It was Saturday at inkwell isles and chef saltbaker felt like having a day off from all the hard work. He walks over to your house and see if you're available.

You: oh hello, saltbaker. What's up?
Chef saltbaker:  hello, y/n. I was wondering.... wanna go to the beach with me?
You: I'd like that!

You pack your swimsuit, suntan, and some snacks on the go. You and saltbaker were sunbathing in the sun when the volleyball hit you on the face!

Chef saltbaker:  y/n! R u ok?!
You: *groans as you held onto your face*

It's revealed that the group of teens were playing volleyball.

Teen boy: we're  so sorry!
Teen girl: I didn't mean to spike the ball so hard on you guys
Chef saltbaker:  it's ok. Next time, please watch where you hit the ball. OK?
Teens: yes, sir.
Chef saltbaker:  y/n.... I promise I'll protect you from any harm.

5 pm. You and saltbaker left the beach and headed to (pick a fast food place) for a drive thru dinner. Then you both went to the outdoor theater to watch a recently released movie. Then it was time to go home. Saltbaker carried you bridal style as he walked toward your door which got you giggling.
