I worked hard for my grades and I don't want the Dreamers and Nina to ruin my chances at the spelling bee. Ok, granted they never participated, but ever since they have been together as friends, they have been more attacks than normal! I've been working on the spelling bee for a few months and I don't want to lose because of them.

"Please spell the word vociferous" Whitney said as she looked at the note cards I gave her.

I carefully imagined the word in my head while my hands were fidgeting a bit. Once I correctly spelled the word, Whitney moved on to the next card. I was spelling of the words correctly. Thank goodness.

"You know all the words. I believed you are ready for this" Whitney reassured me.

I wasn't so sure. I wanted to make sure I knew these words. I was pacing around the Commons while Whitney waved her wand upward. She made the colors of the Commons change as I took a step.

"Whitney! Stop!" I said with an annoyed expression on my face.

I was laughing a bit while Whitney gave me a smile.

"There! You're laughing! Now, just relax" she said to me with a smile.

I was really lucky to have a friend like her. Whitney is very smart, but she is also able to help me relax when I need to. I don't know what I would do without her. She waved her wand downward and stopped the Commons from changing colors.

"Now, let's get something to eat! I am starving!" she said as we walked to Mrs. Crupi's room.

Mrs. Crupi had a bunch of cookies and treats in her room, so we would often snack in here. She was very nice and let us eat in her room. Whitney went to the stack of treats to retrieve a basket of cookies while I sat in a chair and took my phone out. I was scrolling through my texts while Whitney brought the basket of cookies over. She began to eat the cookies as she looked around the empty classroom.

"That's odd. Minnie is usually here" Whitney commented as she finished a cookie.

"So?" I asked her curiously.

Why does it matter if Minnie is here? She is very smart and strong to handle herself in any situation.

"Do you miss her? She is our friend after all" she asked me quietly.

I guess I do. She usually with the Dreamers though. I never got a chance to meet her. However, Whitney shook her head and continued to eat the cookies. I wonder what that was about. We sat in the room for a while until I looked up at the clock. The minute hand wasn't moving. I walked out of the room to see everyone going about their day calmly. I tapped my diamond earrings to check if there was any darkness nearby. I do not want anyone ruining my spelling bee competition. So far, nothing.

"Relax! I am sure the Dreamers have everything under control" Whitney said calmly.

I hope so. Only 2 hours left in the day until the spelling bee. I was just preparing myself at this point. However, I sensed something wrong in the area. I couldn't quite put my finger on it. As we were walking to the library to get some textbooks, we saw someone in a black coat running into the library! Oh, heck no! I am not letting this stupid organization stop me from having my spelling bee! I chased after her with Whitney right behind me. I pointed my wand at this attacker.

"Alright! Please go back to your world please! I am going to have a very important spelling bee and I do not want it to be ruined by you!" I declared seriously.

The person turned around and lifted her hood to revel Minnie's face?! Whitney and I were shocked.

"Minnie? Why are you wearing that coat?" Whitney asked confused.

She growled at us as she created her shield and threw it! We ducked as she ran out of the library!

"After her!" I shouted as I chased after her.

"Why are you interested in her?" Whitney asked surprised.

"I will not have the spelling bee ruined!" I replied.

I cast fire spells around Minnie and prevented her from escaping. I don't know what the Dreamers are doing, but they have to stop her! Why was she even doing this? She's so close with the Dreamers.

"Minnie, what's going on?" Whitney asked cautiously as she held her wand.

"Nothing to be concerned about! After all, I am going to bring peace back to our world!" Minnie proclaimed as she created another shield!

She threw it at us, but Whitney didn't have time to dodge! I tapped on my diamond earrings as a lance appeared in my hands. I quickly stood in front of my friend and blocked the incoming shield! We were both pushed back as my fire spell died away. Minnie took off running!

"Are you ok?" we asked each other worriedly.

We both laughed a bit as we stood up.

"I don't know what happened to our friend, but we have to stop her" Whitney said seriously.

I agreed with her as I made my lance disappear. We chased after her quickly.

"Who's going to tell the Dreamers about this?" I asked Whitney.

"I've got it. I'll make sure Nina knows" she said as we chased after Minnie.

We found her heading for the computer lab! I understood what she was after! I raised my wand upward and created a giant diamond between her and the doors to the computer lab! She growled and ran towards the locker bay!

"Why did you do that?" Whitney asked as she followed me.

"She clearly wants information on us! Minnie is holding whatever possession on her back!" I explained as we chased after her.

Whitney grab my wrist as she saw Minnie creating a shield!

"Clever girl! However, I won't let you live!" she threatened as she threw her shield at us!

We screamed as we prepared for the shield to hit us! However, a bright flash of red and blue colors appeared in front of us!

"Scratch! Smolderdash!" Whitney said in relief.

Minnie was surprised to see them so soon. However, they were standing in front of us and ready to protect us. Smolderdash created a ring of fire around the entrances into the school while Scratch picked Whitney and I up to fly us to safety. We landed in the Commons as our two guardians landed in front of us.

"I can't believe this is happening. We have to warn Spyro. He would be able to get to the Dreamers" Smolderdash said seriously.

"Agreed, but we can't leave this school unprotected" Scratch claimed.

We were both very happy to see them and embraced them warmly! The two Skylanders laughed in joy.

"How have you two been?" Scratch asked with a smile.

"Sorry we couldn't visit. The Dreamers really broke the lanes between" Smolderdash said with a chuckle.

We figured something happened with the Dreamers. However, we needed to stop Minnie.

"Do you know what happened with Minnie?" Whitney asked as we stood by our guardians.

"We are not sure. We saw Splat acting very differently and decided to stop her connection to Minnie. We departed from our world to see if anything was wrong here. It is a good thing we did. Where are the Dreamers?" Smolderdash asked seriously.

"The Dreamers are currently in some part of Europe or Asia. We are not sure. A man who called himself Alfred told the Dreamers to search for other Magic Schools. We do not know when they will be back" Whitney admitted.

Scratch and Smolderdash were surprised to hear this.

"Is there any way for you to reach them?" Smolderdash asked seriously.

Whitney nodded as she tapped an app on her phone. She moved away from us to take a call.

"So, what has happened since we were last here?" Scratch asked curiously.

Well, this was going to be embarrassing to explain. I started from the day where the Dreamers were forced to leave this school to solve their demon problems to the House Games to the Dreamers being called away to other worlds to the present. The two Skylanders were not that impressed with this news.

"Well, at least you and your friends are safe" Smolderdash said calmly.

I was thankful for that at least.

Whitney came back to us as she said "They know now. However, Logan looked very worried about this"

That would make sense. After all, those two were really close friends. Now, we just need to stop Minnie from harming anyone at our school.

"What do you think she wants?" Scratch asked as we walked towards the library.

"Information about us" Whitney said unsure.

"How did you come to this conclusion?" Smolderdash asked surprised.

"Well, she kept looking for the computer lab and the library" I concluded simply.

"What information does she want? Minnie knows everything about the Dreamers, Descendants, and other worlds. Unless, this isn't Minnie" Smolderdash added as she began to think about this.

"Then, this person just has Minnie's powers and appearance? That doesn't make sense... Why would they take her form?" Whitney asked confused.

We were not entirely sure yet, but I have a feeling it will involve the Dreamers. We made our way to the library and found the doors broken! We rushed into the library and discovered books torn and thrown around in the room! Minnie was standing there on top of the book pile!

"Minnie! Why are you doing this?! Or should we call you someone else?" Whitney shouted as she entered the library.

The girl chuckled darkly as she said "Well, you two are very clever! I am not Minnie, but possessing her body and abilities was necessary. As for who I am, well, that old man will surely be surprised to see me"

Old man? What is she talking about?

"Hahah! Yes, I'll discover where he is and stop him!" she shouted as she created two shields!

She threw her shields at us, but Scratch and Smolderdash easily blocked the incoming shields! Whitney and I cheered for our guardians while the attacker opened two dark corridors. The dark corridors appeared near Whitney and I, so we took out our wands.

We waved them around in a circle as we said "Light Circle!"

A bright light circle emitted from our wands as we walked around in a small circle! The light circle banished the two dark corridors away! The attacker cowered in fear and slowly backed away from us.

"Gah! Enough of this light!" the attacker said as another shield was created!

"Send it back!" I shouted quickly as Whitney and I stood side by side.

Scratch and Smolderdash flew in front of us as the attacker threw the shield at us! Scratch flew away while Smolderdash knocked the shield upward! Whitney used her wand to hold the shield in place as I tapped my diamond earrings. The diamond lance appeared in my hands and swung it back. I then swung it at the shield! Whitney released the shield from the spell as Scratch flew behind the attacker as he was distracted by the incoming shield! The shield struck the attacker away as Scratch unlocked the keyhole! The attacker flew out of this world as Smolderdash locked the keyhole.

"Good job you two!" Scratch said as she landed in front of us as my diamond lance disappeared.

"Hehe, it was nothing" Whitney boasted as she stood up tall.

"We did what we had to do. However, please do tell the Dreamers about this. I don't think our grade would like to be dragged into another one of their fights" I said worriedly a bit.

"We will. Now, Hiba you have an important competition to attend to. Don't be late!" Smolderdash said with a small smile.

Oh, crap that's right!

"Thank you for reminding me! Good bye! See you soon!" I said as I rushed towards the English hallway.

Whitney chased after me! It was almost time for me to go to the spelling bee! I have to hurry! Dang it, Dreamers! Why do you always make me late for important events in my life?!
