Ah, I always enjoyed the feeling of going out to the golf course and enjoying a good round of 18 holes. Camdyn and Justine were going to join me out on the course later on in the day. However, I didn't expect to see Nina out on the course. She actually had her own set of clubs as well! She was setting up for her 6 Iron shot. She took a few steps back to make sure she was lined up properly and took a few practice shots. Not bad. Then, she took her swing and sent the golf ball flying! It went about 120 yards!

"Nice shot!" I greeted her as I began to set up my station on the range.

"Thanks! I've been working on that!" Nina answered as she prepared to set up another shot.

She certainly has improved on her own for the past few years. She went to her golf bag and took out a few score cards. Oh, that's right. Nina usually travels around the country and goes to other countries. She would go to golf courses and bring me back some score cards.

"This is what I got on my trip to Haiwaii. There were a lot of good golf courses there!" Nina said excitedly as she presented the cards to me.

I examined the cards closely. These look like great courses to practice on. I thanked Nina and went to practice my game. I was hoping to compete in another match before any important tests have come up.

"So, how are your friends doing?" I asked her.

"Hehe, we are fine. It's nice to come back to school after seeing the world" Nina answered as she swung her iron again.

I would never understand how the Dreamers are able to get all of their work done and enjoy their sports. It always seemed like hard work to me. I took out my 5 Iron and began to practice a bit with it. However, I just had to make sure my aim was right.

"Fore!" someone shouted urgently.

Nina and I ducked as away from the incoming golf ball. How can anyone make such a terrible shot on Hole 10? We looked around and didn't see anyone on Hole 10. Nina walked onto the range and looked at the golf ball. It was a bright red ball.

"I only play with neon green golf balls. Do you know anyone who plays with a red golf ball?" she asked me.

I took the ball from her and examined it. There were no markings. Whose golf ball is this? I don't think I even know anyone who has this kind of golf ball. Nina was walking back to her golf bag and took out a range finder. She began to scope around the area.

"I don't see anyone here..." Nina confessed as she walked towards me.

This was odd, but then I realized there was an odd fog around us... I think Nina noticed it too, because she took out her wand. She slowly cast a light spell and waited. Was there something coming? Nina slowly walked forward, but she then disappeared before my eyes! Where did she go?! I ran forward and tried to find her, but she was gone. What is going on?!

"Carson!" someone shouted urgently.

I turned towards the voice, but someone threw a shield at me! I ducked as the shield hit a card! What was a card doing here?

"Oh, good thing I was able to arrive here just in time" Goofy said as he caught his shield.

He was waving at me as he walked towards me. I was so grateful to see him here!

"What's going on? Whose card was that?" I asked him.

Goofy picked up the card and examined it. He seemed very serious about this card. I wonder what it was.

"Ah, Goofy. It is nice to see you again" Luxord said as he walked out of the fog.

Goofy stood in front of me while Luxord chuckled. I remember him. He attacked our school that day. Why is he back? What does he want?

"I thought I would just collect another vessel for Xehanort. However, I didn't expect to capture a Dreamer" Luxord commented as he reveled Nina's location.

She was pounding her hands against the card she was trapped in. She was trying to break free.

"Give her back!" Goofy shouted urgently.

"As if you could make a gamble to beat me" he commented.

A beat? Well, I could give him a wager. I stood in front of Goofy as I took out my putter.

"How about a game of put put?" I asked with a smirk on my face.

"Put put?" he asked me puzzled.

"Yes. It's a fun and simple game. We can even make a bet to see if Nina goes with you or me" I offered with a smile.

Luxord began to think for a moment. He doesn't know anything about me. I've never fought him, but Nina does know him.

"Alright then. However, let's make a course unique" Luxord said as he extended his hand for me to shake.

I turned to look at Goofy, and he seemed confident in my abilities. I walked up to Luxord and shoke his hand. A bright light shined over us, and we were transported to somewhere else. I looked around and found myself in a beach setting. The tee box was sandy. There was a tropical area along the path, then a bridge over a small water, and then the hole.

"We will have two courses to put on. May the best player win" Luxord said as he summoned his putter in his hands.

He tapped his putter on the tee box, and a red golf ball appeared! It was him! He made sure he was lined up and took a few putting strokes. He seemed to know what he was doing. He then took a full swing back and unleashed his full force on the golf ball! Never mind, he doesn't know what he is doing. The golf ball flew over the tropical area and then landed on the left side of the bridge. The golf ball rolled towards the small pond. I was trying to hold back a laugh while Luxord tried to compose himself.

"Your turn, Sir Carson" he said as he stepped aside.

I placed my ball on the sand as I looked around my area closely. The course was sloping towards the right, pulling the golf ball towards the water. I positioned myself away from the water and took a medium stroke. I hit the golf ball. Luxord seemed to be laughing while I was smirking. The golf ball traveled along the tropical area and rolled over the bridge. The ball stopped before the hole. Goofy cheered my name while I took a bow. Luxord nearly snapped his putter in half. We approached our golf balls. I decided to place a ballmarker behind the golf ball and picked the golf ball up as Luxord was taking his putting stroke. He struck the golf ball so hard that it went flying over the hole. He seemed pretty pleased with himself as he walked out of the water and went to his ball.

"Goofy, please keep an eye on him. I have a feeling he is going to try something" I whispered to him as I placed my ball on the ground.

I lined myself towards the hole and took a firm stroke. The golf ball went into the hole! Alright, just two strokes. Luxord clapped his hands in a respectful manner at me. I picked up my golf ball and thanked him. I stood on the side lines while Luxord was preparing his shot. He took a weak stroke, but his golf ball stopped just before the hole. Luxord tried to remain calm as he walked up towards his ball and putted it in the hole. He picked up his golf ball, and we went to the next hole. This hole was a simple course.

"After you" Luxord said as he stepped away from the hole.

There was something wrong about this hole... It was the grass.... I took a simple putting stroke. My golf ball was moving across the emerald grass, but then a giant plant appeared and froze the golf ball in place!

"What?!" I asked loudly.

"Haha! The final course is all chance! Your golf ball could get destroyed in many unique ways!" Luxord declared as he laughed.

I wanted a fair golf match! Not a fake one! How dare he do this?! I was ready to wack him with my club, but Goofy calmed me down.

"You can do this. You just gotta think about your situation. You can still win this" Goofy encouraged me.

He was right. I was able to win other golf matches. Just because this course doesn't make sense, doesn't mean I can't try to win. Luxord took another full swing and struck his ball. His golf ball flew across the course, but another plant set the golf ball on fire. The golf ball was turned into a pile of ash. He remained confident.

"Your turn" Luxord said with a smile.

I positioned myself away from the fire plant and gave a firm stroke towards the hole! My golf ball kept running. Then, the ground opened up and swallowed my golf ball! A daisy appeared in the place of where my golf ball should've been. Luxord took his stroke, but his golf ball was swallowed by the ground as well! I began to think of a way to save a stroke. I snapped my fingers as I approached my golf ball. I popped my golf ball in the air. It soared for a bit and then landed on the fringe of the green! Alright! Luxord was very quiet for some reason. Goofy was by my side as Luxord took his stroke. He tried to copy what I had done, but his ball only moved a bit before being swallowed by the ground again. I ran to my ball. I knew I could make it in.

"Enough!" Luxord shouted as the whole area began to change right before my eyes!

There were cards surrounding Goofy and I! Luxord really didn't like losing bets. Luxord appeared before us still holding Nina in the card! Wait! I've got an idea!

"Goofy! Distract him!" I ordered as I ran behind him.

I set up my golf ball while Goofy charged at Luxord. Luxord had many of his cards act like shields and protected him. Goofy slammed his shield against the cards, but more and more cards appeared before him! I lined myself up, so that I was aiming right at Nina. I held my putter and then drew it back. I then unleashed the full force of my swing! The golf bal flew towards Luxord and broke the card! I cheered while Luxord tried to create another card. Nina appeared from the card with a keyblade in hand. She smiled at me. The both of us approached Luxord, but he was slowly backing away from us. He composed himself and snapped his fingers. All of his cards returned to him. Goofy was ready to defend us as Luxord threw all of his cards at us! Nina jumped up and cast a powerful ice spell at his feet!

"Carson! You have an opening!" Nina shouted urgently.

"On it!" I shouted as Goofy threw his shield at me.

I drew my club back and unleashed another powerful swing! The shield went flying and struck down Luxord. He held his side as he began to disappear!

"I thought I couldn't make a losing bet..." he whispered as he faded into the darkness.

The cards disappeared while the fog was lifted. His power over the golf course was gone! Nina sat down on the ground in relief. Goofy smiled at me.

"I'm sorry about that. It appears the Organization members are still nightmares. However, that should be the last time we see him" Nina reassured him.

I was just relieved to be out of the fog. I saw the sun shining down on us. You know, the sun always shined when everything turned out fine. Well, I have to start practicing for my next golf match now. It looks like Goofy is also helping me. Now, let's play a round of 18.
