"I can't believe you still don't have a boyfriend!" Ino rolled her eyes.

We just finished shopping for Christmas and we are now in Starbucks drinking the limited addition Red Cups.

"How would I know if he likes me..?" I muttered.

"It's so obvious that he does,Sakura!" TenTen sighed.

"Well,it isn't obvious to me.." I mumbled.

"I'm sure he likes you,Sakura-chan" Hinata said.

"He has so many fangirls. He could pick anyone he wants. Why me?"

"He likes you,Sakura. I can tell by the way he looks at you!" Ino groaned.

"You are the only one who can beat him in school. Both of you were like rivals! I'm sure he likes that!" Hinata giggled.

"Exactly! It has been so many years since you like him. You are 25 now!" TenTen said. "He even stayed in Japan when he had the chance to study abroad. For you."

"How would you know he stayed for me? Even if he did,he isn't here now. He left. I'm not even sure whether I still like him after all these years.." I avoided their gaze.

"That's because you kept him waiting for too long.." Ino sighed.

"If you don't like him,then why didn't you accept Sasuke's proposal? He has been asking you out for years! Even now!" Hinata said.

I became speechless. I didn't know what to say. I'm trying to forget him,but I can't..

"Hey babe,lets spend Christmas Eve together" A voice said.

"Deidei~!" Ino squealed and hugged Deidara. "Well girls,I'm gonna go."

"Bitch,wanna do something fun tonight?" A voice asked behind Deidara.

"WHAT DID YOU CALL ME?!" TenTen growled.

"H-H-Honey.." Hidan trembled in fear.

"Good boy" TenTen smirked in triumph and hooked arms with him. "Bye girls~" She winked and left after Ino.

"Guess it's just you and me,huh?" I looked at Hinata.

"No,it will be just you" She smiled apologetically.

"Please don't tell me I'm spending Christmas Eve alone.." I fake cried.

"I'm sorry,Sakura-chan. Itachi is waiting for me outside" She said and got up. "Bye!"

She walked out of the door and gave Itachi a kiss on the lips.

I sighed and got out. I walked along the streets of Konoha,then bumped into someone.

"Sorry,I- Sasuke?" I blinked in surprise.

"Sakura. Nice to meet you." He smiled.

I smiled back at him and saw him holding hands with a red head.

"Karin?" I stared in shock.

"Hi,Sakura-chan. It has been awhile." She smiled.

"I see your dream came true" I smirked.

She blushed and giggled. Sasuke chuckled.

"Well,have fun you two love birds!" I grinned and walked past them.

Even those two found each other.

I wonder..

"Sakura?" A voice called. I froze. This voice.. Could it be??

I slowly turned towards the direction and my eyes widened like the size of saucers.

"S-Sasori??" I gasped. My tears unconsciously flow down my cheeks.

Sasori walked towards me and wiped off my tears with his soft thumb. He cupped my cheeks and smiled at me.

"It has been awhile,Sakura"

"I-I thought you.."

"I came back for a holiday. Why are you crying?"

"I.. I guess I was just too happy to see you" I cried more and wiped my tears.

"I'm so happy to hear that" He said and cupped my cheeks with both of his hands.

He leaned on me and pulled my face closer. Then,our lips touched gently.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and hugged him tightly.

"I missed you,Sasori. So so much!" I buried my face in the crook of his neck.

"Me too,Sakura. Me too." He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled my body to his.

I pulled away and stared into his eyes.

"Sasori,I-" He stopped me by putting a finger on my lips.

"Let me speak first" He said and I nodded.

"Sakura,I love you since the day my eyes set on you. Your loving eyes and your intelligence. Your warm heart managed to make my heart beat. I didn't have the courage to tell you. I stayed here for you,but left because I wanted to forget about you."

"I was disturbed by the fact that Sasuke is asking you out. Jealous,you can say. I was afraid. So I ran away. But I couldn't. I love you so much,more than you can imagine. But I'm sorry to say...that I have to leave and I'll be back in a two years. Will you wait for me?"

I was crying my eyes out and he kept wiping my tears away while chuckling.

"I love you too,Sasori! I loved you since I first locked eyes with you! You are too perfect and I thought you would never have your eyes on me. I love you,Sasori! I love you! I'll wait for you! For as long as it takes! I promise!" I sobbed.

"I'm so glad.. Sakura. Thank you" He said and pulled me in for a deep and passionate kiss.

"MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!"

I hugged Sasori and grinned at him.

"Merry Christmas!"

"Merry Christmas" He smiled and wrapped his arms around my waist,pulling me closer.

We kissed passionately in the crowd and leaned our foreheads together with a wide smile plastered on our face.

This is the best Christmas Eve ever! The best present I could ever wish for!
