I'm trapped in a room. My stepmother was so kind enough to not even leave the key on accident. Please note my sarcasm, for I'm really upset at the moment.

I huffed before staring outside. There's nothing much going on, except for the usual drama.

At the moment, realization hit me. If I'm trapped here, then Prince Plagg won't know that I'm his true love...

"Okay, stepmother, it's on! There's no way, I'm about to run away from my happily ever after!" I said to myself determinedly as I begin to make a rope out of my stepsister's old clothes.

Within ten minutes, I finished creating a rope. I grin to myself as I start tying the rope to my hook before tying the rest around my waist.

Now, with a bit of luck, I might actually escape. What will happen next? Find out in the next chapter!
