"J, why do your friends keep sending the boys presents?" Gini asked as she tore the wrapper off yet another present.

"I think they're trying to bribe you," Juwon answered.

"Why do I need to be bribed?"

"Still haven't told them they can meet the boys."

"That's just awful."

"It's just a little torture. What did they send this time?" Juwon looked from the laptop on the dinning table to the box on her lap.

"Three smart watches from Gbenga."

"Oh, he's good."

"Put an end to it," Gini said.

"Why?"

"If you don't, I'll call them myself and tell them to come tomorrow."

"And how are you going to get their numbers?"

"I have Collins'..."

Juwon closed the computer and folded his arms. "You've been talking to him?"

"He's my business partner, not yet but he'll be after my dad's property gets sold."

"The dance studio? Didn't you want it with your sister?"

"And Collins, he has a client base already and doesn't mind coming over to my side."

"Tell me about this business you really want to start."

Gini explained where and how she wanted the dance studio to be. She needed a large space because of the several classes that'd be available. A pole dancing class for Mama, a regular gym for Collins and a contemporary dance class for herself.

"Have you talked about all this with Collins?"

"Yes. He has better ideas for location so when the money comes he'll find a great place."

"The only thing stopping you then is funds."

"That'll come. I'm content being with the boys for now."

"I'll put words out. I know people that can help you sell faster."

"You'd do that?" Gini smiled wildly.

"Yes."

Gini stretched her hand to Juwon and he took it. She stood from the ground and sat on his lap.

"Thank you."

"Are you growing your hair?" Juwon asked as he rubbed her hair.

"Yes, do you like it?"

"I like it."

Gini smiled and kissed the dimple below his bottom lip.

"Call your friends and let them know they can visit tomorrow," she said before kissing his lips.

"Okay."

"I'll let you get back to work then."

Juwon pulled her back as she tried to stand. "I can work with you on my lap."

Gini wiggled her butt. "Isn't that uncomfortable."

"It's actually quite satisfying."

Gini smiled and stood. "Call your friends."

"Yes, ma'am."

She went out and saw the boys playing football on the lawn. "Have fun, guys."

Juwon told her his friends were coming to visit the following day before they both went to bed.

Gini woke up to an invite from her sister. She had wanted to watch the boys' reactions to Juwon's friends but she was also happy to be seeing her sister. She got dressed and spoke to the boys about boundaries and respect before driving out of the house. Juwon had asked her if she was going out because his friends were coming around and she had told him they didn't bother her in the least. Gini knew now that their reaction to her presence was because they were worried for their friend. It would be cruel for her not to see reason for their actions.

She drove to her former house and called her sister to join her in the car. Mama came in like a ray of sunshine in a pleated skimpy skirt, black bodysuit and tassel sleeved kimono. Gini hugged her sister and her earring got stuck in Mama's kinky weave. They laughed their asses off as they tried to untangle the hair from her earring.

"How are you, Mrs J?" Mama asked as Gini started the car.

"I'm fine. The boys are meeting J's friends."

"Wow, that's cute. When do I get to meet them?"

"Why? Are you looking for a date?"

"One more wouldn't hurt."

"Bad girl. Anyway, I don't think his friends are your type."

"What do you mean?"

"They are kind of judgemental and stuck up. You'd freak them out."

"Never meeting them then. Why are you making them meet the kids?"

"Things we do for love."

"Good point. Where are you taking me to?"

"You invited me out, Mama."

"And you're the rich sister."

"Not rich, just happen to have a rich husband who gave me a card," Gini explained.

"Yea, I need one of those."

"Which?"

"The rich husband, duh."

Gini laughed and fixed her eyes on the road. She drove into the mall and Mama took off her kimono and left it in the car. They walked in together and strolled around.

"Let's go to the watch store," Mama suggested. They entered the store Mama pointed out and checked out the wristwatches on the shelves.

"I'm getting this when we sell the properties."

Gini checked the price tag on the watch Mama wanted and gulped hard. "Well, you can splurge but this is kinda too much."

"Says who? We've worked our asses off for too long, a little shopping wouldn't hurt."

"I can't argue with that logic."

They left the store and Mama spotted a donut shop having a promo. She dragged Gini in with her and they ordered a box of donut and got free milkshakes.

"This is too much sugar, I feel guilty," Gini said as she stuffed her mouth with chocolate coated donuts.

"We're in the twilight zone, so enjoy it."

"You don't have to say that twice." Gini took a sip of her drink and took another donut.

They waited for few minutes after finishing their snacks before walking out of the shop.

"I think I smell pizza."

"I'm stuffed, can't eat pizza right now." Gini sucked her tummy in as it stuck out of her top.

"We can walk it off. Let's check more stores."

"Where is the shoe store?"

Gini was enjoying the time with her sister. They rarely had fun together because they were either too busy working or taking care of the kids. She took her sister's hand and swung it as they found the shoe store. Mama got sidetracked when she saw a store selling designer frames. They walked in and wore some of the glasses while the store clerk took goofy pictures of them. Mama got a pair for herself and another for Gini. They found the shoe store next and tested several shoes they didn't buy.

"Let's find a bar," Mama said as they left the shoe store.

Gini checked her phone for the time then said, "One shot and we're going home."

"As you wish."

They found a bar at the top floor of the mall and took the seats in front of the bartender.

"I want a beer," Gini said.

"I'll take two shots of tequila, one for me and one for her."

"I don't want tequila."

"I'll take it for you then."

"Thank you. Mama, I'm trying to get pregnant."

"What?" she shrieked.

"I'm serious."

"I know you're serious, why?"

"I just want to experience a normal pregnancy."

"You have three kids already. What's so special about a normal pregnancy anyway?"

"It's what I want, I don't expect you to understand," Gini said defensively.

Mama took a shot and scrunched her face. "I really don't understand but I'll support you regardless."

Gini smiled. "So J wants us to go to his resort."

"He has a resort?"

"Sorta. He has been working on it for years and it's finished now. He wants us to experience everything first before he opens the door to customers. Do you want to come?"

"I'll think about it."

"You can zip line."

"The resort has that?"

"Yea."

"Sold. I'm coming with you."

"I'm excited." Gini hugged her sister then took a swing of her beer.

"Did I tell you what your kids did while they were with me?"

Gini hesitated before replying. "No."

"I asked the boys to pack the remaining clothes they have in the room that used to be theirs in a suitcase. Do you know what Taye said?"

"No."

"He said and I quote, my dad is rich."

"Meaning they don't need the clothes anymore."

Mama laughed. "Exactly!"

"Mama, do you think that's normal? They've been getting too many presents lately and I just don't want them to become so entitled and insensitive."

"I think it's normal. They just found out they can have whatever they want, the shock is what's making them act that way."

"Don't you think I should speak with them?"

"Ask Juwon, he could have some great counseling tips."

"You're right." Gini smiled at how subtly her sister hinted that she spoke to Juwon about it.

"When are we taking the trip?"

"We're still trying to pick a date, but I'll get in touch when we know for sure."

Mama nodded. "Great day, we can leave now."

"Thank God," Gini said in relief. She was ready to see her kids and hear everything they did with Juwon's friends.

They walked out of the bar and Gini dropped Mama at her place before leaving to hers.
