Ciante smiled as she sat across from Antoine while her kids ran around the obstacle course that was inside of the discovery zone.

It warmed her heart to see how happy her kids were, playing with the other children and having a great time.

"Thank you so much Antoine", Ciante said as she looked at him. "I mean it"

"Its no problem," Antoine said with a smile, sipping his Fruit Punch from his cup. "They sure can eat, especially that little one...whew wee"

Ciante laughed. "Yeah cee-cee can eat her little butt off and it goes nowhere. I hope it stays like that when she gets older"

"You okay from earlier though right?"

"What you mean?" Ciante asked, taking a bite of her pizza.

"The whole baby sitter thing. That shit would have me ready to tear niggas heads off too"

"Yeah...well, it ain't no telling how many times she did that shit. Ms. Ray never struck me as the type to do something like that but if I see her I'ma whoop her old ass"

Antoine began to choke as he laughed at the same time. He patted his chest as Ciante stood up to pat his back hard.

"I'm good, I'm good" he managed to get out, still laughing.

"What's so funny?" Ciante questioned with a chuckle.

"You just don't strike me as the type to be cussin and stuff. You know?"

"I try not to. My kids repeat everything. Kunari first cuss word was dick because she heard a man on the bus say it, Cashmere's was ass and I don't even know how"

Antoine looked to his side to see Cee-Cee running back towards the table wearing her little white and gold sweater and jeans with pink socks as her hair knockers swung side to side.

"Mama, I want thuice" she whined as she climbed on the chair next to Antoine.

"Its Juiceeeee baby not thuice" Ciante giggled as she passed Cee-Cee her cup.

Cee-cee sipped her apple juice as she looked up at Antoine with a smile on her face. Her brown eyes sparkled as she stared up at Antoine.

"Hi," She said softly.

"Hey" Antoine waved at Cee-Cee. "You having fun?"

"Yeth" Cee-Cee said, nodding her head. "I-I ran with...with my brudda and my sister too"

"You did?!" Antoine said excitedly. "You tired yet?"

She shook her head no, swinging her hair knockers.

"No, I not sheepy yet...I don't want to nap yet" she said with a high pitch voice and smile.

"Go play some more as long as you want" Antoine stood up and picked Cee-Cee up, tickling her before putting her down.

She giggled before running off to find her siblings as the other children laughed and screamed, running through the indoor park.

"She a cute little girl" Antoine said as he watched her cee-cee little bow-legged self- runoff.

"She's a mess. Three years old and always have people wrapped around her finger" Ciante said, chewing more of her pizza.

"All your kids are cute. Kunari is funny"

"She doesn't know when to be quiet," Ciante said, shaking her head. "Chatterbox. Her dad was a chatterbox"

Antoine listened to Ciante talk before he felt his pager start to go off on his hip. He looked down at the black pager that flashed 2-1-1.

"What he hell he want," he said out loud.

"Who?" Ciante questioned, peeking over at Antoine.

"Eazy"

"Hold on, excuse me for a second" Antoine said before getting up from the table and making his way to the front of the discovery zone.

Ciante nodded as she watched her children slide down the orange tube and into the pit of colorful balls. They fell all over each other as they laughed and giggled with the other children before climbing out of the pit.

This is all she wanted was to see her kids happy and smiling for once. They go through so much to be so young, but they never complain, cry, or pout. She was blessed to have such well-mannered and humble kids.

Ciante turned around to see Antoine at the front of the store talking on a phone that one of the employees let him use. She had no idea where these feelings for him came from. What started as a small flame turned into a full, blazing inferno.

She didn't want to get too attached to him because he is a celebrity and he will be leaving to tour the country and couldn't be left alone again with her feelings to mend.

Antoine returned with 5 milkshakes topped with oreo cookies and whipped cream in a cup holder. He sat the cups on the table along with the half-eaten pie of pizza, French fries and ketchup cups.

"Antoine" Ciante said as she watched him put the cups on the table. " Really?"

"Really what?" he asked as he eyed Ciante up and down with a lustful sparkle in his eyes.

"Nothing" she blushed. "My kids gonna be bouncing off the walls with all this sugar you pumpin into they bellies"

" Aw c'mon" Antoine waved her off, sliding a milkshake towards her. "They'll burn it off"

She sipped the milkshake as she motioned for her kids to come over to the table. The three amigos ran towards the table, huffing and puffing with little sweat beads on their little foreheads.

"Hey mama," Cashmere said out of breath as he sat next to Antoine. "OOOH, can I have a milkshake?"

"Mr. Antoine bought them for you guys. What do you say?"

"Thank you," Kunari and Cashmere said as they exchanged glances before sipping their shake.

"Your welcome" he smiled and winked at them.

"Tank you Mr.Yella," Cee-Cee said as she climbed up on Ciante lap.

Everyone laughed as they engaged in conversation over pizza, fries, and milkshakes. The kids cracked jokes, causing Ciante and Antoine to laugh at their silliness too.

Once everyone was finished, Antoine and Ciante helped the kids get their shoes and outerwear on before leaving the discovery zone and entering the parking lot. Antoine went to get the car and helped secure Kunari and Cee-Cee inside of their car seats.

The sun was peeking from behind the clouds as it was beginning to set soon. There was cool air, causing the palm trees topped with snow to sway from side to side. It was purely magical to see.

Views like this reminded Ciante as to why she loved California and she vowed to never leave. It put a smile on her face, and it made Antoine smile to see how happy she was.

Antoine drove while the sounds of Ready for the World, Love you down played from the radio

"Ohhh, I like this song mama!" Kunari shouted. "Lemme luvv you downnnn whooo!"

"Girl!" Ciante yelled, turning around and looking at Kunari who was snapping her fingers offbeat.

Antoine and Cashmere burst out in laughter at how serious Kunari was singing the song. Ciante rolled her eyes and laughed at her daughter silliness.

"You like that song huh?" Antoine asked.

"Yup. I love music" Kunari said proudly with a smile. "Music is my life"

"You wanna record your own song?" Antoine asked.

"YEAH!" Kunari and Cashmere yelled together eagerly, smiling at each other.

Ciante looked over at Antoine who winked at her before getting on the freeway toward Torrance. Ciante already had an idea of what he had up his sleeve but decided not to say anything.

20 minutes later, Antoine was parking alongside the curb and cut the engine off. The kids fell asleep but were woken up when the car shut off.

"Where are we, mama?" Cashmere asked sleepily.

"You'll see," Ciante said as she turned around to look at her son in the backseat.

The two gathered the kids out of the car before closing the door. Antoine held Cee-Cee as she laid her head on his shoulder, which made Ciante feel a little uncomfortable at how attached she was becoming to Antoine.

Antoine appeared to become attached to Cee-Cee as well. She didn't want to ruin the moment for her kids so she decided to bite her tongue and shut up.

Antoine opened the door with his free hand, using his foot to keep it open while they walked through.

"Thank You" Ciante smiled.

"Your welcome"

The door closed behind them as Antoine told them to follow him. Ciante felt so nervous as she realized she was at a recording studio, but tried to calm her nerves as she heard some music blasting but no words were attached to it.

"Wassup yall" Antoine said, entering the studio with Cee-Cee in his arms.

"Whoa, Yella you had a baby that fast?" Eazy teased as he glanced at the little girl. "Who is this?"

Cashmere, Kunari, and Ciante entered the studio standing behind Antoine as the fellas were sprawled out in different sections of the studio.

"Fellas, this is Ciante and her children, Cashmere, Kunari, and Lil Cee-Cee" Antoine introduced them.

Cashmere eyes widened as he looked around at the guys who waved back.

"M-Ma..Ma...Its-Its...Its...N.W.A" Cashmere stammered as he blinked rapidly with his mouth wide opened.

"Wassup lil dude" Cube greeted with the peace sign from across the room.

"Mama," Kunari said, looking at her. "Who these people?"

"Kunari" Ciante placed her hand on her daughter's head. "This is Eazy-E, Ice Cube, Dr.Dre, and Mc Ren. They are famous from the group NWA"

Kunari turned her head to look at them as they waved. She squinted her eyes and pointed. "They be on TV. Cash always look at some music video on the Box"

"Yeah, its Eazier said than dunn!" Cashmere jumped up and down with a smile on his face. "Whoa, I can't believe this. Mama, I ain't know you knew them"

"Me either" Ren muttered, causing Cube to elbow him in his side.

"Gon ' head and make ya'll selves comfortable," Eazy said as he motioned for them to come inside of the studio.

Cashmere tossed his coat on to the nearby couch and ran over to Dre, asking him questions on how to mix music while Kunari stood next to Ciante and hiding behind her leg.

"You don't have to be scared baby" Ciante looked down and told her baby. "They are nice"

Kunari looked up at her mommy and then glancing at Eazy, who was talking to Antoine and tickling Cee-Cee who was giggling shyly.

"Okay," she faintly spoke before walking over to Eazy and tugging his pants leg.

Eazy looked down at her and smirked.

"Yes, ma'am?"

"My name Kunari and I'm 5." she grinned, showing her two missing teeth.

"Is that right? That name pretty for a pretty little girl like you" Eazy said with a grin.

Kunari gazed at him before a wide grin slowly spread across her face.

"Thank you," she said with a huge grin." Mama, I love him"

Ciante rolled her eyes and pulled Kunari away from Eazy, who started cackling at Kunari's boldness.

"Please excuse her, she ain't got no sense," Ciante said, embarrassed.

"Nah it's cool, I get that a lot. Not so much from 5-year-olds but ya know" Eazy laughed, taking a seat across from Dre and Cashmere.

While the guys entertained the kids, recording music with them, playing hide and seek, and Eazy even went out to get the kids some hot chocolate and Christmas donuts Yum Yum donuts.

Kunari sat next to Eazy, smiling in his face with her arm rested beneath her chin while Eazy worked on some paperwork, sipping his cocoa and eating a honey bun while Dre, Ren, and Cashmere continued to make beats.

Everyone appeared happy.

Ciante had her legs across Antoine while he rubbed them as she sipped her hot cocoa. Cee' Cee fell asleep on Cube's stomach from playing "airplane" with her for the past hour.

"Look at this one" Ciante whispered to Antoine, nodding her head.

He looked over at Kunari who was so infatuated with Eric, causing him to laugh quietly and shake his head.

"She like Eazy huh"

"She a trip" Ciante chuckled before sipping her cocoa.

"You okay?" Antoine questioned, rubbing her legs.

"I am, thank you for asking" Ciante looked at Antoine with a smile. "Thank you so much for everything, I really mean it"

"Its cool love" He assured her. "Still never told me what you wanted for Christmas"

" I don't want anything," she said quickly.

Antoine scooted closer to Ciante and twisted his lips at her.

"Ciante, come on there has to be something that you want. Anything that you could have for Christmas what would it be?"

Ciante looked down at her cocoa before thinking hard about what she really wanted for Christmas.

"Well, just for my kids to be happy and you did just that so I am forever thankful"

Antoine blushed as he nodded his head. "Your welcome"

"What about you?"

"What about me?"

"What do you want Antoine?" Ciante asked, "Your so worried bout everyone else but never said what you wanted"

Antoine shrugged his shoulder, " I don't know if you comfortable with it"

Ciante raised a brow. "I know you ain't-"

"Nah Nah not that girl...no way!" Antoine cut her off, waving his hands in surrender. "I would never disrespect you"

"Oh, well then what?" Ciante laughed.

"Promise you won't get mad when I tell you"

"I promise"

Antoine sighed before leaning forward and planting a kiss on Ciante's lips, then sittin back and looking away from her.

"OOH!" Ren and Cashmere cooed. "Mama, you kissed Mr. DJ Yella"

Ciante face turned red as she laughed and covered her face. "He kissed me!"

"I like kisses," Kunari said as her eyes glimmered at Eric.

Eric slowly looked up and at Kunari before turning to Antoine and Ciante. 

"HELP" he mouthed to them, causing them to laugh.

"That's all I wanted for Christmas," Antoine said, blushing.

"Youll gets more where that came from" Ciante whispered in his ear before blushing and giggling.

Antoine grinned hard before wrapping his arm around Ciante's shoulder. She looked around to let everything process to see her kids so happy and working with NWA, some hardcore gangstas that's soft around kids.

Ciante laughed to her self as Kunari followed Eazy around. This is all she wanted for her kids to have.

Pure happiness.
