NO overpowered character allowed. Quirks should have an unique drawback(or weakness) that wouldn't be as common as to have the same drawback as the others because of how often it would have effect on the user.

You can choose from a Student, Pro Hero, or a Villain, Your choice. You can be a Pro Hero and a Teacher at the same time. You can be a Student and Villain at the same time too! (I just added this because somebody had did it, and it's freaking genius, because I forgot you could be a villain disguised as a student, my bad XD)

Please refrain from copying my OC's information, I swear, I'll have a hard time contemplating if you copied off from my OC or not, I would know, eventually. If you're trying to put the Quirk, it's okay, but tweak it a bit so I won't even notice. Hero names doesn't seriously have to be copied off from mine, seriously, I'll know if you tried copying it, even if you tried tweaking it, it's impossible to escape me, it's seriously obvious if you tried copied it.
