BACKGROUND:
Kieran Harlow was born some time in 1809 to Al-Thello and Inej Harlow on Hala, the home planet of the Kree empire. At age 18, Kieran joined the Kree army, just as her father, and fought in the Kree's war to expand upon their power. On her first mission, to a planet called Yenvon, she was tasked with taking the capital city along with a legion of soldiers. She saw first hand what horrors the Kree force upon innocent people. She decided she didn't want to be apart of the army and deserted, but when she arrived home, she found out her mother was killed because of her insurrection. She was arrested and brought before the Supreme Intelligence, who said she owed them a life debt for not killing her for her desertion. She was a very skilled warrior because of her father and was therefore seen as useful, so the Supreme Intelligence declared she would pay off her debt working as the Kree's personal assassin. To make sure she wouldn't desert again, they put a bracelet on her that would prevent her from disobeying the Supreme Intelligence. Many years later, upon hearing about the power the Kree sought on earth, and knowing what that would mean for the rest of the universe, she cut off her hand, freeing herself from the bracelet. She left Hala to warn earth, which is where we meet her in Enhanced.
