Madi - Scientist
Hey everyone! I'm sure you all remember Madi, the sweet and completely innocent scientist who looked after Aria when she was given her abilities? Well I created a short POV from her to show you all (: Just so you know, Madi didn't know what was going on. Because she was their smartest scientist but wouldn't go along with anything harmful, she too was lied to.

Humming to myself I continue writing down the chemical formula to the Ability I'd been working on for so long. I can't help but feel a prideful excitement, knowing that I've made something wonderful. I'm writing it in a royal blue ink colour, and already some has managed to make it's way from the pen onto my way too pale flesh. I say 'way too pale' because I am never out of the lab to get any sunlight. Goes with the job I suppose. My left hand plays with the hem of my labcoat, an excited habit of mine.
"Madi, how's it going there?" Alex, one of my bosses, asks. He stands behind me to the side, his arms folded in an intimidating way.
"G-good. I've finished it mostly. I just need to create it and try it out on a tissue sample." Everyone is scared of Alex. His bipolar manner more often than not is leaned towards the angry side, and you do not want someone like him angry with you.
"That's fine," he says curtly. "Make it ready by tomorrow. You'll be assigned your test subjects."
"Can I, um..." I pause, realizing asking this isn't a great idea. They don't appreciate us bonding with the kids here. They say it may compromise our work.
"Well? Spit it out then! Come on Madi, you're supposed to be our smartest scientist here. Stop staring at me like a drugged up imbecile."
"Sorry sir." I nod my head. "I was wondering what their names are?"
"Uhm." He looks to the side, the way a person does when recalling a memory or forgotten information. "One of them is that Sixteen named Aria."
"Thank you!" I say genuinely. I expected him to yell, not answer my question.
"Whatever. Get back to work."
"Of course." I finish the very last part of the formula and then hurry over to my little workspace, grabbing the tissue sample and chemicals needed. Now committed to memory, the formula is easy for me to create. The finished product is clear in colour, with the slightest purple tinge. Now begins the fun part. Uncovering the petri dish containing the tissue, I hold the ready serum. Using a pasteur pipette, I drop a small amount into the dish.
I gasp in delight when the tissue looks to have disappeared. I have successfully created a way to make living things invisible.
