For Better or Better

For better or worse, a biblical verse

Oath taken in suit and tie.

All in white uttering beautiful lies

Sultry, blue eyes.

Dreams in depth turn dreams to regrets

Living in your mercy of debts.

A thousand suns you would burn

Oh, fevered lies at every turn.

Every cry

Blackened eye

Never to learn

Love will die in the burn.

Venom uttered spit, ruthless fire

Such innocence, those who see, blinded admires.

Truths unknown, heart bears ice to stone

Misery shall creep gray and old, dying decrepit all alone.

You will rue the day

She will speak with closed mouth as grinning bears hurtful say.

Love lost, Nor found

Never turn back, walking imprints the ground.

Evil shadows carry echoed sound

Simply, worthless bound.

Farewell and goodnight

No fairytale to end, nightmares delight.
