WE PLAYED THE ORPHEUM

3rd Person POV

astrid felt a pull in her chest and she looked at reggie and alex. alex disappeared first and then reggie went.

"luke?" she asked

"i don't know astrid, i don't know" luke exclaimed and rhat was when astrid was pulled to the stage and she looked at julie , reggie and alex with a smile on her face. she continued to play her guitar as julie sang

I'ma stand tall" the song ended and they went to the end of the stage. astrid held reggie's hand and they bowed together. as she looked at alex and luke but they didn't cross over. they went to julie's and they fell to the floor with a groan

"guys that wasn't our unfinished business" she exclaimed as she fell back into reggie's chest and held her side. reggie held his side as they all held tears in their eyes and they stared into the darkness

the door opened and julie started to speak

"i know i already said this but thank you, guys" Julie said and reggie spoke up

"you're welcome" reggie said and astrid smacked her forehead

"idiot" she whispered and with that the light turned on and there stood julie staring at them

" why why are you here? I thought . no, I thought you cross over. Why didn't you cross over?" julie asked

"cause apparently we were wrong, that wasn't our unfinished business" Astrid cried

"point caleb" reggie said softly

" Did you to think that we cross over, so we pretended to. We just... We had nowhere else to go" luke said

" We thought you'd go straight to bed" reggie exclaimed

"no you did, me and alex didn't. If she was going to come out here but no one listens to us" astrid said

" you have save yourself right now. Go join Caleb's clubs. Please. It's better than not existing at all" Julie begged

" Let's just go. Go! Poo! Do something. Please. Do it for me. Please" Julie continued

"we're not going back there jules not even if we wanted to, he's a psychopath" Astrid exclaimed as they stood up and reggie played with her rings

" no music is worth making, julie, if We're not making it with you. No regrets" luke said and julie hugged luke

"i love you guys" she said and astrid looked at luke and julie with wide eyes

"holy shit" she exclaimed

"how can i feel you?" julie asked

"i... i don't know" luke stated with a smile

"i feel stronger" luke said to them

"alex, reggie, astrid, come" she said and astrid stood up with the help of reggie as they walked over and hugged each other. they held each other close and there was a light around them

"i i don't feel as weak anymore" reggie said

"yeah me too reg" astrid agreed

"yeah i agree, not that i was ever weak" Alex said and they all
laughed as the sign on their wrists lifted over their wrists and onto the air

"what do you think that means?" Julie asked

"i think caleb doesn't have a hold on us anymore" astrid exclaimed

"i think the band is back" luke said and they smiled at each other

"you guys think we could try that hug thing one more time?" alex said and they all nodded as they hugged

"i like this" reggie said

" me too" julie said

"WE PLAYED THE ORPHEUM" astrid exclaimed and they all started to laugh together. julie went inside that night and astrid went to the beach. reggie followed her and they sat down on the log

"why are we here?" reggie asked and she looked at the stars

"this is where it began for us reg" she said and reggie grabbed her face

"i love you astrid" he whispered and she smiled at him

" i love you reg" she said and they leaned in as they kissed each other. he tasted her cinnamon chapstick and she tasted his strawberry

"hey astrid?" he whispered

"yeah reg?" she asked

"i think i'm going to call you Cinnamon girl from now on" he said and they smiled as they kissed again

cinnamon girl had a whole new meaning now, one she liked, one she was okay with

astrid mercer was reggie's cinnamon girl

and that's the end of cinnamon girl, i tried to stretch it out as much as i could so you guys could love astrid and understand her more. i'm really sad that this is over but now i have time to work on other things. it's officially summer so i'm writing this on my phone in my room. there will be more time for me to write and to do things. i'm sorry that i didn't show more of astrid's backstory but the show didn't give me
much to work off of and to be completely honest they have said the show won't get a second season. so as much as i loved writing astrid, this is goodbye. she was truly an amazing character to write and yeah, thank you for reading, come back when ever you need to or want to. astrid loves you and so do i.
