Malane (adoptable)

Shagine are always female and are about 5-4 feet from snoot to tail tip and 2 feet tall. It's not unheard of for them to breed with snakes and live high in the trees of large forests. They tend to eat flowers, large leaves, small birds, animals, and frogs. Shagine are calm, solitary creatures that will threaten each other's young if they feel the best is too close to their territory. They are typically curious about humans and will steal stuff to study in their tree top nests. Most are calm, curious, and silent while few are sassy, loud, and love to push everyone's buttons. They can learn to understand human speech and body language. They communicate through clicks and squeaks, breaking and shaking branches to warn their young of danger.
