At the dinner, the four of you mingled and were telling jokes with one another.

You're currently eating your lobster and baked potato while everyone else does the same.

You hear someone's silverware being placed onto their plate which causes you to look up. You look up at the person only to see Jimin leaning back in his seat, hand on his stomach.

"Ugh, I'm so full." He states. You let out a soft laugh before nodding your head towards his food.

"If you're not going to finish that, I'll gladly finish it." Jimin narrows his eyes at you.

"I'm taking it home for later." He states before looking over at Seokjin, a small smirk forming on his lips. "After all, I need something to eat that isn't Seokjin's cooking." Seokjin places his silverware onto his plate now.

He lets out a sigh, giving Jimin a 'really?' look. You look between the two before glancing at Yoongi. Yoongi merely shrugs.

"Jimin always does that." Yoongi defends before taking a bite of his food. After a bit of chewing, his deep voice continues. "He always likes pushing people's buttons."

Jimin eyes his boyfriend with pursed lips as he narrows his eyes at him.

"I don't push your buttons." He states.

"That's because you know if you do with me, you know you'll get punished for it." Yoongi smirks before taking another bite of his food. You let out a soft laugh while looking over at Jimin.

"Oooh," you tease before placing your forearms onto the table, leaning your upper body weight onto your forearms. "You're telling me Jimin is a bottom? Jimin, I'm surprised by that. I always thought you were a top."

"That was until he met me." Yoongi mumbles, causing Jimin's ears to turn red. Jimin nudges Yoongi before giving you a death glare.

"I'm a switch, Y/N. Never get comfortable with labeling me as something." Jimin states while narrowing his eyes at you. You merely laugh before nodding your head.

"Oh, trust me, with your flirting skills and attitude, the last thing I would ever do is label you as something. You're versatile, a label wouldn't be sufficient enough."

"And you're unpredictable." Jimin says while holding up his glass of water before taking a sip of it. You roll your eyes while smiling. You pick up your glass of water and taking a sip as well. "Which is why I wanted to ask you something." Jimin states while you take a sip of your water.

You silently nod your head while drinking from your glass which causes Jimin to glance over at Yoongi. Yoongi is now fully engaged in the conversation as he nods his head, seeming to be urging Jimin to say whatever he's thinking of saying.

This causes you to pause, eyes shifting between the two of them as you immediately set your glass down, having an odd feeling that whatever Jimin is about to say will cause you to spit out your drink.

"What?" you immediately ask upon setting your glass down. Jimin and Yoongi both look at you. Yoongi licks his lips as he avoids eye contact. Jimin sighs before nodding.

"Okay, I know Yoongi already fucked up with you and you don't like him, but I wanted to ask something."

"And I told you to ask. Stop stalling." You say while looking between the two of them. "You're freaking me out a little, so get to the point."

"I know he already made music for your product and then screwed up the contract, but I was wondering if he can write another song for the lip balm." He states.

"Jimin's idea, not mine." Yoongi states. "I know we're just getting on tolerable terms again but Jimin heard something I was working on and wants to help me finish writing it for your lip balm."

You stare at Jimin for a few seconds before looking over at Yoongi. You take a deep breath.

The only thing that gets you to relax is Seokjin's hand being placed on yours to calm you down.

You sigh before looking over at him. Seokjin merely stares into your eyes for a few seconds.

It's like you can practically hear him telling you to be mature about this.

Every single speech he could possibly be giving you right now is playing in your own mind in his voice.

You break eye contact with Seokjin to look over at Yoongi.

"You're right, we're still getting on tolerable terms again." You state before sighing as you glance over at Jimin. "Is this song really that good to where you think there's no better song for my lip balm?" you ask.

"I'm not saying you can't find a good song, but this one... it speaks to me. I can just imagine the ad already." He states, lips forming into a pout as he speaks. "Please, Y/N?"

"I'm not going to say yes without you finishing the song first." You say while looking between the two of them. "So, consider that a maybe." You say.

"Really?" you watch as Jimin's eyes light up.

"A few rules, first." You say. "One: this needs to be professional. I need to know that you're only doing this for the sake of business, not as a bribe for getting Seokjin to be your idol when he already politely declined."

"Again, Jimin's idea. Not mine."

"Two: you better make sure this song is perfect." Jimin nods his head eagerly. "Three: you two better keep each other in line. No funny business. I know you're my friend, Jimin, but this is my business and Yoongi's business that we're talking about here. We already failed at one attempt to collab, don't make it a second failed attempt."

"Oh, thank you! I promise, Yoongi and I will get started on it right away. I already started writing lyrics." He states while smiling eagerly before looking over at Yoongi.

You can't help but notice the sparkle and excitement in Jimin's eyes as he looks at Yoongi.

And Yoongi?

Yoongi has a look in his eyes that you remember from your times flirting with him. It's this sense of softness, fondness. A look that you'd see an old man giving his partner when his partner is knitting.

It reassures you of your "maybe" answer.

You glance over at Seokjin to silently question if this was a right decision. Seokjin gives you a small grin before tucking a strand of your hair behind your ear. He gives you a small wink which causes you to grin up at him. You sigh in relief as Seokjin's wink is an unspoken "smart choice" in regards to your answer.

You bite onto your lower lip for a second before glancing over at Jimin who's eagerly talking to Yoongi about the song. Watching this causes you to relax a little.

Seokjin is right. Jimin's judgment is good. He can think for himself. You nod your head as you think to yourself for a minute before glancing up as you see one of the servers coming by.

"Hi, would any of you like any dessert?" you glance over at Seokjin before shaking your head. Seokjin tilts his head to the side as he looks over at you. He can tell something is off because you usually love dessert.

He looks at you for a few more seconds before shaking his head.

"Uh, no, we're okay." Seokjin states. "Jimin? Yoongi?"

"Nah, we'll pass. We have to head over to Yoongi's studio to start working on these ideas." Jimin says with a wide smile on his face as he gently nudges Yoongi. Yoongi grins before nudging Jimin back. You watch as Jimin leans in to press his lips onto Yoongi's cheek before you look up at the server.

The server nods before placing the bill on the table and walking away.

You reach for the bill and immediately pull out your credit card.

"Uh, Y/N, you don't have to pay. It's my treat." Yoongi suddenly speaks up. You look up at him and see him giving you a small smile. "I've already burdened you a lot in your time knowing me. Let me make it up to you by paying for tonight, please."

You arch your eyebrow before glancing over at Jimin. Jimin's giving you a hopeful look, practically begging for you to say yes.

You look at Seokjin. Seokjin looks down at your card before looking over at Yoongi's.

Both of you have a black credit card, indicating that both of you are rich.

"How about we pay for each other?" Seokjin suddenly speaks up. "We burdened Jimin-ah as well by telling him about our relationship." He states. Yoongi looks at Jimin who tilts his head.

"So, we pay for your meal and you pay for ours?" Seokjin nods his head.

"Okay..." Jimin says while stretching out the 'y' at the end of the word. "That works I guess."

Both of you place your black cards in the slot and Yoongi calls the server over to tell him the situation.

The server nods and takes the bill along with your cards to the back.

Jimin sighs as he stares down at his empty plate.

"Thanks for having a nice dinner with us." He says while grinning over at you. "I promise I won't let you down." You nod your head and give him a small smile.

You watch as the two stand up once the server comes back to give you the credit card. You smile at the server before starting to put your card away.

"Y/N, Seokjin, it was nice seeing you again." Yoongi states before politely bowing. You nod your head and smile at him and Jimin.

"It was nice seeing you as well." Seokjin nods in agreement.

Yoongi and Jimin leave and this causes Seokjin to let out a relieved breath. You look over at him and he grins at you.

"Well, that was a little awkward at the end there." You nod your head.

"Jimin better not mess this up." You state before biting onto your lower lip.

"He won't, baby, you know you can trust him by now." You nod your head slowly before letting out a soft sigh. "How about we head home and do something fun to take your mind off of it?" You nod your head before starting to get up.

The two of your make your way to the parking lot and start to head home.
