           "YOU BOYS ARE SO CLUELESS." chrissy laughed as she pulled her chemistry book out of her locker. "you cannot take a girl to a bar on valentine's day."

"okay, let hear your suggestion, miss judgmental." tommy said as he leaned back on a locker. "what's your bright idea?"

"you take the girl to a restaurant, the beach, on a picnic, maybe even golf n' stuff." chrissy said as she held the book close to her. "not a place where you can get hepatitis."

"we've been to golf n' stuff plenty of times. i want this to be special because it's valentine's and i know bella's been looking forward to it because it's special and it would mean a lot." johnny said as he turned off his walkman.

"yeah it does mean a lot, dipshit." chrissy said. "why do you think ali gave you shit for not taking her anywhere? it means a lot to a girl, especially if she's your girlfriend."

"give her flowers, i know chicks dig guys who give them roses." bobby said. "right chrissy? since you seem to know it all."

"yeah, get her roses. her favorite color is pink, but red roses will do." chrissy said as she closed her locker.

"why red? why not pink since it's her favorite color?" jimmy said as he took a bite of an apple he was holding.

"does the color even matter?" johnny said as he grabbed his books.

"yeah, it does." tommy said. "you get her red roses because red's a sensual color."

"since it's a sensual color, she'll see the flowers, she'll get hot, and she'll finally give it up." dutch smirked as the guys all laughed.

"you guys are idiots." chrissy said she ran a hand through her hair, impatiently. "you get her red roses because red roses typically mean i love you. you get her red roses, chocolates, and– "

"wine." jimmy said. "red roses, chocolates, and some cheap wine and that's how you'll get laid."

"again, you guys are idiots." chrissy sighed. "just stick with the roses and you'll be good."

"so where do i take her?" johnny said. "i don't want to take her to the usual spots. i want to take her somewhere nice."

"just take her to the beach." chrissy said. "i know she likes the beach."

"but they're always at the beach." tommy said. "it wouldn't be special because they're always there."

"i got it." chrissy said. "take her to a movie. you can take her to the drive-in. it's something you two have never done before."

"it's different, but it could be cool." johnny said. "maybe dinner then a movie?"

"there you go." chrissy smiled. "see? you're much better at this than you think. bella's gonna love it."

"since you're taking her to the drive-in, you might need this, just in case the movie gets boring." bobby said as he handed johnny a condom. the guys laughed as chrissy rolled her eyes and slammed her locker door.

"i stand by my statement." chrissy said. "idiots."

bella brushed her hair as she smiled to herself. it was valentine's day night and it was also her first valentine's day in a while where she's gone out with someone else besides chrissy or ali. her parents were out as well, having dinner at some restaurant up near hollywood, so she was alone for now.

she applied lip gloss and blush before running her hands through her hair nervously. she sighed as she looked at herself in the mirror. as she turned the lights off in her room, she heard the doorbell ring. she grabbed her jacket and hurried downstairs to answer the door. she straightened her outfit out before opening the door to reveal her boyfriend, standing in the doorway with a bouquet of roses.

"you look gorgeous baby." johnny smiled as he handed bella the roses.

"you don't look too bad yourself." bella smiled as she pecked her boyfriend's lips. "so where are we going?"

"not saying. it's a surprise." johnny smirked as he took bella's hand and led her to the car. "you'll love it though. you ready?"

"of course." bella smiled as she got into the car and put her seatbelt on.

after dinner at the diner, the couple arrived at a drive-in theater in encino. before the movie began, johnny and bella had gone to the snack bar to buy snacks and drinks for the movie. the drive-in was a bit full due to the fact that it was valentine's day. as bella fixed the volume on the speakers, johnny raised the top on the convertible.

bella took a sip of her cherry coke and began to watch the movie as johnny kept his gaze on her. he admired bella's every feature as he wrapped his arm around her and caressed her shoulder. bella placed her head on his shoulder as he held her close to him. while he held her, he was reminded of the night before the tournament when he had stayed over at bella's house. he remembered the way his body was pressed into hers and the warmth that she radiated.

bella sighed happily as she intertwined her hand with his and stared up at the blonde who was watching the movie. she smiled as she admired his fixed gaze on the screen. she leaned in closet to him as his grip tightened. the two made eye contact as bella bit her lip.

"it's not polite to stare." bella smirked as her eyes roamed her boyfriend's body.

"what? i can't stare at my gorgeous girlfriend?" johnny said as he caressed her shoulder, sending chills through bella's body. he noticed the chills and smirked while eyeing her up and down.

"hmm, i don't know." bella teased as the couple leaned in with their lips inches apart. the couple placed their lips together as bella moved the cup and popcorn out of the cup holder and leaned in closer to her boyfriend. "i guess you can."

johnny leaned in and began to slowly place kissed down her neck as she giggled. she removed her denim jacket and threw it to the back seat as he continued to trail kisses down her neck. bella wrapped her arms around his neck and flipped over to the driver's seat.

the blonde straddled his girlfriend on his lap as she laughed softly. they connected their lips again as his hands roamed her body until finally placing them on her bottom, giving it a light squeeze. she softly groaned as she placed her hands under his shirt, caressing his toned torso. just as the couple were in the heat of the moment, they heard a car park next to them. they didn't think much of it as they were too into their make out session until they heard voices.

"atta boy, get some!" tommy yelled as the couple turne to find their friends in the parking space next to them.

bella got off of johnny's lap and sat back down on the passenger seat as the couple both groaned. "what the hell?" johnny said as he fixed his hair and straightened out his shirt.

"chrissy, what the hell?" bella groaned as she fixed her skirt. "why are you guys even here?"

"we were heading to bobby's to have some drinks and decided to stop by and invite you guys, but we came at a bad time." chrissy said. "do you need the pill? i have a couple."

"nah, they should be good. he has the condom that i gave him, right?" bobby said. "use it if you're gonna bang."

"get the hell out of here!" johnny said as he threw some popcorn and the guys.

"okay fine." jimmy said as he started the car. "the movie is kinda boring, no wonder you guys were about to fuck."

"get out of here!" bella and johnny said in unison as the boys along with chrissy drove off and left the drive-in. bella sighed as she ran her hands through her hair nervously.

"i did not expect them to show up out of nowhere. this was just getting good." bella sighed as she leaned back into the seat. "how far would you have gone if we hadn't gotten interrupted?"

"i'll only go as far as you want me to." johnny said as he leaned back into the seat and wrapped an arm around bella. "besides, we have plenty of time to do this."

"yeah, i guess we do." bella smiled as she pecked her boyfriend's lips. "i think we better head home before my parents freak out."

"alright." johnny said as he started the car and put the top down. bella put her seatbelt on and straightened out her skirt and hair.

"you knew what you were doing when you put the top up, huh?" bella smirked as she fixed her hair. "you were hoping to get some tonight."

"okay, fine. i was hoping i would get a little." johnny laughed as he drove onto the highway. "bella, it's valentine's day. who isn't gonna get  laid tonight?"

"you." bella laughed. "and you have your friends to thank for that."

"so if the guys wouldn't have interrupted, you would've wanted to fuck?" johnny smirked as he drove on the highway and headed to north hollywood.

"i didn't say that." bella smirked as she turned the volume on the radio up. "but i didn't say i didn't want to."

"tease." johnny smirked as he gripped the steering wheel. "the backseat's big enough, i can park somewhere and we can get to it."

"shut up and drive, lawrence."
