It was time for school, there was more security roaming around then usual. As you walked into the school your bag was checked and you had to walk through a medal detector. Bert walked up to Mitch and Eli. "Hey." He said. Eli looked over at the smaller kid. "There's the man." He greeted with a smile. "This is the year, day one round two. Let's get it boys." Eli said, looking between the two. "Oohh." Mitch said with a smile as he watched a group of girls walk in. "Freshmen babes, nine o'clock." Mitch said. Eli smiled and looked at them as they walked. "Hey I know freshman year can be kinda scary so if anyone gives you any trouble, you can come to me. I'm the guy.." He had a small smirk on his face. "Who wets the bed and got kicked into a trophy case? Yeah we know." The girl in the front said sassily, before they turned and walked away. Mitch and Bert were. The girls were passing Demetri, Chris and Nate. "Hey Demetri." She said with a smile as she passed by with her group. The three boys turned to watch them, shock clear on their faces. "Someone knows who I am..a human female." He said with a shocked awe. "A shame it's not me." Chris said in a joking manner, smile on his face. The group turned around to come face to face with the three Cobra Kai boys, who used to be their friends.

"What you go something to say?" Mitch asked. Chris nods. "Yeah, did you see my new Lite book? There's some hard hitting stuff in there, if you know what I me." Mitch's face twitched some as he thought back to the fight where Chris hit him with that book. "There's not enough security to protect your scrawny ass." Eli threatened Demetri. "I don't need security." Demetri's voice was cold and his eyes dark. That's when the teacher stepped in.

Sam walked into school, going through everything. She froze, looking around. People looked over at her, whispering with small smiles and laughs. Sam tried to brush it off, going towards the stairs to get to her first class. She grabbed onto the railing but didn't make it up the stairs. She stared down at the ground, memories flooding her mind. Demetri walked over and put his hand gently on her shoulder in a comforting manner. She jumped, gasping. "Woah..easy there captain marvel. Same team." He gave her a worried look. "I have to go." She said in a small voice, taking sharp intakes of air before rushing out of the building.

At hospital with Miguel after school

Sam was at the dojo, school was still in but she just couldn't be there. She was sitting out in the back, on the deck. Daniel opened the doors, a confused look crossing his face. "Sam?" He asked as he walked out. She looked over at him. "Dad, what are you doing here?" She asked as he got closer. "What are you doing here? Is Robby with you?" He asked her. Sam shook her head. "No. Have you heard from him?" She asked with a hopefulness in her voice. "No. I was just out looking for him. Why aren't you at school?"
"I thought I was ready..but then everyone was staring at me. I just had to get out..so I came here." She the held up a drink. "Well In-N-Out then here." Her voice was sad. Daniel walked over and sat down by her. "I get it. Trust me I've been in enough fights to know." He tried to make her feel better with a small smile. "You still don't get it, it's different when you're a girl. Even if you win, you aren't cool or tough..everyone thinks you're crazy, and then I think of what Miguel and Robby are going though and I feel so guilty." She was tearing up. Daniel shook his head. "It's not your fault."

It was the next day at school. Sam walked in, glancing around when she saw three girls whispering about her, laughing some. Sam walked over with a angry look on her face. "If you have something to say, say it to may face." She said in a rough voice, all the laughter stopped and they looked at her but said nothing. "That's what I thought." Sam turned around, walking away. She got to the stairs, grabbing the railing. She then took off her one sleeve, looking at the scars from  where Tory caught her.
