She has many books and I promise you, you won't regret checking them out because omg Frenemies will definitely make you run mad. There were so many times I almost stopped reading because the drama in April, Jordan, Dumlesi, Wendy, Tari, Fisayo, Goriola, Nimi, Nancy, Light, Wealth and so many other's lives were just too much for me to handle but I continued because I just became so addicted to reading it like literally, that book is the proper definition of juicy. I woke up a little bit late today but at least I enjoyed my sleep luckily because Miss Okoye was not around but surprisingly, Daisy and Tolani were already prepared for school.

They were even gisting.

And she said she's sorry.

Seems like they've already ganged up against me.

Ehn, not my business anyways.

I do the needful and in no time, I'm in school but this time, alone.

As usual.

I was quite glad that our hostel devotion was not too long since it was a Monday and I just wanted to start our NECO immediately.

Even the juniors didn't waste much time in eating their breakfast.

Quite weird if you ask me.

And of course, there was no devotion for me since I was in the graduating class and I had a morning exam paper today.

I decide to spend my time in the library with a few of my classmates that are not Jaden, Kola, Nnamdi, Tolani or Daisy and of course, I'm not blind.

I noticed that Tolani and Daisy were not talking to either of them which the boys didn't notice until Kola asked for a pen.

Daisy, being Daisy, snubbed him and when he tried touching her to get her attention got insulted.

A lot of people were shocked at that act.

Some laughed and some gave blank stares.

I was part of the latter only because I knew what was really going on that a lot of people didn't know.

Yet.

Soon enough, it was time for our first paper, Christian Religious Studies, and we were told to move to the Conference room which was not far from the library, unlike our WAEC Examination which was held in the Biology Laboratory.

Because that was where we were going to write our exams, only Year 12's, the teacher of the subject we were having for that day and of course, the Director Of Studies were allowed to use the short passage to get to the Conference room.

No one was ever allowed there so I wasn't shocked at all.

The only annoying thing was that we could hear noises from downstairs, the passage or the library but I guess Mr. Segun and the librarian handled that pretty well.

Although Mr Segun did not help us in convincing the invigilators to allow us use our dubs, we still did.

I mean they still did, not me.

I only helped them check if the dubs were quiet and gave them answers that's all.

I did my examination all on my own.

It's not like I was proud.

No I was far from it.

But I didn't need the dubs.

All my classmates knew, even the science guys.

I was basically the dub itself.

If you get.

But that only happened if the subject was not Maths.

God, I hate that subject.

We also sat anyhow we wanted to since we were not as much as the science department and of course, Adeola and Divine sat down next to me.

I didn't just sit down next to Adeola because she begged me to but because she was the main source of dubs so therefore, I had to confirm if they were all correct before it was passed down to the rest of the class.

Unfortunately, through this process, I had to communicate to Daisy, Tolani and Jaden.

But I didn't care, this was our exam we were talking about and I'm pretty sure Daisy and Tolani understood and thought twice about it.

Except they were ready to get backlashed by the rest of us.

After two hours and thirty minutes, I was finally done.

I ended up being the last person to leave the hall but not without checking my scripts to be sure that I wrote well.

Since it was break time, and the 12'o clock prayer had already finished, I decided to rush downstairs and buy doughnut before it ran out.

I bought two doughnuts, Sprite which I later poured into my waterbottle and one gala.

I decided to chill in the chapel with my laptop on the floor.

The chapel was not too big but quite spacious and it had a carpet on the floor except for where the wooden seats which had a knee rest connected to it were and the large table which held some bibles, two candles and a short statue of Mary, the mother of Jesus.

There was a white board on the wall directly behind the wooden table.

That indicated the front of the chapel when you walked in.

There were a few paintings hung on the wall and it had four windows at each side.

It was painted white to embellish the holiness of the place and there were red comfy chairs on the carpet area which brought its beauty out more.

Some of my classmates were already there but they didn't stay for long after we finished gisting.

But after thirty minutes, I was graced by a significant presence which I already knew who it belonged to.

His polished black shoes always gave himself out before his deep, smooth and husky voice.

"Hey."

"What's up, how was the exam?"

"It was good actually but I don't need to ask you since you're C.R.S itself."

I laughed.

"Lol, I don't have your time, stay there".

He chuckled.

"I'm guessing you're not busy now?"

"Na, not at all. I mean I came to hangout with you so...."

"Lol, I get calm. I'm asking cos I want to discuss something important with you and you have to be 100% truthful about this. I mean it".

He laughed, pushing his head backwards.

"Babe, have I ever lied to you?"

On that instance, one of the caregivers came in, telling us that she wanted to clean the place so we can come back later.

We excused ourselves and decided to go to the third floor, a big space located right after the Literature class where we felt no one would be, for now.

And we were right.

Some of the teachers were not in their class so better for us since clearly this school walls have ears.

No jokes, the way news in the school spreads like a wildfire is unbelievable.

We made ourselves comfortable on the floor.

"OK so as I was saying, you have to say the complete truth."

"Yeah sure no p. Go on."

"Guy, I'm being dead serious o".

"Am I joking before? Talk na, I'm all ears".

"OK, who do you like?"

He laughed.

"Lol, you really want to know?"

This was all I needed to even know that he really didn't reciprocate the feelings Tolani had strongly for him.

How this happened, I have no clue but it wasn't fair on her at all.

"Yeah, sure tell me".

"Well, they're actually two people sha. You're sure you want to know?"

"Oga, if I didn't want to know, will I ask? Ahah"

"No vex. The first person is Fauziat."

What the fudge?

"And who is the second person?"

He stared deep into my eyes for a while before he finally gave the answer I least expected.

"You."

It was almost like my brain had gone blank.

I couldn't even move.

Did I just hear him well?

Me?

I didn't even know when my jaw dropped until I felt a hand push it back.

"Lol, you're joking right?"

I chuckled thinking he was just trying to prank me but then I slowly realized that I was the only one laughing and he was still thoughtfully staring at me like he finally found his precious diamond.

Like he had been searching for me his whole life.

Like I was the only one here.

Like I was the only one that mattered.

No, no, no, you've got to be kidding me.

When I had feelings for him, he didn't even look my way or spare me a second glance towards that direction.

He only wanted friends.

Now that I don't have time for anybody, he now likes me?

What changed?

Okay, this is beyond messed up.

What would Tolani say if she hears this?

I couldn't bear to see her in pain because of him.

No, I was one of the realest and nicest friends anyone could have.

I just couldn't.

I was definitely going to tell her whether he likes it or not.

"Why?"

Nothing.

"Does Tolani know about this?"

And he shocked me even more by laughing.

This wasn't a normal type of laughter, mind you.

It was one of those cold, bitter and heartless type of laughter.

Yeah, that's it.

Okay, what the hell is going on here?

"What about her? Isn't it obvious already. I stopped liking her a long time ago and it was just a mere crush. Not like I loved her or sometime."

"Why?"

He shrugged nonchalantly.

"One more question, have you been giving other girls behind her back?"

I mean I knew about Kola and Nnamdi's addiction to it.

They legit did it everyday.

Yeah, it was that bad and they didn't gave a damn about it.

And they only went for the ones with assets, according to them.

And that was one of the reasons, I didn't really like or fancy them.

But I wasn't so sure about Jaden, yet.

"What do you think?"

He smirked.

I immediately got irritated with his choice of words.

I really hate when boys talk like that.

It makes them look so stupid in my eyes, if you ask me.

Yeah he was very beautiful, cute enough to make girls drool, body built, perfectly shaved beard, shining grey eyes, curly hair that could make any girl fall at his feet or want to give him a fifth glance, perfect light skinned skin, rough, husky, deep and sexy voice that could put any girl in a sudden trance or make her honey drip tremendously, height that could give anybody a run for their money.

Let's not even talk about his brains but that didn't give him the rights to talk down on any girl like that especially his own girlfriend.

"Are you done ogling at me?"

He smirked but before I could reply his stupid comment, I noticed his face drain colour and become completely pale.

If that's even possible for a chocolate skinned person.

What happened cos I'm pretty sure I didn't say anything at all.

I, then, realized that he wasn't looking at me anymore but something behind me.

Had someone been eavesdropping on us the whole time?

My thoughts were confirmed when I turned around to see them.

Oh oh.

And what would you do if your boyfriend suddenly starts cheating on you, would you give him a second chance or break it up with him?
