Sharon opened her door to reveal her employees, Connor Rhodes, Maggie Lockwood, Ethan Choi, and April Sexton standing in front of her, each having a little kid in their arms and she was confused.

Sharon led them into her office, and they sat down with Ethan holding a scared Natalie Conte, April Holding her baby brother Noah Sexton protectively in her Arms, Maggie holding A sleeping Will Halstead in her arms and a wide wake And hyper Sarah Resse was struggling to get out of Connor's arms but he firmly held her in his arms and she calmed down and laid her head on his shoulder and began to fall asleep.

Sharon asked," What happened here? Who are the kids, and where are Dr. Resse, Dr. Conte, Dr. Sexton and Dr. Halstead? Are they okay, and when are they going to show up?

Ethan said," That's what we came to talk to you about. Umm, when we found them, they were wandering around the streets, and I think that these are Friends. I'm holding Natalie Conte. Natalie, please say hi.

Natalie said," Hi. My name is Natalie Conte.

Maggie went next and said," I'm holding Will Halstead. Will, please say Hi and wake up.

Will woke up and said," Hi. My name is Will Halstead.

April went after Maggie and said, "I'm holding my baby brother Noah Sexton. Noah, please say hi.

Noah said," Hi. My name is Noah Sexton.

Connor went last and said," I'm holding Sarah Resse. Wake up, Sarah, and please say hi.

Sarah woke up and said," Hi. My name is Sarah Resse. Mr. Rhodes, I'm getting hungry.

Connor said," I'll get you something to eat soon, okay, Sarah?

Sarah said," Okay. She laid her head on his shoulder and looked around the room.

Sharon asked," So what happened? How did our doctors turn into little kids just now?

April said," We found them like this. We didn't know who to tell or what to do.

Ethan is holding a scared Natalie Conte, and he proceeds to comfort her, and she is crying.

Ethan immediately focused his attention on Natalie Conte and hugged her before saying," Hey, it's okay. You are safe with me. I'm not going to let anyone hurt you, Natalie.

Natalie said," Okay. Can you please stay with me? I don't want to be alone right now.

Ethan said," I'm working right now, but I'll bring by lunch, and we can eat lunch, okay?

Natalie said," Okay. I don't want you to go.

Ethan said," I don't want to leave you either, but I have to go to work. I'll see you at lunch. I'm going to he here for you, Natalie.

Natalie said," Okay. See you later at lunch.

Ethan headed to work while Natalie fell asleep on the couch. Will was being difficult.

Will said," I don't want you to go to work, Ms. Lockwood. I want you to stay with me.

Will started crying, and Maggie hugged him.

Maggie said," I'll be right back, and then we can have lunch together, alright, Will? And please call me Maggie. behave for me, okay?

Will said," Okay, Maggie. I'll behave for you.

Will sat on the couch and picked up a sports book, and started reading it. Maggie smiled and headed back to work.

Sarah said," I don't want you to go. I want you to stay with me, Mr. Rhodes. Please stay.

Connor said," I have to go to work now, but I will bring you some lunch in a little while on my lunch break, and we can have lunch.

Sarah said," Okay. See you later at lunch.

Sarah picked up a notebook and a pencil and started drawing with the notebook on her lap, and she started drawing trees.

April sat Noah down on the couch, and he immediately went to pull her arms, wanting her to stay with him, and he started crying.

April said," Hey, it's okay. I'll be right back with some lunch for you, and we'll have lunch together during my lunch break.

Noah said," Okay, big sister, April. I'll see you later at lunch.

Noah turned on his sister's phone and watched a cartoon.

April smiled at him and headed back to work while Sharon stayed and watched the kids.

2 hours later

Ethan Choi, April Sexton, Maggie Lockwood, and Connor Rhodes returned from the E.D. with lunch for Natalie Conte, Noah Sexton, Will Halstead, and Sarah Resse.

Maggie picked up Will and sat him next to her and pulled a sandwich with a drink and chips. Will was excited immediately.

Will said," Maggie, you came back. I missed you a lot. Please come eat lunch with me.

Maggie said," Of course ,Will, I'll eat lunch with you, and maybe we can watch a movie after I get off of work. Sound like fun, Will?

Will nodded and ate his lunch, and Maggie ate her lunch. He was excited to go home.

Ethan gently woke up Natalie Conte, and when she saw who was in front of her, she immediately hugged him, and he hugged her before handing out her lunch to her, and she ate all of her sandwich, chips and drank all of her drink and Ethan ate his lunch too.

Connor gently tapped Sarah on the shoulder, and when she saw who was in front of her, she immediately hugged him, and he hugged her before handing out her lunch, and she ate all of her sandwich, chips and drank all of her drink. Connor ate his lunch, too.

Sharon asked," Has anyone told Jay Halstead that his little brother will is now a little kid?

Everyone shook their heads, and Sharon signed in Frustration and began to call Jay.

At the police station

Jay Halstead is sitting in his chair, and his desk is covered in paperwork when his phone rings from his pocket, and he pulls it out and frowns when his sees his little brother's boss's name appear on his phone, so he answered," This is detective Halstead, How can I help you?

Sharon said," Detective Halstead, this is Sharon Goodwin, your brother's boss. Something has happened to your little brother, and we need you to come here to med right away and come up to my office.

Jay said," I'm on my way. I'll be there in 15 minutes. Please tell me if Will is okay.

Sharon said," Will is fine. I promise you that. Maggie is sitting with him now. He's safe.

Jay said," Alright. See you soon. He hangs up the phone and gets into his car, drives to his brothers place of work and parks in the parking lot, gets out of the car, and runs inside the hospital and heads straight to Sharon's office to and knocks on the door.

Sharon lets Jay inside her office, and he is shocked to see a smaller version of his little brother, Will Halstead, sitting with Maggie.

Will looked up from where he was eating lunch, and His eyes lightened up when he saw Jay and ran towards him in which Jay bent down and hugged him and helped Will eat the rest of his lunch and he finished his food and then fell asleep in Jay's arms.

Sharon asked," So who will be taking care of what kid?                                                                                       

Jay said," so how did My little brother turn into a kid? 

Ethan said," We found them like this.
