'll be right back." She smiled happily.

"I know. I'm sorry, Bobby, I screwed up. Tell Robby I'll make things right." Johnny was on the phone. "Okay fine I'll tell him myself. I have to go, bye." Hevhung up the hospital phone when he saw the nurse.  "Hey, excuse me. How'd the surgery for Miguel Diaz go? Is he doing okay?" He asked catching her attention. She looked over at him. "He's awake. A little out of it, but healing." She informed him kindly. "Good. So he can walk again?"
"That's not how it works. Only time will tell how successful the surgery was. I can take you in there if you like. I'm sure he'd love to see you." Johnny looked to the side for a moment, he wanted to go see him. "No..he needs to be with his family." With that he left the hospital

Daniel rode the escalater down at the airport, the woman of the pa system speaking in Japanese before English. "Hello and welcome to Okinawa International Airport." Daniel smiled hearing that. He waked out of the building and hailed a taxi. "Konnichiwa." He greeted the man. "Konnichiwa." The driver replied, dipping his head in greeting. "Tomi Village." Daniel told him as the destinatio. The man nodded and started driving.

"When was last time you saw Tomi Village?" He asked curiously, a smile on his face. "Uh, it's been awhile." Daniel told him with a half smile. Daniel looked out the window at the small buildings. It wasn't as big as it used to be, some trees starting to take over. A smile spreading on his face.

The man pulled to a stop, Daniel's smile fading as he got out and saw the city that was Tomi Village. "Tomi Village green? A mall?" He said in a confused voice. He closed the door and started walking into the crowd of people.

Dimitri walked into the cafeteria, holding a large tray with a blanket covering it. "Hey! You ready to rock...our earth science presentation?" He asked amused as he sat it down at the table Moon, Yasmin and a few other girls were sitting. Moon smiled as Yasmin looked over at him. Her face blank. "I'm ready to go back to a world where we don't talk on a regular basis." She said in a evwn, bored tone. "Hey, hey, hey! My popularity's on the rise, while yours is steadily declining." He spoke a bit sassily. "But maybe we can meet in the middle, like a sexual Venn diagram." He moved his fingers up and the connected at the bottom in a circle. Moon laughed as Yasmin rolled her eyes. "Ew." Moon looked over at Dimitri. "So what's under the sheet?" She asked him. "I'm glad you asked." He pulled the sheet off to show a mountin with some dinosaurs made out of Legos . "Behold. What the scientists believe to be the Valley when dinosaurs roamed the earth. Go ahead, press the hadrosaur egg." He said looking at Yasmin.

Yasmin looked over with a slight amused look on her face as she reached over and pressed the egg. Sounds of birds screeching and a volcano rumbling was heard. The blond smiled. "Not bad. My parents might not have to pay for my a this time." She leaned back. Demetri looked at her. "You're parents will never have to pay got an A again."

A guy was walking over towards Eli, recording with a smile on his face. Eli was bouncing a soccer ball on his knee "Hey, 22 in a row. New record." He then looked over and saw Dimitri talking to the girls. Moon was smiling and laughing. A jealous look xrossed Eli's face.

"This model shows exactly the minute before the asteroid hit-" Dimitri was cut off as the soccer ball hit the model, destroying it. Eli walked over. "Oh, I'm sorry. It looks like my ball just got away from me. " He said with a hint of a smirk on his face. "That took me three weeks to build. "Eh, took my ball three seconds to destroy." He smirked and walked back to his group.

"Do you have another one?" Yasmin asked hopefully. "Another week, another pissing contest." Dimitri said angrily as he walked towards Eli. "Although I shouldn't be surprised since you love pissing so much." Eli stalked closer, his eyes deadly and his voice low. "You landed on kick. You got lucky." Sam walked up, standing by Dimitri. "Back off, or you won't be lucky." She threatened. Eli looked at her and huffed a small, amused laugh. His eyes flickered up, noticing the teacher that was walking the cafeteria. "Yeah, like you'll start anything, princess. Actually, why don't you go sleep around with someone new and break his heart?" Sam shoved him back with a angry sound. Mrs. Blatt, one of Ali's old friends walked over, she was the teacher. "What's going on here, Miss Larusso?' They turned to look at the older woman. "You know our new guide lines an gains tax physical contact. Did she enter your personal bubble without your verbal consent?" She looked at Eli with a soft and caring gaze.

"Yeah, she definitely triggered me in my safe space." Eli said with his head low and a soft, anxious voice. He was a good actor. Dimitri turned away from his old friend. "What are  you talking about? He started this by destroying my science project." Dimitri said heatedly. "That was a accident! You probably shouldn't bring your toys to school anyway." Eli looked at him. "I don't want excuses. I just want you all to respect each other." Mrs. Blatt said. "She's right, guys. We should stop the aggression. Micro and macro." Eli said in a innocent voice. Sam narrowed her eyes. "Oh give me a break." She spat. "Hey, consider this a warning, Miss Larusso. Get these Legos off the ground, someone could get hurt." Mrs. Blatt's voice held a warning. After she walked away Eli moved closer. "For you pansies, no place is safe." He laughed as he walked away with his friends.

Sam and Demetri were getting ready for gym, tying their shoes. The cheerleaders where on the field practicing, "These gym shorts pinch in all the wrong places," He complained. Sam looked over at him and smiled. "Come on, have a little school spirit."
"Oh yeah, go mountain lions rawr." Demetri said in a plain tone making Sam laugh.

Eli was walking with some Cobra Kai boys following behind him. Sam looked over her eyes narrowing into a glare. The students parted for Eli and the group. "I wish we could do something about those cretins." Demetri said angrily, his eyes narrowed. Sam looked over with dark eyes. "We can." She said as she glanced over at him. "How? Counselor Blatt will give us detention just for breathing near them."

Sam turned to face him and the rest of Miyagi-Do. "I font see her anywhere around, do you? Besides, what's a soccer game without a little physical contact?" She said with a half smile on her face and her hands planted on her hips."They think we're doormats, let's prove them wrong." She crossed her arms with a smile. Demetri nodded and smiled.

The soccer game started, Cobra Kai wearing red shirts and Miyagi-Do wearing regular shirts . Sam had the ball and passed it before hitting a guy and knocking them both to the ground hard. She got up quickly and went out of her way to step on his chest, making him groaning in pain. Eli intercepted the ball and scored an goal, cheering. He winked over at Moon, who gave him an look before smiling flirtily at the guy beside her, making him mad. He body checked one boy but only knocked him to the ground. The ref blew the whistle. "Take it easy on the physical contact!"

Demetri ran up to Eli's side. "She loved you, you know." Eli's head snapped over to his old friend. "What did you say to me?" He demanded. "Of yeah she told me so. Man, you had a good thing going with the hottest girl in school, and you ruined it by becoming a loser." He said moving behind the boy slightly. He pushed his shoulder then swept his leg. Eli hit the ground hard, rolling some as he groaned in pain. The ref blew the whistle again. "Hey!" She sounded a warning. "I guess that's why the Europeans call it football." Demetri said as he continued away. A few boys from Cobra kia came to help Eli up but he swatted their hands away and got up angrily.

One guy went to go after Demetri but Eli put his hand up,  blocking him. "Not yet, remember what Sensei said. Fight smart." Eli ran forward as the ball sailed through the air towards Demetri.  He jumped acting like he was going to headbutt the ball but hit Demetri instead, sending him to the ground. Eli ignored the whistle as he moved to the ball, kicking it is midair right into another boys stomach. The whistle blew twice. Eli was smiling

"Stop!" The couch yelled as it turned into fighting. Sam kicking a guy in the face. "You know what? That's it! Everyone to the principles office now!" She said angrily. The two teams glaring at each other.

Eli walked out of Counselor Blatt's office. "Caldwell, Johnson, Rickingberge, the three of you and Eli are free to go." Eli smiled slightly as they walked away. "Unbelievable." Demetri said in shock. "You got to be kidding me? What about us?" Sam asked in disbelief and outrage. "The rest of you will be receiving rehabilitative, nor punitive, Saturday detention. " She told them.

Miguel was straining to reach his phone from the bed. "Come on.." He whispered softly. He groaned when he couldn't reach. Johnny walked through the door and Miguel looked over. "What are you doing here?" He asked confused. "Want the phone?" Johnny asked him softly. "Yes." Miguel seemed relived to have help. Johnny slid the table across the room, "Go get it." He told the boy. Miguel sighed. "I can't walk. Even with the surgery I might never-"
"Quite!" Johnny said using his Sensei voice. Miguel instantly went quiet, his eyes wide. "Never, can't..those words are just meaningless. Time for you to get out of that bed and do something. You're not a kid anymore, the world isn't going to just hand it to you. You want something, you'll gave to crawl across the floor, use your damn teeth if you have to. You'll do whatever it takes and I'm always be right beside you. Because I'll always be your teacher. Now go get it" Miguel looked up at the man. "Yes, Sensei." He uncovered himself and worked on pushing himself up. "That's it, you got this." Johnny said encourageingly. He was breathing heavily. He reached out, before falling out of the bed. Johnny looked down at him. "Oh, shit. It's all right, you fell like a champ. Nurse!"
