Earth was always a place lovella wanted to be. If you asked her what her favourite thing was, it was Earth-along side helping people.

The white haired girl had never stepped a foot on ground, but she still adored it as if she did.

And even when she's locked up, she would sit, reading the book about Earth that she was given when she was 8.

"Haven't you read that about 50 times, lu?" Lovella peeled her eyes away from the book and looked up to see Octavia Blake upside down, hanging off the bunk bed of their shared cell.

"Yes, but, there is nothing you can do in a four by four room with nothing inside." Lovella hummed, a smile on her face, making Octavia roll her eyes, sitting up and jumping off the bed, sitting beside Lovella on her bed.

"What's even in this book?" Octavia frowned as Lovella passed it over, making the younger girl flip through the pages. "There are so many words, little pictures."

Lovella grinned as she went to speak, but the girl was interrupted by their cell door opening, three guards walking in.

"Prisoner 14-prisoner 17, stand up with your hands behind your back, facing the wall." One of the guards said as the two startled girls did as they said, standing up and turning around.

Lovella hissed as she felt a pain in her wrist, turning around. "What's going on? We both aren't eighteen yet." Octavia spoke up with a frown, looking down at the wristband around her wrist. Which was true, Lovella wasnt eighteen for another week.

"Where is Kane?" Lovella spoke up, her eyes wide. "It's not our time yet." But the girls' words weren't listened to as the guards grabbed both of them, pulling them out of their cell.

Lovellas brows furrowed as she stared at hundreds of kids being pulled out of their cells. Were they killing all of them?

"Hey, where is my dad?" Lovella tried to fight against the guard but it was no use. "We get to say goodbye-let me go say goodbye." She continued as the guards lead lovella and Octavia to a drop ship door. The two girls instantly turned to each other, both as confused as each other.

But when lovella saw the familiar face of Marcus Kane, the guard let go of her as she quickly made her way over to him, pulling him into a hug. "What's happening? Are they killing us all?" Lovella panicked as she pulled out of the hug, Kane placing his hands in the side of her head.

"No, lovella. You're going to the ground-you're going to Earth." Lovellas eyes widened as she looked up at her father.

"But what if I not safe? What if the air is tox-" she spoke quickly as Kane shook his head.

"It's safe, I promise you. But keep that wristband on-never take it off, okay. Promise me." Kane have her a Stern look as she nodded her head. "Be safe, okay."

"I will." Lovella nodded her head, biting back the smile. "But what about you?" She quickly asked.

"After you and the 99 are down, we will join you." Kane told her as multiple kids walked past them, Clarke griffin being carried in. Kane kissed lovellas forehead as he sent her a smile, the guard pulling her away and passing her a jacket to put on.

Lovella couldn't believe it. They were finally going to Earth. The white haired girl looked around at all the teenagers sitting in the seats, making lovella find her brunette friend and sit beside her. "What's going on, lu?" Octavia asked her as lovella buckled herself in.

"We're going to Earth!" Lovella grinned, trying not to clap from joy at the fact she was going to Earth. "We're actually going down to the ground, via!" Octavia grinned at her childlike happiness.

Also for y'all who is confused bc I didn't explain this in detail, lovellas parents  both died when she was like 2 so Kane adopted her as his own so she's technically his daughter and Yap yap but yes 🥰🥰
