It was a rainy day, and Ciel and Lizzy were walk to class together, holding hands. Once they entered the classroom, everyone stared at Ciel, and started snickering. Ciel and Lizzy headed to the back of the class, where Haruhi and the twins, who were also snickering, were at.

"What the hell is everyone laughing about." Ciel asked Haruhi, who was giving the twins a 'say-it-and-I'll-hit-you-with-a-book' look, but they didn't care.

"Oh, nothing, diary boy!!!!" Everyone except Lizzy, Haruhi, who face-palmed, and Ciel, who's face was red, laughed. Ciel looked down at the floor, and started shaking, making everyone stop laughing, and look at him.

"You bloody idiots are so...so." Ciel then ran out the classroom, and Lizzy went after him. Haruhi grabbed a book, and hit the twins in the head.

"You idiots! Why would you do this. Ciel is new here, and you can't respect his property. You better apologize to Ciel." Haruhi ran after Ciel, leaving the twins in shock.

~~~~~Ciel POV ~~~~~

I ran out into Ouran's garden. I didn't care if it was raining, I just want to get away. I found a maze and entered it without thinking. I started to slow down after I just took a few steps in the maze, and collapsed, and started coughing.

'Damn asthma' I thought.

"Ciel!" I heard Lizzy and Haruhi yell. That was when everything went black.

Lizzy and Haruhi ran into the maze, and found Ciel on the gound. They both gasped, and ran to his side. He kept coughing every now and then.

"He must've had an asthma attack. Haruhi, please go get help." Lizzy beg. Haruhi nodded, and left to go get a teacher.

~~~~~ Time Skip ~~~~~

Haruhi came back with just about every teacher in the school, and the Host Club,behind her, and the whole school looking through the windows and doors.

"What happen?" asked Tamaki.

"He had an asthma attack. Call an ambulance, please." Lizzy pleaded.

"Already on it." Kyoya says, as he got out his phone. Haruhi turned to the twins, making them flinch, and started yelling at them.

"This is all your faults! You just had to go through his bag, and blab his secrets, Didn't you? 'Cause thanks to you guys, Ciel's going to the hospital!" She began to cry, as did Lizzy and the rest of the Host Club, except Mori and Kyoya, but they did look sorry. The ambulance then came. The paramedics ran over, with a stretcher, and put Ciel on the stretcher. One of the paramedics walked over to the teachers, and asked,

"Is there someone here who's related to this boy?" Lizzy ran up to the man, and said,

"That'll be me, *sniff* I'm his cousin." She then got in the ambulance, explaining what happened.
