I was summoned in the principal's office. Oh God, what happened after I left yesterday?, I wondered. When I entered the office, I saw Jacob first. My heart beat quickened a million times. I was sure it was the dance class scenario. Then beside him I saw Eli. My heart beat quickened a billion times if it wasn't fast enough. Not because of fear.

"Miss Mathew, come in." The principal said. Jacob and Eli turned to look at me. I looked at neither of their eyes.

"I have an assignment for the three of you." The principal said

"Miss Mathew and Mr.Cullen, Miss Winters said you have been vlogging quite a lot on Instagram for the last three years." He continued. I shared a look with Jacob.

"And Mr.Adams, I've known you are a quite experienced tour guide?"

"Nothing much, just when I go with friends for trips, I would show them around." Eli replied.

"So I have a small job for you. Our college has to make a documentary on the NYMC of this year"

"NYMC!?" I accidentally shouted out. The New York Music Carnival was one of the biggest Carnivals in the world. From a classic Ferris wheel to a Booming Music show by the biggest singers, it had everything. I looked down, a bit embarrassed for shouting.

"So is that a yes?" Principal asked me.

"Hell yes!" I said

"Mr.Cullen?"

"Yes."We high-fied. It was in our bucket list to make a vlog at the Carnival. A documentary was like a full-blown dream.

"Mr.Adams?" Eli seemed to be doubting about the plan.

"Please Eli, it would be so much fun!" I tugged at his sleeve. He looked down at my hand gave me a smile and said.

"OK."

Yes! A trip to my dream carnival with my Best Friend and Crush. It was the first time I was admitting that Eli is my crush.

"When do we leave? And for how many days?" I asked.

"Today evening, one week. So you better go pack your bags." Before he could say anything else, I ran out of the room. I had no clothes to take, so shopping was a must. I took Emma with me. As I drove to the mall, I called my Dad for permission and he gladly accepted.

"Day wear-4 pairs, night wear-3 pairs, sunglasses, sunscreen, and done" Emma read off the list as we entered the shopping.

"And much more" I corrected her. As we did the shopping, we picked up whatever was essential. The shopping got over at 2. After having lunch from McDonald's, we reached home at 2:30. I somehow finished packing by 4. The Carnival was 3 hours far. We had decided to take my car, so Jacob and Eli would come to my home at 4:45. Since we wouldn't be visiting the carnival that day, I wore a white, sleeveless top and light blue jeans. As I was finishing my makeup, the door burst open.

"Hello, m'lady" Jacob leaned against the door frame.

"Jake! Knock the door before you enter. What if I was changing?" I half screamed.

"I know you only change in the bathroom." He replied.

"Whatever, can you help me with the bag? I'm almost ready."

"OK, I'll take this down. Come soon." He said and went with my bag. I can't believe my luck. I get to go to my dreamland with the two important men in my life. Well, after dad. Maybe I can tell Eli that I like him. The guilt I had till I met him had turned into a full blown crush. In two days, so much changed. I was startled by a knock on the door.

"Ready?" I turned around and saw Eli's eyes roaming up and down my body. Goosebumps formed in my arms. I noticed that Eli had combed his hair. He caught me staring at it and said.

"Principal asked me to." He smiled at me and said.

"You look pretty." I blushed and replied a thanks.

"Let's go?" He asked.

"Sure" We went downstairs. After hugging mom and dad goodbye, we entered the car. The front seat and another seat in the back was filled with luggage. Jacob was driving so Eli and I took the back seat. Our thighs touched. I knew this was gonna be one hell of a trip. And it was.
