Chapter 53: Krystka, Play Stress

I am the captain of the set crew team, but I have to make sure everything runs smoothly. Oh, and on top of this I have a ton of homework. Why did I think taking two math classes was a good idea? Why? Also, we need food. A lot of food for this. The only way this could make things worse is if Nina doesn't control the Dreamers. I do not want anything destroyed.

"I suggest you relax. Stressing about something doesn't help anyone" Seliel said as she worked on some smoke bullets.

Oh, right. She's Seliel. My guardian. She's also the Master of Ghost and the daughter of the mayor of Norm. Guess what that means for me? I am also the Master of Ghost, and I need to learn how to control my powers! I do not need this in life! Then a small object hit my face, and dust covered my face. I took my glasses off and looked at Seliel. She smirked at me as I wiped the dust off my glasses.

"Why did you do that?" I asked annoyed.

"If there is one thing, I've learned about stress is to control it before it controls you" she said simply.

She went back to making her smoke bullets, but I don't think that's how stress works. If that was the case, then I wouldn't bite my nails anymore nor freak out about applying to college nor the play that is supposed to happen. I sat on my bed as I worked on my homework.

"So, besides the play and the dreading fear of applying to college, what else is going on in your life?" Seliel asked as she stirred a bottle carefully.

"Well, everything else is just fine" I admitted.

That was actually true. Everything else in my life was just fine except for these issues. Though, the Dreamers issue might be a longer issue. I don't know how long the Dreamers have been having these kind of troubles, but it doesn't seem like there's an end. Well, I am sure they can figure it out. If they need any help, I will be there to support them. The sooner their fight is over, the sooner the world will be safe from these kind of issues. I glanced at my two cats. They were sleeping peacefully.

"Kystka!" Mikala shouted urgently.

Oh, no. That's not a good thing if she's running up here. I walked to the door and opened it to find her panicked expression. Seliel stopped her work and looked at Mikala. Oh, right. Mikala is the Master of Shadows. I wonder how close Seliel is with Shade, but she prefers Cole over any of the Elemental Masters.

"What happened?" I asked her.

"Well, one of the props got damaged. We need you to look at it" Mikala reported annoyed.

Of course, that happened! I stormed towards the Auditorium to examine the damage. Mikala ran towards the backstage and saw one of the cubes destroyed! How on earth did this happen?!

"Alright, just find Sadie and Beth. I'll find a few tools" I said seriously.

Seliel looked at the damaged cube.

"It can be repaired" she reassured me.

I was still angry. This is really getting annoying. Mikala ran into the Auditorium with Sadie and Beth. Seliel and I got to work on fixing the cube just as Sadie and Beth went to get some paints and brushes. We were able to finish the cube, so Sadie and Beth had to finish painting it again. It's a school play. Who would want to ruin it?

"Any suspects in mind?" Seliel asked me curiously.

I couldn't think of anyone besides Landon, but he was gone. There is no other person I can think of. Maybe it's not someone from here. I walked back to the cube. If I was right, then there should be some kind of markings around the cube. Seliel followed me and noticed the markings as well.

"No one from my world can do that" I said seriously.

"I think a few people from my world can though" Seliel stated as her eyes narrowed.

I figured that would be the case. If no one from here can do this, then someone else from another world had to have done this. Seliel looked at the markings. These marks must've been made by fire. Connor isn't here, and Kai wouldn't do this.

"I think we need to pay a visit to a few blacksmiths" Seliel said as she walked out of the Auditorium.

"I don't have time for that! I have to prepare for the play" I shouted as I walked after her.

When I caught up to her, she had her hand on the hilt of her sword. Someone was here. She then knocked me into the wall. I was lucky to think of my Elemental powers and phased right through the wall. I looked out from the wall and saw Seliel hold a sword. Is it someone she knew?

"I know you're here. I can sense you" she stated annoyed.

Out of nowhere, a member of a gang appeared! Seliel easily dodged the person, but she faced her. I didn't know her, but she seemed to know Seliel.

"How on earth did you learn how to do that?" the female attacker asked with a chuckle.

"I've trained with Zane. He taught me a few things about sensing others" she answered as she pointed her sword at the attacker.

"Really? I thought Frosty only cared for the Samurai? I didn't know he was good friends with you of all people!" she retorted.

They clearly know each other. I have a feeling she's after people with Elemental Powers. I wonder what those pesky Ninjas and Dreamers did? I wouldn't be surprised if they angered a powerful being with powers close to that of a god at this point.

"Anyway, where's your kid? I thought you would be protecting her" she asked as she looked around for me.

"Safe from you. I don't know what you want, but I will personally bring you back to Kryptarium myself" Seliel threatened.

Her opponent smirked and drew out a mace?! Where did she get that?! The girl swung it back, but the ball was about to hit the wall I was hiding in! I quickly stepped away as the ball cracked the wall. I don't think Seliel noticed I moved, because she lunged at the girl! Wait, Sadie and Beth were still in the Auditorium! I have to get them out of here! I walked along the walls of the Auditorium and found the two of them still painting the cube. The two of them were almost done with it too!

"Guys! Get out of here!" I shouted as I jumped out of the wall.

Sadie and Beth just starred at me in awe while I heard the fighting going on from the outside. Wait a minute, the props and set pieces could get destroyed if they fight in here! Beth and Sadie have powers of their own.

"I have an idea" I said as I stood in front of them, "We have to make sure the Auditorium doesn't get damaged"

"What's going on?" Sadie asked.

There was a loud crash coming from outside.

"My guardian's having trouble fighting someone. We need to send the attacker back to Ninjago before she hurts anyone" I explained to them.

"So, what can we do about this?" Beth asked nervously.

I wasn't entirely sure what to do, but I wasn't to get a week with more anxiety and panic attacks.

"Just follow me. I'll think of something on the way" I shouted as they dropped their brushes and ran after me.

We were outside of the Auditorium and saw how damaged the windows and walls were.

"Man, Krystka you got yourself a powerful guardian" Beth said amazed.

I don't know if that is a good thing, because the school could be destroyed very easily! We followed the path of destruction and saw Seliel fighting this girl. We need her to summon her keyblade. Seliel phased through the wall at the last minute and had the girl knock herself into the wall!

"Take that, Ultra! Wow, I think your slipping! I haven't seen anyone hit their head on a wall and faint" Seliel stated as she appeared from another wall.

I facepalmed while Beth was impressed with Seliel. I really wish she didn't do that.

"Wait! Get back!" Sadie shouted urgently.

Seliel turned around, but a giant guy grabs her!

"Great job, Killow! Maybe that Earth Ninja will finally back off!" Ultra Violet shouted as she laughed.

I held in groan. His grip is strong, but Seliel can't hold on. Wait, I have a plan.

"Beth freeze the ground. Sadie can you handle Killow?" I asked as I held my wand.

"OK!" Beth shouted as she placed her hands on the ground.

"I know just how to get rid of him" Sadie answered with a dark smile on her face.

Beth placed her hands on the ground and froze it. Sadie and I ran towards them. Killow and Ultra Violet began to slip around on the frozen floor. Seliel was able to phase through the ground and escape his grip. Killow was surprised as Sadie opened a realm gate and Kishan knocked Killow to the ground!

"Thanks, Kishan!" Sadie said with a smile.

"No problem! Thanks for letting me help you" he said as he stood in front of Killow.

I appeared behind Ultra Violet and elbowed her to the ground.

"Seliel! Open the keyhole!" I shouted as I ran past them.

"On it!" she shouted as she made her Ghost Buster keyblade appear.

She aimed it at the keyhole and unlocked it, "Say hi to the chief when he sees you at Kryptarium!"

Killow and Ultra Violet were sucked into the keyhole.

"I better make sure they are at Kryptarium. See ya soon, Krystka!" she said as she made her keyblade vanish and jumped after them.

The keyhole closed. Sadie thanked Kishan for his help and sent him back home. Beth made the ice disappear while I felt relieved. I was able to use my power effectively, and Seliel got rid of something that stressed me out. I smiled as I walked to Beth and Sadie.

"Thanks guys. I need the help" I said as we headed back to the Auditorium to fix the cube.

"No problem!" Beth said as Sadie nodded her head.

You know, today wasn't too bad. My friends helped me out, Seliel made my worries less, and I finished most of my homework. I don't think anything can stress me out right now. We entered the Auditorium and saw Nathan and Camdyn casting spells at each from a distance. Some of the spells nearly struck the stage. Beth and Sadie took a step back from me. Yeah, ok. Screw it! Nothing can stop me from stressing out!
