-Samantha-

The hospital therapist came in at around three in the afternoon. And I believe that she had something against Nathan.

The first thing she said after she sat down in a chair was, "Sir, can you leave?"

Nathan frowned, "Do I have to leave?" He asked.

"No, but who are you to the patient?"

"Her boyfriend," he said instantly.

The therapist looked at Nathan then me, she repeated this action about three times before she wrote something down on her notepad.

"So, Samantha or do you prefer Sam how are you feeling today?" She asked slowly.

I frowned, then shrugged. "I prefer Sam, and as for how I feel pretty good my headache is gone," I told her.

"No, I mean how do you feel emotionally and mentally?" She asked me.

"I'm fine, I'm happy. Just sleepy but insomnia will do that to you," I said.

She wrote something down on her notepad then she looked back up at me. "So, you're happy. But you're also tired all the time? Is that why you took the pills?" She asked me.

I was about to say that I didn't take any stupid pills, but instead I just let out a sigh, "I hardly remember what happened. I just remember being tired."

She looked at Nathan, "If you're her boyfriend did you know what was wrong with her?" She asked.

"No, I knew she had been having trouble sleeping and that's all," he told her.

"You knew that she was having trouble sleeping but you didn't know about her taking the pills?" She asked him slowly.

He frowned and gave her an are-you-kidding-me look, "I'm a guy, it's not like I can just go waltzing into the girl's locker room even if I did have a good reason to."

"But what about the teacher? Surely you could have asked the gym teacher?" She suggested.

Nathan let out sigh, "Like I said before I only knew that, Sam had insomnia. I didn't know anything about this."

The therapist tapped on the her notepad with her pen, before she wrote something down.

I heard Theo chuckle, "Did you know that many therapist believe that I don't exist. They should really believe kids, when they tell them that there's a monster in their bed or in their closet," he said slowly.

"Can I ask you something? What do you think of the boogeyman?" I asked her.

The therapist frowned at me, "I think that it's nothing more than a imaginary, friend that children make up when scared."

You have no clue how wrong you are lady.

Theo started laughing, "Oh, I know who I'm going to visit tonight."

I let out a sigh, "Are we finished?" I asked her.

"Yes, Samantha I guess we're done here," she sighed.

When the therapist was leaving the room I noticed that her shadow was grinning at her. The sight of it sent a chill up my spine and caused me to shudder.

It was around seven at night when Nathan left by then though my mom had come back. I was flicking through the TV stations while my mom was asleep when I noticed a crow perched in the recliner.

If Nathan shapeshifted into a dove then that's Theo.

"Why are you here?" I asked him.

The crow seemed to smile at me, then it's form was covered in darkness. A moment later Theo was sitting there in the recliner with his legs crossed.

"Well goodnight, Sam how are you doing?" He asked.

I rolled my eyes, "Awful, crappy, bored, I'll live though," I grumbled.

Theo started walking over to me but I grabbed one of the things my mom had brought me. It was something that I pretty much demanded she go out and buy for me, a dream catcher. After so many nightmare encounters with Theo I wasn't about to face him without some type of protection.

Theo gave me a very amused look. "Aw, that's so adorable. Did you make this yourself, Sam? I didn't know that you were so talented with your hands," he said.

He quickly reached out and snatched it from me, then he began twirling it around his fingers. "The only things these are good for are wonderful air guitar, but other than that these don't work on me. Unless you have one made from baby bones, crow feathers, and horsehair then that's a different story," he told me.

I shivered and recoiled away from him, "Oh my god, that is so disgusting! Who would use baby bones or human bones for anything!?" I exclaimed.

Theo sighed, "You have to remember that I'm from a different time, back then that was acceptable, along with murder and a lot of other stuff that's illegal currently. Well illegal in some places," he muttered.

"Well they don't exactly teach that stuff in history class," I whispered as I played with the hem of my pajama shirt. My mom had brought a couple changes of clothes for me when she came back.

"Wait if you're here where's, Nathan?" I asked slowly.

He blinked slowly before answering me, "I took over his body, since it's dark outside it's not like he'll like it anyway."

Now that I think about it Nathan never did like the dark much.

Theo gave me the dream catcher back. "That therapist now one hundred percent believed that I exist," he said.

"Theo, what did you do?" I asked frowning.

"I may have made her too paranoid to even lay on top of her bed for a while. But hey look at it this way at least she's not dead."

I rolled my eyes, "Yes, because being severely paranoid, scared, and possibly scarred for life is slightly better," I sighed.

Theo smiled slightly, "Actually it kind of is, look at Nathan's bloodline except for Ash they're doing pretty alright."
