So, I settled on making a mermaid. Basically, how mermaids work in this AU is that once a woman dies, and if their body is thrown in a lake or river, she will get turned into a mermaid, and lure deceitful or disgraceful men into the water, where they will drown them.

This is Kumi! Kumi comes from the United Kingdom, but she decided to go to China for a festival. It was a swimming festival, and she had a plan. She would go with her friend, swim underneath the stars then go back home and sleep. They went to a secluded spot, far away from any other people, and her friend drowned her in the lake. Her friend tied a heavy rock around her, then pushed her in, letting her body sink to the bottom. The last thing that Kumi saw was the bright stars shining down on her hair, giving it a purple glow.
