Namjoon

You wake up the next morning lying on a bed that feels different than your own. Groaning, you stretch your arms up and sit up, straightening your back. A yawn escapes your lips and you take a moment to open one eye, peeking around the room. Your other eye immediately opens as you widen your eyes, gripping onto the covers.

You didn't remember hooking up with someone after Jungkook. The last thing you recalled was being downstairs with Seokjin, him offering to teach you how to play Maple Story. Then you went up to his room so he could show you and then...

Well, that's it.

You must've fallen asleep in Seokjin's room last night. The Spider-Man figurines, the small bed with blue covers on them, and the pink hoodie in his closet revealed this fact immediately.

But the most telling sign was the tall, broad-shouldered male leaning back against the gaming chair. He had fallen asleep on his gaming chair and let you sleep in his bed.

Your eyes soften as you look at the man, his plump lips parted as he softly inhales through his nose and exhales through his mouth. His head is leaning to the side, causing you to wince. He was bound to have a knot in his neck from the way he's sleeping.

His arms are sprawled out, and he's now wearing a pair of blue and white striped pajamas with little sheep on them. His hair is surprisingly neat as he sleeps, most likely due to the fact that he didn't have a pillow holding his head up.

You slowly get up from the bed, looking at the pink alarm clock near his bed. 5:17 in the morning. You let out a soft sigh before deciding to grab one of Seokjin's pillows and walking over to him. When Seokjin stirs in his sleep, you take the opportunity to slip the pillow beneath his head, causing him to furrow his eyebrows in his sleep. You grow nervous and quickly start to back away.

Seokjin then shuffles in the chair, his head burying into the pillow as he lets out a content sigh. You instantly relax upon realizing that you didn't wake him. Walking back to his bed, you grab his blanket and put it over him before walking out of his room. You close the door behind you and make your way to your room.

After getting a few more hours of sleep, you decide to get up and get ready for work.

While putting your earrings on, you look at the clock and notice that it's now 8:27 in the morning. You make your way to your door, walking down the hall towards Seokjin's room, which is still closed. Listening intently, you don't hear any shuffling or movement coming from the kitchen and smile to yourself.

Deciding to let Seokjin sleep in, you order some breakfast on a food delivery app on your phone. You opt to get Seokjin some food from your nearest breakfast diner. You order a few different options, along with some food for yourself and then patiently wait by the front door.

Thanking the delivery man, you close the door and head to the kitchen, starting to set up some of the food at the dining table.

Eating alone this morning, you smile to yourself before sending a text to Seokjin and Jimin.

Y/N: Good morning, sleepy heads! I have to get going to work. Seokjin, don't worry about making me breakfast today. Jimin, don't stress out too much today. I've set up the dining table with some breakfast foods. I didn't know what both of you would want, so I ordered a wide variety of things. See you both tonight.

You smile to yourself before sending the text and heading towards your garage. Getting into your car, you start backing out of the driveway and make your way to the gates of your home. Typing in your code, you open the gates and make your way to work, proud that you've done something nice for Jimin and Seokjin.

<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>

You arrive at the factory and begin speaking to your staff the minute you arrive.

"Hi, Miss Y/N. What brings you here instead of the office today?"

"I'm meeting with the financial team today and decided to just stop by to check on how production has been before attending that meeting. Always need to know as much as possible about my products." You say with a proud grin to your right-hand woman, Na Haeryung. She's always been helpful with running the production side of the business, taking a lot of the pressure off of your shoulders.

"We just started testing the new product you came up with the other day! However, we're having a hard time incorporating aloe vera with a few of the other ingredients. It's making the moisturizer way too sticky on the face, but we're working on it!"

"I see. What products have been needing improvement for production? Are there any problems with ingredients not arriving on time or a lack of materials?"

"No, ma'am! Production-wise, everything has been running smoothly especially with our new machines!" You smile at her excited aura, causing you to feel even better about today.

"I'll help more with the aloe situation. I'll come in tomorrow and test some other ingredients that might work well with it. Now, I'm going to get to the financial sector. Text or call if you need anything. I plan on working the full day today." She nods at your words before walking back to the lab. You watch as she starts informing everyone that you'll help with the situation. Smiling to yourself, you nod before walking to the doors leading to the office portion of your warehouse.

You're immediately greeted by a few employees and take a left, walking down the hall as you greet them back. Making your way to the office, you begin to gather everyone around, taking in a deep breath as you prepare to question everyone.

"Good morning, everyone." You state before softly smiling at your employees. They all smile back and immediately bow politely. "I know I haven't been here in a few days to check on our progress, but how are we all doing? Before I start talking about business, is everyone content with the latest pay raise?" You question. You watch as most employees nod their heads, causing you to smile and nod to yourself. "Good. How are our profits doing?"

<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>

After a long day of strategizing and discussing financial reports and findings with your team, you let out a sigh of relief. Min Yoongi can try to tear you down, but his jingle doesn't have the fuel power to actually succeed at it. Not while your profits and market share are looking this good.

You close your car door, closing the garage door behind you. Stepping into your home, you're greeted by a scent of barbecue, causing your mouth to immediately water. There's also music blasting throughout the home, causing you to softly laugh.

Eagerly rushing to the kitchen, you carelessly toss your bag onto the couch and open the double doors to see Jimin in the kitchen, setting up the dining table, Jungkook blasting music and dancing goofily around the kitchen, while Seokjin is in the backyard grilling some meat.

Jungkook and Jimin look up at you before smiling brightly.

"Y/N! We have some good news!" Jimin sings as he runs towards you, pulling you into a tight hug. Jungkook continues to dance like an idiot as he moves closer before joining in on the hug. You tense up as you feel Jungkook joining in for a moment.

"What's the good news?" You ask and Jimin smiles widely, his eyes narrowing as they disappear while he speaks.

"Jungkook and I got Jin to go through with the lawsuit. He's going to sue Min Yoongi." Your eyes immediately widen as you hug them both tightly.

"What? How?" You gasp.

"Yep, Jungkook told Jin he was worried about him and it worked," Jimin states, pointing at Jungkook. "Jungkook never tells Jin things like that, so Jin-hyung didn't want Jungkook to get scared." Jungkook scoffs as he rolls his eyes.

"You know I wouldn't actually be scared of that, though. But since Noona wanted me to get him to go through with it," he states while staring at you. "I didn't want to disappoint her." Jungkook says with a soft smile. You try not to show any emotion in front of Jimin but fail as your eyes widen. You stare up at Jungkook and then slowly nod your head before grinning softly.

"Thanks for that, Jungkook." You softly say. He eagerly smiles at you, growing shy as he nods before walking away to head out to the patio with Seokjin. You clear your throat before turning your head. Jimin's staring at you. "What?"

"'Noona looks pretty today,' 'Noona wanted me to do this so I'll do it,' 'I hope I made Noona happy,'" He teases, mocking Jungkook. You scowl at the man and he nudged you. "Looks like someone has a crush on you, Y/N... or should I say N-"

"Do not call me that," you huff out before crossing your arms. You blow a strand of hair out of your face before you look over at Jungkook. He's standing by the grill while Seokjin teaches him how to cook the meat. You bite onto your lower lip and sigh softly. Looking at Jimin, you watch as he arches an eyebrow. "He's... cute... but I don't see myself actually taking him seriously. He's so young. He's like a college boy still." You state. Jungkook's head turns and he sees you looking at him, causing him to smile and wave with his hand that's holding the scissors.

You hold in a laugh when Seokjin starts scolding the boy, grabbing the scissors from him. Jimin can't contain his laugh and immediately hurls over, hysterically laughing as he leans his body onto yours. This causes you to break out into laughter before rushing to the patio with Jimin to hear Seokjin's scolding up close.

"YAH! Hasn't your eomma taught you not to run with scissors? Let alone wave scissors around in the air?" Seokjin's neck vein starts sticking out as he scolds, his speech pattern growing faster as he talks. You hold in more laughter, growing amused by his fast speaking that could pass off as rapping. Jungkook now grows quiet, growing embarrassed as you watch him being scolded.

"Jin-hyung, don't be too hard on him. He just got... distracted." Jimin teases the youngest, wrapping an arm around his shoulder. Seokjin glares at Jimin before turning back around, focusing his attention on the meat again.

You bite your lower lip as Seokjin's shoulders remain tense, his jaw now clenching as he focuses. Slowly taking your chances, you place a soft hand on his shoulder. He glances back at you and his shoulders relax a little.

"Jungkook just wasn't thinking, but he's not dumb. He wouldn't have done that if he was paying attention." You quietly say. Seokjin stares down at you, blinking before his eyes dart to the boy. He sighs before nodding his head. He turns his body a little to face you.

"I know that, but this meal is important. I invited a friend of mine. This is an early birthday celebration with some close friends. Jimin, Jungkook, my friend Namjoon, and you." He says shyly before turning to the meat, flipping it on its other side before continuing to speak. "I haven't seen Namjoon in years. He finally got some time off of work and I just want this to be a fun dinner." You nod your head and then purse your lips.

"Don't worry, none of us would do anything on purpose to embarrass you." You glance at Jungkook, sighing.

Another hot guy who's sweet and can make you cum, yet another flaw. He's too childish.

<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>

You let out a soft sigh, sitting at the patio table while Seokjin finishes cooking his Korean barbecue. Namjoon hasn't shown up yet and you can sense the worry in Seokjin's behavior.

"Hyung, he'll be here soon! You know he's been busy!" Jungkook reassures Seokjin before plopping onto the seat to the right of you. After Seokjin opens his mouth to respond, a new voice echoes throughout your kitchen as you hear someone entering. Your ears perk up as you glance inside the house. Seeing a tall man with black hair wearing a coat, you smile up at the man before looking over at Seokjin.

"I think someone's just arrived." You state before standing and walking into your home. You're greeted by a man, examining your kitchen in awe. "Hi! You must be Namjoon. Seokjin's outside grilling." You state. The man looks up at you and gives a soft dimpled smile. Your eyes drift to his cheek immediately as you see the dimples, causing you to internally gush over the man.

"Hi, yes I'm Namjoon. And you are?" He questions while holding a hand out. You politely shake his hand before you give a small smile.

"I'm Y/N, Seokjin's boss." You state. Namjoon's eyebrows raise as he stares over at you.

"Boss, huh?" He slowly nods to himself before he glances around the kitchen. "I'm assuming this kitchen is yours then?" You nod your head. "You have a very nice home." He states before gesturing towards the sliding patio door. "Shall we?" You nod your head and lead the way to the patio. Opening the door for Namjoon, you let him exit first before you lean back against the wall of your home. Smiling to yourself, you watch as Seokjin embraces Namjoon into a tight hug.

Jungkook attempts to join the hug, along with Jimin, but Seokjin pushes the two away, possessively gripping onto the man as he embraces him. You let out a soft laugh as Jungkook begins to lunge at Seokjin. Jimin holds the younger back while pouting as he whines.

"Hyung, we haven't seen Namjoon in months either. We deserve a hug too!" Jimin whines while tugging on Jungkook's shirt, preventing the younger from attacking Seokjin. Jungkook breaks free from Jimin's hold in seconds and runs to the two, pushing Seokjin off of Namjoon and embracing him in a tight hug instead. When Seokjin begins scolding, pointing his spatula at the younger, Jungkook sticks his tongue out at the elder. The elder's eyes widen.

"WAH! Don't disrespect me in front of Namjoon." Seokjin states before slapping one of Jungkook's hands off of Namjoon's body. Jungkook latches his hand back onto the man before Namjoon slowly backs away, removing Jungkook's tight grip.

"Jungkook, I missed you too, but don't treat Seokjin that way. I've taught you better than that." Namjoon states. Jimin's face turns eager as he runs to the man, embracing him in a hug, his arm wrapping around Namjoon's waist. His free hand reaches up to squeeze Namjoon's cheeks, causing Namjoon's serious expression to turn into a funny one. His lips are now in a pout as his eyes remain serious. He lets out a soft sigh before allowing Jimin to continue playing with his face, pinching his cheeks, and poking at his dimple when the man smiles.

You smile at the man as he smiles at you and nods his head for a moment. Looking over at Seokjin, you press your lips together for a moment before deciding to sit down and let the boys have their moment. You quietly eat your pork belly as Seokjin and Jungkook catch up with Namjoon.

"Hi," Jimin states before sitting next to you. "Why are you over here all by yourself?" You shrug while allowing your fork to play with the side of mashed potatoes on your plate. You use the fork to mix the mashed potatoes and toss the food around carelessly.

Seokjin made extra sides that weren't related to Korean barbecue in case Namjoon wanted something else.

"Just wanted to give you all a moment to catch up with him. It seems like it's been a while." You state before giving him a grin. Jimin nods his head.

"It has been a while," He starts before looking over to the three men. He then gestures his head towards them, softly nodding his head as he leads the way, silently telling you to follow along. "But Seokjin invited him to your house and held the party here for a reason." He stops in front of the boys who stop talking the minute you arrive. Seokjin smiles eagerly at you and pulls you towards him.

"Ah! Namjoon, I almost forgot," he states before moving you so that you're standing in front of him. He respectfully rests his hands on your shoulders, the gentle touch causing your breath to hitch. "I know you two have probably already met, but this is Y/N, my boss and one of my newest friends." You glance back at the man as that last word leaves his mouth. Your eyes sparkle as you glance back at Seokjin.

"Fr-friend?" You question. He nods his head before gently turning your body back towards Namjoon.

"We have already met, but I didn't get to have a proper conversation, my apologies." Namjoon states before he points to the table. "Why don't we all eat while we talk?" He asks, arching an eyebrow. You nod before making your way back to the table. You sit next to your plate of food.

While you fix your outfit, you don't notice the look that Seokjin gives Jungkook as he tries to sit next to you. He narrows his eyes at the younger, a 'don't you dare' look in his eyes as Jungkook stands by the chair next to you. Jungkook places his hand on the back of the chair, smirking at Seokjin. You're unaware of the interaction occurring between the two while you start taking small bites of your food and start conversing with Namjoon.

Seokjin grabs a glob of mashed potatoes in one hand, standing near your chair as he holds it up threateningly. Jungkook smirks, ready to dodge the movement. You look up, taking a second look as you see the mashed potatoes in Seokjin's hand. He doesn't see you notice and throws the mashed potatoes. Jungkook dodges.

You don't.

Mashed potatoes are now in your hair and falling down your outfit. You can feel the mashed potatoes getting into your clothes, slowly falling down your body on your skin. You take a deep breath and push your chair out from the table.

Namjoon's face is shocked, Jimin's holding in a laugh but looks just as shocked, Jungkook's eyes are now wide, but not as wide as Seokjin's.

"Jin-Hyung... why'd you throw mashed potatoes on Y/N?" Namjoon covers his face, pinching the bridge of his nose as he grows embarrassed for Seokjin. Seokjin gulps as he stares down at you.

"I-It was an accident..." he immediately runs to the kitchen to grab a towel for you to clean yourself off. Namjoon shakes his head, attempting to reach over the table to hand you his napkin.

"Hyung, don't! You know how clu-" your drink tips over as Namjoon's hand knocks it over and falls onto your lap, the ice causing you to stand up from your seat. You gasp, Jungkook face palms, Jimin covers his mouth as he stops speaking right when the drink plops onto your lap. "Clumsy you are." He states, finishing the sentence he was about to say before shaking his head.

Seokjin rushes back out of the house. He's holding an entire roll of paper towels, frantically running towards you. Upon seeing you standing and the liquid dripping down your body, he halts. His shoulders slump and he stares in your direction with apologetic eyes.

"I'm so sorry." Namjoon states. You merely press your lips together and smile before taking the paper towels from Seokjin.

"It's okay, it's just a $6,500 Gucci outfit..." you say with a smile on your face. You stare down at your Gucci coat and pants coated in mashed potatoes and soda. You take a deep breath before taking some of the paper towels, blotting the wet spots on your pants and picking up the mashed potatoes that you can reach without getting undressed. "I can just buy another one..." you say, trying to remain calm.

Your calm persona unfortunately freaks the boys out further. Jungkook can sense the rage in your body from his stance. Jimin can tell you're trying not to panic. Namjoon is mentally slapping himself.

Seokjin? Seokjin is admiring the way you're holding your temper. His shoulders slump as he watches you make your way towards the kitchen and begin stripping yourself of your coat.

The four men remain silent. Until Jungkook decides to speak.

"Why'd you actually throw the potatoes?" He yells at Seokjin. Seokjin's shoulders immediately lift again as he turns to Jungkook, a death glare in his eyes.

"Why wouldn't you just let me sit next to her!" He responds before looking at Namjoon. "And you... why did you try to fix it? You know your clumsy ass spills everything! We love you, Namjoon, but I've never met anyone as clumsy as you! Not even in college when everyone was drunk and stumbling around 99% of the time!"

Namjoon's eyes meet Seokjin's before he looks down at his lap, shyly twiddling his fingers.

Jimin stands next to Seokjin and calmly places a hand on his shoulder. He gives Seokjin a worried look as he speaks.

"Hyung, she'll be okay... accidents have happened in the kitchen before." He states. Seokjin looks up at the house, seeing only one room other than the kitchen and living room that has a light on. Your room. His eyes soften, shoulders becoming less tense as he catches a glance of you taking deep breaths through the blinds in your window.

You move away from the window and start to change, causing Seokjin to look at the other men.

"I'll be right back." He states before heading into the house, immediately going to his room to look for something.

*******
I've been so busy lately trying to get ahead in my schoolwork. I'm only one assignment away from finishing one class, so I've been trying to work on that so I have less classes and can focus on juggling my school and job.

In Wolfe City, a man by the name of Jonathan Price was murdered by a cop. The cop is now in jail, but Mr. Price was only trying to break up a fight in a gas station. A woman he didn't know was in a fight with someone and he was just trying to break up the fight. So why shoot him? He got tazed then shot. That's not right. He was trying to prevent violence and ended up being shot for that. That shooting was unfair and undeserved.

It's ridiculous how much Trump is trying to win this election. He's really withholding a COVID relief check for the people who have lost their jobs until after the election. That's like him saying "if you don't vote for me, you don't get food," that's something that Hitler would do, just FYI.

According to an article, COVID has resulted in a lot of young people in Asia to be unsure of their futures and it "wiped out their economic dreams." I'm sorry if any of you feel this way. This whole situation is not ideal and it may feel like the world is paused right now and that there's nothing we can do. Based on statistics, the Asian youth is suffering the most from losing jobs. When this virus is tame, there will be so many opportunities awaiting for any of you who don't see your future right now, so don't worry too much about that. When economic conditions rise again after the virus is gone, it'll be okay.

Hurricane Delta hit Mexico's Yucatán Peninsula. If any of you are in this area, I hope you're safe. It's unfortunate that so many natural disasters are happening during all the hard things we're already dealing with.

Sorry for the late upload today. I lost another person very dear to me this week and I'm having a really tough time right now. This is the second person I lost in 2020.

I love you all. Please be patient with me as I'm grieving.

Thank you.

Kim.
