This is a reaction book with my 2 made up characters

Teika Meiyo and Kira Ozoku

Meiyo's quirk is in my first book, Kira has an explosive quirk that I'll explain later.

Kira is BEST FRIEND with Uraraka and Yaoyorozu.

Meiyo is friends with EVERYONE but is specifically close to Toru.

Kira and Jirou are officially part of the Bakusquad.

Seiji Shishikura is basically related to Kira and Meiyo
