Juhyuns eyes widened at the message, she rubbed her eyes and looked again and it was still there. she then sat up crossing her legs and frowing her eyebrows.

topbitchju: o shit u rite

chimsquared: you should talk to me when u see me next time i bet we'd be great friends

topbitchju: mhmmm sure lol

chimsquared: ??

topbitchju: it's just that my fuckboy senses are tingling

chimsquared: *gasps* I'm not a fuckboy ;(

juhyun sighed at the short reply and locked her phone. she pulled the covers over her head and slowly started to feel her eyelids get heavier as thoughts of jimin ran through her mind.

after her 30 minute long nap juhyun woke up and decided to go downstairs to see if her mom was back.

she put on her slippers and went downstairs only to be met with the sight of emptiness. she sighed and pulled her phone from her hoodie to text her mom.

ju: aye mom where u at

#101mum: im gonna get home l8 2day so order take out aND DO NOT FORGET TO FEED THE FISH

ju: ok mother

#101mum: love you 💘

juhyun gave a slight laugh at 'the mum emoji' before texting that she loved her too.

she went to the cookie jar to see how much money was there and she had to say that it was more than what her mum usually left.

juhyun was the type of girl who would tell her mum that she bought an expensive meal when in reality she got something super cheap and was saving the money for other things.

she wanted to save as much money as possible so she decided to eat ramen which was the cheapest thing she could think of at the moment. unfortunately though the kitchen was close to empty so she had to go to the convenience store to eat.

she huffed in annoyance because she hated making effort and leaving the comfort of her house.

she went up to her room and put on some yoga pants and a pair of sneakers not even bothering to change out of the hoodie she was already wearing.

she was still new to the neighborhood but she did know that the convenience store was at the end of the long street.

after ten minutes or so juhyun was already holding a boiling hot cup of ramen and was sitting next to the glass window. she was just about to place the chopsticks in her mouth but she felt someone bump into her making the wooden sticks fall to the floor.

"yo what the fuck?" juhyun questioned pissed, she then turned around to look at a guy. a guy that most people would classify as cute.

"oh I'm sorry" the boy said picking up the chopsticks and placing them in the bin.

"wait i know you" he said taking a second glance at juhyun before continuing "you're that new girl at school, juhyun right?"

"yeah how'd you know I haven't even seen you around?"

"I'm in another class so maybe you haven't gotten the chance to see me yet and I'm the student body president so i know everything" the boy explained.

"whatever just buy me new chopsticks you dick"

"excuse me?"

"I'm really fucking hungry and would appreciate a new pair instead of the ones in the trash" juhyun said giving a bitter smile.

the boy's eyes were still wide in shock from her choice of words but he tried to shrug it off as he went to the cashier to buy her new chopsticks and head back towards her table.

as soon as he reached the table juhyun snatched away the sticks and eagerly opened the packet instantly using them to shove a few strings of noodle in her mouth.

"sorry for being rude man i was just hungry so i got angry" juhyun said midway through stuffing her face.

"it's okay" the boy smiled "I'm jungkook by the way"

"it's nice to meet you" she said smiling back.

they talked for a while before juhyun saw that it was getting late and excused herself to go home. jungkook was a nice guy and offered to take her home but juhyun didn't want to continue being friends with him since she never got along well with these so called students body presidents.

in her eyes they were just nerds with a social life and you can tell jungkook was an innocent type of guy just from his nickname 'kookie'.

but little did she know that jungkook was far from innocent.
