You walked in the door, throwing your bed to the floor when you got into your small apartment. The anger rose in your cheeks, and it was all because it was that time of the month.

You were in unbearable pain, and laid down on the couch, moaning again. You hoped sleep would be allowed, but unfortunately, your body said no.

You lay on the couch, weak in pain when Steven comes through the door. The smile you've come to love plastered on his face.

"Hey Y/N!" He said coming closer.

His bright smile turned into a face of concern, "You alright babe?"

You groaned "Ugh, do I look like I'm fucking okay Steven!?" You screamed at him, storming off to your bedroom.

Slamming the door behind you, you winced in pain. This time it being awful, almost hell like. The tears slid down your cheeks, this is the worst it had gotten. You fell to your knees, bending over in the overwhelming pain you had been in.

"Steven!" You yelled. "Steven!"

He ran up the stairs and opened the door in a worried manner. He sunk to his knees and knelt beside you. "What is it?"

You managed to choke the words out, "it's so bad Steven."

He saw the obvious pain you were feeling and picked you up, bridal-style, carrying you to the bed. He sat down on the bed you two had shared, cradling you.

"What can I do?" He asked, looking at you with loving eyes.

"Make it go away." You mumbled.

He chuckled, "well, unfortunately, I can't do that, as munch as I want to. But you know what I can do?"

He laid you down and crawled in bed behind you, wrapping his arms around your waist.

He ran his thumb over your aching belly, drawing circles into it, while your head lay in the crook of his neck.

You found yourself dozing off in his warm embrace. You felt safe with him. You vaguely heard him,

"I love you Y/N," he said soothingly and gave you a peck on the head, you both eventually falling asleep.
