Hello!  I'm Uraraka and this is my first time writing an actual story about an OC non fandom related. Hope you all enjoy my story about my OC Claire McGee.

It was 5:45am when Claire McGee was awoken to the sound of Melanie Martinez’s song the Principal. It was one of her favorite songs that one of her favorite songs so she had set it as her alarm. She slowly opened her eyes and grabbed her round black glasses. She put them on and turned off her alarm. “Well guess it’s time to get up.” She mumbled to herself.

She slowly got up and made her way towards her dresser. She grabbed her uniform which consisted of a white collared shirt, a pale lilac skirt, and a dark lilac button up sweater vest. She went to her private bathroom, which was connected to her bedroom, and brushed her messy medium length brown hair. She then put her socks and shoes on, by the time she was finished it was about 6:10 am. She had about an hour and a half before she had to leave. She grabbed her phone off her nightstand and headed towards the kitchen.

When she walked into the kitchen she saw her mother preparing breakfast. “Good morning mother.” Claire greeted and walked over to her mother. “Good morning dear!” her mother said and gave her a quick side hug. “Breakfasts just about done. Could you go get yourbrothers dear?” she asked. Claire nodded and headed upstairs to her brothers’ room.

She knocked on the door and when there was no answer she walked in, and turned on the lights. She went over to her brother Harry’s bed and shook him a bit. “Harry it’s time to wake up, breakfast is almost done.” he slowly opened his eyes and mumbled, “Five more minutes…” and fell back to sleep. She sighed and went over to David’s bed. She did the same thing she did to Harry, but this time she got a different reaction. David actually got up, “good morning sis.” he mumbled “Don’t worry about Harry, i’ll get him up.” he said as he got up. Claire nodded and headed back to the kitchen. “They’ll be down soon.” she told her mother.

She then sat down at the table and checked the time. It was now 6:23 am, she decided to read one of her digital books until breakfast was ready. As she waited she heard footsteps coming downstairs. About a minute later her brothers walked into the kitchen and in union said “Good morning Mom” she  greeted them back and turned off the stove.

.She grabbed 4 plates and put two eggs and a few pieces of bacon on each plate. She then gave the boys and Claire their breakfast, and sat beside Claire. They all did their prayers, and began eating. “Where’s dad?” asked Harry as he got up to grab some orange juice. “At work, his first class of the semester starts in about an hour or so.” said Mrs. McGee.

After Breakfast was over Claire helped her mother clean up the kitchen a bit, Harry went to his room to take a quick nap, and David sat down in the living room to watch some tv. It was about seven am and Mrs.Mcgee had to head to work. She gave the teens a quick kiss on the forehead, and said goodbye as she walked out the door in her semi-formal outfit. Claire decided that she’d ride her bike to school since she still had about thirty five minutes before school started. She grabbed her things, and her bike chain, and headed towards her high school.

As she arrived to the school she saw her best friend, Abigail Cloud talking with her other best friend Jackson Raven. She rode over to them and greeted them. “Good morning! Are y’all excited for today, it is the first day after all! So many new freshman to meet!” said Abigail. Abigail was a social butterfly and loved meeting new people. Jackson on the other hand preferred having a few close friends, and Claire was right in between the two. Some people say she has a quirky personality. The trio entered the building, after putting Claire’s bike away that is, and went to the main office to get their schedules and other things they’d need. After that, they headed to the library and got their books. They all had the same lunch and a few periods together.
