~~~ At the Hospital ~~~

Ciel was in a hospital bed, recovering from his asthma attack. Lizzy and the Host Club were in his hospital room, waiting for him to wake up.

"What have we done?" Everyone looked back at the twins. "We should've left him alone."

"If he was awake," Starts Hikaru.

"We would be able to say-"

"Sorry."

"Looks like you got your chance. " Everyone looked back, and saw Ciel, sitting up in bed.

"Ciel, you're awake!" They all shouted. Hikaru and Kaoru got up, and walked over to Ciel.

"Ciel, we're sorry-" Hikaru started.

"For taking your diary." Kaoru continued.

"We didn't mean to upset you like that." They finished. Ciel just smiled.

"It's alright. It's not the first time something like this happened." Everyone smiled at the happy look on Ciel's face. "Oh! I almost forgot. Tamaki, I would like to join the Host Club, if it's alright with Lizzy." Everyone looked back at Lizzy.

"I don't like the idea of you flirting with other girls, but I can come and be next to Ciel I'm fine with it." The twins, Tamaki, and Honey cheered.

"Welcome to the Host Club, Ciel." Haruhi said.
